We visited as a family of four to celebrate my father's 77th birthday. From the moment we checked in, we were delighted by the sophisticated atmosphere and the exceptional hospitality of the staff. The welcome drink was Laurent-Perrier, and our Hotel stay began with a perfect com

The mirror was cute, the bathtub was amazing, and we’ll never forget the view exclusive to guests. Breakfast was truly delicious—delicately prepared with care that we could feel in every bite. It’s easily “No. 1” among all hotel breakfasts we've had so far—absolutely outstanding!

I got a little lost from the station, but the front desk staff gave me clear and polite directions, so I think I’ll be able to get there without getting lost next time. It’s almost directly connected via the Tokyo Station underground mall, which makes it very convenient. It was also great that there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants around the Hotel. There was construction nearby, but there was no noise at all and it didn’t bother me. The complimentary drinks and amenities were of a very high standard, with an excellent selection that women in particular will appreciate. The Room was compact yet spacious, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I stayed for only one night this time, but it was a good Hotel that I’d like to use again when booking Accommodation around Tokyo Station. Thank you very much.

After checking in and entering the room, I was touched by the thoughtful birthday gesture: sparkling wine and an adorable towel cake decoration! Choosing this hotel for my birthday was absolutely the right decision. I explored Tokyo Station, relaxed in the separate bath and toi

I usually have trouble sleeping while traveling, but the pillow was just right and I slept very well. The breakfast buffet was delicious! I mainly chose Japanese dishes—there were so many toppings for ochazuke that it was hard to decide, plus tamagoyaki (Japanese omelet), salmon

Amenities were very well-stocked. The shoe keeper and shoe care set were especially helpful, allowing me to enjoy the next day with polished leather shoes. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options and was enjoyable. The vegetable shabu-shabu, grated yam with bonit

I have stayed at many well-known Hotels in Tokyo, and this was without a doubt the No. 1 experience. The view toward Tokyo Station and the Imperial Palace was outstanding. While other Hotels have unfortunately lost their former views due to new high-rise construction, I believe this Hotel will continue to offer an unchanged panoramic view of Tokyo for years to come. The Room was very relaxing, and the thoughtful touches such as fruit and items in the refrigerator made for a comfortable night’s stay. I also visited the bar—the authentic pizza was delicious, and the staff were attentive, which made me very satisfied. For breakfast I had the American breakfast; everything was high quality, and with the pleasant service from the staff, it was a truly enjoyable time. If I had to mention one thing, I would have liked a more extensive selection of amenities, but overall it was an experience that ranks among my No. 1 stays.

First, the room facilities are excellent, making for a very comfortable stay, and the view from the higher floors is simply stunning. At the Club Lounge, I am warmly welcomed by all staff members each time I visit, and I find myself loving the time spent there more with every s

This was our first trip to Tokyo, and we stayed for 3 nights and 4 days as a party of two. It’s very convenient—just a short walk from the exit after going through Yaechika from Tokyo Station. The staff were kind and attentive, which made for a pleasant start to our stay. The Room was spacious enough for two people, and the bed was almost too big (in a good way!). During our stay, we didn’t hear any noise at all from neighboring rooms or the hallway. It was so quiet that we wondered if we were the only guests on this floor—thanks to that, we slept soundly every night. There were many Western guests as well, and everyone was friendly and well-mannered. In the elevator they would let us go first, and they’d smile when passing in the hallway—it really impressed us. We had a completely stress-free stay, which made our Tokyo trip truly enjoyable. Thank you very much to all the staff. We would love to stay here again when we visit Tokyo!

I stayed for three nights on a business trip. First of all, the location is excellent! There’s an entrance to Yaechika very close by, and it was convenient to be able to walk to Tokyo Station with hardly getting wet even in the rain. The Room is on the small side, but it felt compact and easy to use. There were plenty of amenities, and I especially appreciated the face masks. The front desk staff were also very pleasant, and I’d definitely like to stay again!

The location is excellent, and the large public bath and carbonated spring are fantastic! Thanks to a complimentary upgrade, my stay was extremely comfortable. The staff’s hospitality is top-notch, and I’m very satisfied. It reminded me that this Hotel is a great-value classic. I’ll definitely be back.

I stayed here to celebrate my birthday in advance. There was a “Happy birthday” message in the refrigerator and macarons beautifully served in a glass. I was very happy.\nIt’s always such a comfortable space, so I stay here whenever I can.

It was very convenient and easy to use. I’d like to stay again.

The welcome sweets reflected thoughtful hospitality and were a delight. The breakfast venue offers a spectacular view overlooking the Imperial Palace. Although there were many international staff members, both they and the Japanese staff were cheerful and kind throughout our stay.

This was my second stay, and the Hotel staff's service was truly excellent, making my stay very pleasant. They are very friendly to dogs, and basic amenities are well provided. (I made the reservation for my dog by phone.) It is also conveniently located near Tokyo Station.

It was a very comfortable Hotel. Since it was a king-size bed, we were able to share one bed as a parent and child. I would like to use it again.

We had something to celebrate, so we chose Ascot’s Plan. We decided immediately because it included late check-out, which meant we could relax longer than usual, and it also came with macarons and champagne. Since we don’t handle alcohol well, we weren’t sure what to do, but after letting them know in advance, they kindly prepared a very delicious mandarin orange juice for us, which we truly appreciated. On top of that, we weren’t expecting a Room upgrade at all, so we were genuinely surprised when we entered the Room. We stayed here once around the time it first opened, but this stay felt completely different from back then. Because room service was only available during limited hours, we couldn’t use it and deducted one star. However, this time we brought some ingredients with us, so we were happy to be able to cook the dishes we wanted. The kitchen also had four IH burners and allowed us to cook multiple items at once, which was very helpful. We used the restaurant for breakfast, and I was surprised not only by the Western selection but also to see grilled eel rice on offer! The Room was very clean; the indirect lighting allowed us to set the brightness exactly as we wanted; and the bathroom was spacious and relaxing—overall, we were extremely satisfied with the Room. Being able to stay in that comfortable space until 2:00 p.m. felt truly luxurious. Thank you very much.
