This was my second stay, following my visit in June, and I was even more satisfied than last time—it feels worth coming to Nagoya just for this Accommodation. The Room’s ambiance and the staff’s calm professionalism truly embody the hospitality of a top-tier Hotel. Next time as well, I’d like to come to Nagoya just for this place.

The Room was so stylish—it felt like a space I could stay in forever! My 3-year-old child seemed to love it too and had a great time. The lounge was also wonderful, and I ended up using it many times! Compared with the area around Nagoya Station, the area around the Hotel felt quieter and more relaxing. I’d love to stay here again when I visit Nagoya.

The staff were very attentive, and the Facility, Hotel, and Room were all clean and extremely comfortable.

This was my first stay, and it was such a great hotel overall that I regret not having stayed here sooner. I used the lobby lounge, the executive lounge, and Nadaman, and everything was very satisfying. The cookies and bread I purchased at the restaurant were also delicious. At the executive lounge, although the staff varied depending on the time of day, everyone’s service was outstanding—I was truly impressed by the quality you would expect from a prestigious hotel. The room lighting felt calm and relaxing, the bed mattress was comfortable, and I was able to unwind. Since I visit Nagoya twice a year, I would like to make this my regular hotel.

This was my first stay. The Hotel is adjacent to the station, making it convenient for sightseeing, and since my friend who traveled with me smokes, they were grateful to find a smoking Room, which is rare these days. The service was excellent, and from our Room on the 24th floor the night view was beautiful. We were also able to watch the sunrise and enjoy a quiet, dreamlike scene. The Room was thoroughly cleaned and well stocked with amenities. Coffee, tea, and sugar were provided, and while the drinks in the refrigerator are paid items, there was a wide selection. There is also a convenience store nearby, but we were able to relax comfortably in the Room without any hesitation. The breakfast was carefully prepared with thoughtful touches; including local dishes, it ranks among the best Hotels I have stayed at so far. Elevator security also felt reassuring, as the key card only worked for our Accommodation floor. I would definitely like to stay again.

I made a Reservation for a concert at Niterra Civic Hall (Nippon Tokushu Togyō). It was perfectly close—just a 30-second walk to the venue. Even though the Hotel is in a lively area, it was very quiet, and the staff were kind and attentive. The Room was spacious and relaxing, and I was very satisfied with the perfectly sized shelf in the changing area—just the right height and width. The lounge coffee was delicious, and although the manga corner is small, it had an appealing selection and I really enjoyed it! For breakfast, I had a Japanese set meal at “Tenya” on the first floor. The salmon, spinach ohitashi, and miso soup were all deeply comforting and delicious—I felt happily full from the morning for the first time in a while. I’d love to stay at this Hotel again—so much so that I’m thinking of checking upcoming concerts at Niterra Civic Hall just as an excuse to come back. Since I mainly walk around the Sakae to Osu area, I initially chose Forza for its great location. I thought that as long as the location was good, everything else could be just decent. But once I stayed there, the Room was great, the bathroom was excellent, and the Facility was clean. That’s why Forza has become my base for my twice-a-year trips to Nagoya. To enjoy the local atmosphere, last time and this time I booked No Meals Included and went out for a morning set at local coffee shops, but it still doesn’t compare to Forza’s breakfast. Next time, I plan to book a stay with meals included.

Unlimited access to the neighboring spa Facility is a great perk. With so many types of baths, my favorite is the carbonated spring in the open-air bath.

A welcome drink was provided. You could choose any one drink you liked. I've never seen such a service before. The staff who assisted us were very kind. I'm glad I stayed here!

The Hilton Group always feels reassuring—casual, yet just right, and never a disappointment. The lounge is also excellent. Thank you as always.

I stayed here on a business trip. It was very helpful to be able to use the lounge and get some work done even before check-in. I was also happy that welcome drinks are always available, as some Hotels close this service before check-in hours. There was a wide selection of decaffeinated tea bags, which I appreciated. The bathroom felt spacious for the size of the Room. Amenities were kept to the essentials with no waste. There were no charging cables in the Room, but there is a great selection of items available to borrow, and it was convenient to pick them up at the front desk. Every staff member was pleasant and professional, making my stay very comfortable. Breakfast was also well stocked considering it is complimentary. Thank you very much.

As the name suggests, the entire building has a blue theme, making it easy to spot—I really appreciated being able to find it quickly without getting lost. The amenities were well stocked, and the loungewear was comfortable, so I had a very relaxing stay. Breakfast was also delicious. It was the best Accommodation for my trip to Nagoya!

We stayed here as a family of three during the summer holidays. I often visit the Chunichi Building, and the 7th-floor restaurants and observation terrace have long been favorite spots, so I wanted to stay at the Hotel as well. The view from the front desk was wonderful—you can overlook Sakae and even see as far as Nagoya. Depending on the Room, you may get that same view, but our Room faced the opposite side, with views toward landmarks such as Higashiyama Tower. Even so, it was still a great view and we enjoyed it fully. As it is a new Hotel, we were very satisfied with both the design and comfort. The Room and bathroom were spacious, allowing us to relax comfortably. We also appreciated how crafts showcasing artisan techniques from the Tokai and Hokuriku regions were incorporated throughout. In particular, I love Arimatsu shibori dyeing, so I was happy to see it used for items such as cushion covers in both the front desk area and our Room. My husband used the bar and said it was great. We felt this is an Accommodation we could confidently recommend to international guests as well. We would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

The radium Onsen was available, and the meals were just right, making this a very good-value stay. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee service. The free ice machine was a nice bonus as well. I’d like to stay here again if I have the chance to visit Nagoya.

For this stay, after my daughter’s family stayed on August 21, my husband said he wanted to stay as well, so we decided to make a Reservation. We requested the same Room my daughter’s family had used, and from the Room window we could see our home building, which truly moved my husband. This time, we were especially looking forward to dining at the teppanyaki kaiseki restaurant. The dishes—black abalone, lobster, and Matsusaka beef tenderloin—were beautifully creative. They were a delight to look at and so delicious that I couldn’t help saying “Delicious” out loud. I often have teppanyaki at other hotels, but it can feel heavy afterward and is difficult once I return to the Room. However, the teppanyaki at Conrad Hotel did not feel heavy at all. As for the breakfast buffet, it was excellent. I am a regular guest of Nagoya Marriott Hotel and have been staying there every month since it opened 25 years ago, using its restaurants weekly. I have also stayed at several other hotels after they opened (including iCoc Hotel in the Chunichi Building area), but their breakfast buffets were somewhat disappointing. In contrast, the breakfast buffet at Conrad Hotel Nagoya is the best among hotels in Nagoya. The restaurant was spacious, and the staff’s warm smiles were very comforting. Thank you very much for your hospitality. I already have an Accommodation Reservation for next year as well and look forward to staying again.

It is very conveniently located just a short walk from Osu Kannon. The hotel itself shows its age, and the rooms are simple and modest. The in-room bath is not particularly impressive, but the public bath is pleasant to use. The complimentary drinks service and amenities are more than sufficient and much appreciated. It was disappointing that there were no disposable slippers. All staff are kind and courteous. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

However, cleaning is thorough and I was able to stay comfortably without any issues. For this price range (up to ¥9,000), it seems reasonable value overall.
