With Hotel rates rising lately, I hadn’t had many chances to stay, but with my birthday coming up, I visited again for the first time in a while. These days, many Hotels seem busy with inbound travelers, and it’s often hard to receive Diamond member benefits. Here, even though the Hotel was nearly full, they still provided them, which made me very happy. The Room was just as before—very clean, with large windows and a great view. It felt like a unit in a luxury apartment building, and I was able to truly relax. The service was excellent and made me want to stay for as many nights as possible. I can’t visit often, but I hope to come again soon. Thank you very much.

This Hotel is clean and relaxing, both outside and inside. The calm, tasteful interior made for a very comfortable stay. The attentive service was excellent, and I would like to stay here again. I also appreciate that you delivered the items I forgot.

Although it’s in a convenient location, I hadn’t had the chance to visit until now, and I was able to truly relax. It was a reassuring Hotel where you can feel Japan’s unique spirit of hospitality. From the courteous explanations by what seemed like an experienced hotel staff member, to the way someone who appeared to be the person in charge quietly checked on things during breakfast, the flexible support in the lounge, and thoughtful touches even after checkout—there was an atmosphere of refined, calm hospitality that naturally made me feel well cared for. The message dessert and flower arrangement I requested at short notice were also wonderful, and the Room was bright and modern—somewhere I’d love to make my “second home.” If I may offer a suggestion, I think a simple map summarizing nearby highlights and how to get there would make the stay even more enjoyable (the sculpture(s), surrounding buildings/area, Hie Shrine, local history, etc.). Also, it would be great to have an easy-to-use solo relaxation Plan or a Plan where guests can casually enjoy matcha. In addition, having liquid hand soap (rather than bar soap) would be convenient. It’s a Hotel I would gladly choose again—whether with family or friends, or even on my own. In the future, it would be wonderful if my family or acquaintances held their wedding ceremony or reception at the neighboring classic house and could stay at this Hotel as well.

Although I live outside the area, my son lives in Koenji, and this was my second stay. The Room was thoroughly cleaned, spotless, and very comfortable. Above all, the staff were kind and welcoming, and I truly appreciated their heartfelt service. Thank you very much for your hospitality. I have already made a Reservation for November as well, and I look forward to staying with you again.

We stayed here after hearing the pork cutlet ramen was delicious, and my wife and I enjoyed it for lunch. The pork cutlet ramen was excellent, and the beef bowl we ordered as well was also outstanding. We booked the lounge plan, and after lunch we visited the lounge; both the drinks and light meals were wonderful and very tasty. The Japanese set breakfast had a wide variety of dishes and was delicious as well. The service, meals, room, and view were all superb, and my wife immediately asked to come again. It’s about an hour door-to-door from our home, but we will definitely visit again to enjoy a special getaway. Thank you very much.

I had made reservations several times before, but never had the chance to stay until this visit. The Cerulean Lounge was a wonderful space with a Japanese ambiance, and I loved the wide selection of individually wrapped sweets. I was also able to enjoy matcha at a relaxed pace and had a lovely time. For breakfast, I dined at “Sakuragaoka.” Everything was delicious, especially the rice cooked in a traditional kiln and the grilled fish. Thank you as well for accommodating my allergies.

I was recommended this place by someone I trust, and this was already my third stay. I love the view from the window and the large public bath. The staff I meet in the hallways always greet me warmly. Thank you, as always, for making my trips so comfortable.

It was my first time staying in a capsule, but I was pleasantly surprised by how solid the service was. The place was very clean, and the other guests were well-mannered, so I had a comfortable stay. Being able to eat rice, miso soup, curry, and more for free is a great value. This is an Accommodation I’d like to stay at again.

There aren’t many hotels around Mizonokuchi Station, so this place is close to the station and within walking distance of my destination. The price is also about half that of nearby hotels (I’ve stayed here before when I couldn’t book elsewhere), so it’s extremely helpful if you just need a place to sleep. Perhaps because of that, it can be hard to get a reservation once your plans are set—this time I managed to book only by waiting for a cancellation, and it was my first time staying here. The staff were pleasant, and I felt there was nothing lacking or excessive. I’d like to stay here again when I’m in this area. I’ve also stayed at the Musashi-Shinjo location when I couldn’t book here, and the service there was excellent as well. However, it’s a bit farther from my destination, so Mizonokuchi is ideal for me.

Just steps from Mejiro Station and next to the wooded grounds of Gakushuin University, this Hotel is in a wonderful location that makes you forget the bustle of the city. The Starbucks on the front desk floor is a relaxing spot where both younger and older guests unwind. Breakfast vouchers can be used at Starbucks or at Doutor, about a 1-minute walk from the Hotel. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafes around the Hotel, so finding somewhere to eat was never an issue. Coffee next to the front desk is free and unlimited. We bought treats from a nearby cake shop and bakery, picked up paper plates and wooden forks at the front desk, poured coffee, and enjoyed everything in our Room. The chocolate cake from Trad Mejiro across from the Hotel was especially delicious. Perhaps because we stayed on weekdays, we were assigned a twin Room. It was spacious and very clean. The beds are Simmons and very comfortable, and separate pajama sets are provided. Amenities are self-serve next to the front desk, but there was more than enough—having 7 or 8 types of bath salts was a pleasant surprise. The bathtub was large enough to soak comfortably and helped us relax. It was quiet and extremely comfortable, so we canceled our Accommodation in Ikebukuro and extended our stay here instead. A twin wasn’t available for all nights so we had to change Rooms, but they arranged everything around our schedule and made the move smooth. Thanks to that—and to staff who always greeted us with smiles—we had a truly pleasant stay.

I saw in a Review that the breakfast was delicious. Since it’s good value, I can’t complain too much, but it tasted average and there weren’t many items. Guests kept coming and going, but although there were many staff in the kitchen, no one was on the floor, so the tables were not wiped after use. Salad vegetables that guests had likely spilled were left there and not cleaned up. Overall, the Room was clean and the amenities were well stocked. I felt the complimentary coffee near the front desk was bitter and not very good. I arrived before check-in, but they said my Room was ready, so I could get in early, which I appreciated.

I stayed here with my beloved cat. They upgraded our Room, and we were able to spend our time in a spacious, spotless Room. They also provided a litter box, scratching post, bowls, and even Churu for my cat, so my little one could relax—making it a truly luxurious day. We’ll definitely visit again with my cat! I have been staying here as my regular hotel for nearly five years, and I always have a comfortable stay. This time I booked a room-only plan, but the breakfast is also very delicious, and I am satisfied with the view from the room and the staff’s service. I look forward to staying with you again.

I stayed at this hotel to attend the Kirin Cup Final. In the past, I chose hotels near Tokyo Station, but after the match the area was extremely crowded and it was very difficult to get back to my hotel. This time, to avoid that hassle, I booked this hotel instead and had a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff who assisted when I left my luggage, as well as those who helped me at check-in and check-out, were wonderfully attentive and truly impressed me. Breakfast was buffet-style. I’m not usually a fan of buffets so I don’t eat much, but this restaurant had a great variety of options, and both the omelet and toast were delicious. When attending events at Japan National Stadium, I would love to stay here again.

I stayed here for an event in Mitaka, the neighboring station. It was very convenient being close to the station, and both the property and my Room were very clean—I was extremely satisfied. The selection of amenities was more than sufficient, and I was happy to find a wide variety of bath salts. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee service, especially that I could put a lid on it and take it back to my Room. The front desk staff were all very pleasant and greeted me with smiles, which made me feel at ease during my stay. If I have another chance to visit this area, I would definitely choose this place again. This is a Hotel I can recommend to friends as well. Thank you very much.

When traveling to Tokyo, I can’t imagine staying anywhere other than Anshin Oyado. It offers excellent access to Ajinomoto Stadium, the Japan National Stadium, Jingu Baseball Stadium, Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium, Tokyo Dome, and more. A large public bath and dry sauna are available, plus free alcohol from the evening, a free meal from 7:00 PM, free ramen, and free morning curry and risotto. The drink bar is also free. My recommendation is to buy side dishes outside and enjoy a luxurious yet affordable dinner. I will continue to stay here regularly. I just hope it doesn’t become so popular that prices go up.

Great location, and the room was spotless—very satisfied.

Three subway stations—Akasaka Station, Tameike-Sanno Station, and Akasaka-Mitsuke Station—are within a 5–10 minute walk. From Tokyo Station, it cost about JPY 2,000–2,400 by taxi. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, so you can easily walk back after dining out. If you go a bit farther and use the subway, Ginza, Shimbashi, and Tsukiji are also easy to reach. There is a 7-Eleven on the first floor, which was very convenient. The room layout was well designed: the table and shelving were integrated and functional. There was also a compact sofa and stool, which made it convenient to eat in the room. The interior design and color scheme were calm and very nice. The bathroom/toilet/sink are in one unit bath; larger men may find it a bit small. However, the public bath is available from 6:00–9:00 and 15:00–25:00 (1:00), so using that should solve the issue. Also, while it felt difficult for women to do makeup at the sink area, there was a large tabletop mirror on the shelf above the table; placing it on the table made doing makeup easy. Breakfast offered both Japanese- and Western-style options and was very delicious. Beef tendon curry pudding bite-sized ohagi (sweet rice cakes) and various side dishes will leave you completely full!! There was also a wide variety of drinks—even green smoothies. In the women’s public bath area there were an indoor bath and a semi-open-air bath with around 10 washing stations. There were plenty of changing-room spaces and powder-room areas as well. Overall everything—the room public baths facilities throughout—was kept very clean making it feel safe comfortable And all staff greeted guests warmly which made me want to stay again. In particular I appreciated being greeted by staff cleaning in front of hotel Highly recommended!!

I feel this every time: it’s conveniently located in the Tama area, close to Shinjuku, and it also makes driving home to Kanagawa smooth and easy. Richmond has truly taken great care of me. This time in particular, a female staff member at the front desk kindly explained how to use Points in a clear and easy-to-understand way. I was very happy. The double Room I’ve been using recently was also clean, and I had a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the free drinking water and hot water service in the hallway—I enjoyed tea and coffee. In addition, having covered parking where you don’t get wet even when it rains, with an elevator nearby, is a real plus for guests. I look forward to staying with you again.
