I stayed here for a concert trip this time. Because of the concert end time and traffic, I didn’t arrive until 9:00 PM, and I ended up getting to dinner very late, but you welcomed me with a smile and I had a wonderful time. Breakfast was also delicious, and since I had some time before checkout, I was able to take a walk in Kenrokuen Garden across the street. The location is excellent, and above all, every staff member was smiling and seemed genuinely happy—I would definitely like to stay here again the next time I visit Kanazawa. Thank you as well for your thoughtful thank-you email.

We were very satisfied with both the Hotel’s atmosphere and the food. We would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

We enjoyed another wonderful trip to Kanazawa. The staff at the club lounge were very kind and took great care of us. The green tea jelly was especially delicious. Thank you very much! We’re looking forward to visiting again in winter.

The location is excellent, and the Room size and furnishings were great—especially the bathroom facilities, which were very convenient and impeccably clean. I would like to stay again.

Although I was staying alone, they kindly moved me to a twin room as one was available. The front desk staff were also very pleasant, which made my stay feel especially comfortable.

Just before a long holiday, we hurriedly booked a two-night, three-day stay. We have stayed at KOKO several times before. The room is very small, and for the two of us as a couple it felt like we could use a bit more space. However, you can clearly see the ingenuity in how the toilet and bath are arranged to make the most of the limited space. Guest room: Not spacious, but comfortable. Everything you need is provided. Service: Very friendly and kind. However, perhaps because it’s an international hotel, communication with some non-Japanese staff took a little extra time. Bath/Toilet: As mentioned above, so I’ll omit details here. Facilities: Everything is well equipped. Because the lobby is small, it inevitably felt a bit hectic. Meals: The breakfast we had in the past was very unique and delicious. This was our first breakfast since it became KOKO; there isn’t a huge variety of items, but everything was tasty—and they even had Kanazawa oden. That said, with so many overseas guests, refills weren’t always kept up unless we asked, which was disappointing. It also felt like the breakfast restaurant staff were not yet fully accustomed to operations. Overall satisfaction: A hotel we want to visit again and again. We’ll be staying one night again in November as well.

It was a great and interesting Hotel. The little ones were also delighted. The breakfast was plentiful and very satisfying. The price was reasonable and easy to use. I would love to stay again.

We woke up early and went for a walk to Kanazawa Castle Park and Oyama Shrine. It was wonderful to be able to pray in a quiet, uncrowded atmosphere. It was great that we could stay at Korinkyo as the perfect starting point for the morning. The night before, we enjoyed plenty of drinks and food, so the breakfast rice porridge was incredibly delicious. The soy milk served before the meal was also excellent. We would love to visit again.

We stayed in a twin room. The room and bathroom are compact, but for this price in Katamachi’s downtown area during the October three-day weekend, we were very satisfied. We appreciated being able to pick up only the amenities we needed, and the lounge on the first floor was also a nice touch. All of the staff gave a warm impression, and we had a very comfortable stay. I usually have trouble sleeping when traveling, but I slept soundly in the bed here. If I had to ask for one thing, it would be helpful to have small “drop-off” spaces near the hanger area, around the desk, and in the bathroom. That said, when we visit Kanazawa again, we would definitely like to stay here again.

I always stay here when I’m out for drinks. I especially love the welcome drink and the complimentary coffee beans.

This was my first stay at APA Hotel. Everything, from the front desk service, room cleanliness, amenities, and the Onsen, was excellent. Above all, the location was perfect—the view of Katamachi intersection from the open-air bath felt so refreshing. In the morning, I enjoyed a stroll through Kenrokuen Garden and Castle Park before having breakfast at a nearby German bakery loved by locals. It turned out to be a wonderful trip. I look forward to staying at other APA Hotels in the future!

This time, I stayed for three nights. I had reserved a single Room, but they upgraded my Room. With plenty of space, it was easy to spread out my luggage and organize three days’ worth of clothes and souvenirs without any stress. Thank you very much. I have stayed here many times. It is a long-established Hotel, and I personally love the antique-style furniture. It was my first summer in Kanazawa and it was definitely hot, so I was happy to find cold Kaga roasted tea prepared in the Hotel lobby. It was delicious. With wine available in the lounge and convenient access to sightseeing areas, I think this is an excellent value Hotel. When I visit again in a different season, I would like to stay at this Hotel again.

The service exceeded the price. Breakfast was appealing with small Japanese side dishes, and we were also satisfied with the cereal and coffee. The Room was thoroughly cleaned.

A friend who lives in Kanazawa told me that hotels near the station are expensive, and recommended Katamachi because it’s convenient and close to bars. When I booked, there was a sale going on. It was much cheaper than other hotels, and since the toilet and bathroom are separate, I chose this hotel. My stay was very short, but I was able to spend my time comfortably. Having the toilet and bathroom separate was definitely a plus. The front desk staff were polite and helpful, which left a great impression. When I travel to Kanazawa again, I’d like to stay at this hotel again.

We stayed with three people for sightseeing in Kanazawa. It was our first time here, and we felt the location was ideal for visiting the main attractions. For an early start, Kanazawa Castle Park, Kenrokuen Garden, and Omicho Market are all within walking distance, and Oyama Shrine and museums are also close by. You can also easily reach classic spots such as Kazuemachi Chaya District and Higashi Chaya District. We used the affiliated parking lot next to the Hotel, but since you enter through narrow alleys and a shopping street, it may be a little hard to find. However, it’s reasonably priced until 10:00 a.m. the next morning, so we recommend using it. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as convenience stores and department stores, making it comfortable not only for sightseeing but for everyday needs too. It was a bit disappointing that we couldn’t use the large public bath (alternating hours for men and women) or enjoy the welcome drink due to timing. The breakfast venue was spacious with sofa seating, and we were able to relax and enjoy both Japanese- and Western-style buffet options. The amenities were well stocked, and we appreciated the free laundry facilities and manga lending service. When we visit Kanazawa again, we would definitely like to stay here again.

We stayed as a family. The location was very convenient, the surroundings were quiet, and there were all the essential household items we needed, so we could always enjoy warm meals. Everyone in our family had their privacy, and we were able to stay comfortably and stress-free, as if we were living there. Thank you very much!

It was our first trip to Kanazawa, and we stayed here as a group of four friends. The accommodation had excellent facilities, including floor heating and air conditioning, and the host was very kind and attentive. The location is very convenient, with Higashi Chaya District, Omicho Market, and Kenrokuen Garden all within walking distance. Situated in a quiet residential area, it offers a peaceful stay. We would love to stay here again in the future! Amenities included shampoo, body soap, sponges for washing the body, toothbrushes, towels, and even a washing machine.

Contrary to my expectations, the Room was clean and relaxing. There was also a washing machine in the Room, so even when I got caught in the rain, I could do laundry that night and didn’t have to worry about what to wear. There was a supermarket directly across the street where I could buy inexpensive groceries, and they also had boxed meals. It was within walking distance of sightseeing spots as well, making it an Accommodation I was very satisfied with. If I visit Kanazawa again for sightseeing, this is definitely an Accommodation I want to stay at next time.

We never got to take a honeymoon, so after retiring from work we finally enjoyed a relaxing trip together as a couple. This Hotel is conveniently located near Kanazawa Castle Park, Kenrokuen Garden, and Omicho Market. The Room was clean, the food was delicious, and it became a wonderful memory for us as a couple. The Hotel staff were also kind and helpful. Breakfast was buffet-style, and I couldn’t help going back for seconds. If we have the chance, we would definitely like to stay again.

Our family of four stayed for one night and were very satisfied with the warm hospitality of this family-run inn. It reminded us of a traditional British B&B, and the room was clean and comfortable. Taking a stroll through Kenrokuen Garden before breakfast also became a wonderful memory.
