Especially on the day of check-in, when I was having trouble with screen mirroring, Ms. K, a female staff member, came to my Room and gave me helpful advice.\nShe was truly kind and attentive.\nI would like to stay at this Hotel again on my next trip to Tokyo.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive a gift of a hot towel and chocolates at check-in. Of course, the staff’s hospitality was also excellent. I had checked in advance that there was a gym and spa, but the gentle, convincing suggestion—“Your Accommodation Room is on the Mt. Fuji side, and the spa is on the Skytree side, so please feel free to use it”—led me to enjoy both. The Room décor was elegant and refined, and I was amazed they even provided binoculars (unfortunately, the weather was bad so I couldn’t use them). The amenities and drinks were more than sufficient, but when I learned there were several types of pillows available, I couldn’t resist requesting one. Not only are the facilities outstanding, but every single staff member—including those at the breakfast restaurant—provided attentive service; everything on the service side was flawless. Hats off to them. I’ve never had such a comfortable stay before; my companion and I kept saying “We don’t want to leave,” as we checked out.

There are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, but the area is not crowded and there is no noise. It feels like it is located in a pleasant, livable town. The Room was clean and very comfortable, and I wanted to stay again right away. I left something behind in the Room and contacted them, and they responded kindly. The staff were all wonderful.

I stayed for two nights in late May for a relative’s wedding and for work. From check-in, all the staff were pleasant, and the experienced staff in the lounge were especially kind—I was reminded of how excellent Japanese hotel service training is. The Japanese-style omelet in the lounge is outstanding. It was a shame there wasn’t a conveniently timed limousine bus from Haneda, but during my stay it was very convenient to access the Hotel B1 directly from the subway station nearby. On my return trip, I was able to get to Haneda smoothly by limousine bus, which was great. I would definitely like to stay here again for work next time as well.

Although the Reviews on the Reservation site were positive, I didn’t expect much because the Accommodation Fee was low. However, just as the Reviews said, the staff were courteous, and even though my Room was right next to the elevator, I wasn’t bothered by noise and was able to relax comfortably. I didn’t use it, but I thought it was great that a light breakfast (such as bread and drinks) was provided free of charge, and that you could enjoy it on-site or take it back to your Room. The only disappointment was that when I stood on the bed, I noticed dust on top of the curtain rail.

I stayed here before and chose it again because of the great location, the convenience of nearby shops and convenience stores, and the comfort of the hotel—and it was excellent again this time. I didn’t realize that I had mistakenly booked a smoking room, but at check-in the staff noticed and kindly switched me to a non-smoking room. I was truly impressed by their thoughtful attention to detail. The housekeeping staff I passed in the hallway and everyone in the lobby at check-out were also very pleasant, and I’m glad I chose this hotel again. Thank you very much.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. The station was close and convenient, and I was satisfied with the service and the bath. The meals were also great—the miso soup was different each day, which made me feel they were considerate of guests staying multiple nights.

The location was great, and the Room was very comfortable. During the first two days, the in-room internet (Wi‑Fi and wired LAN) disconnected frequently, but it improved after I contacted the front desk. Since there is a D-STAR amateur radio repeater station right next to the Hotel, I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to enjoy D-STAR. I would definitely like to stay again.

Conveniently located near Kayabacho Station on the Tozai Line, it was easy to find without getting lost. The Room was well-cleaned, and the bathroom and toilet were new and spotless. I would like to use it again next time.

This is my third stay, as I have returned for the great location and hospitality since my previous visit. The amenities are well stocked, from makeup remover to skincare, and the Hotel staff are very courteous, making it a place where you can stay with peace of mind. It is especially quiet at night, and close to COREDO and Mitsukoshi, with the Ginza Line subway nearby as well. Only smoking Rooms were available, but when I requested a non-smoking Room despite knowing it might be difficult, they kindly accommodated my request. The Room was comfortable and Wi-Fi worked well. I would like to stay again.

Ten years ago, I lived in Hatchobori for five years. I had the opportunity to book a twin room for my wife and me. I expected it to be small and didn’t have high expectations. However, the staff were very helpful, and the bed and pillows were more comfortable than I expected. There are convenience stores and coffee shops nearby, which is very convenient.

Close to Ningyocho Station and within walking distance to Suitengu Shrine, the location was very convenient. Since it was just for accommodation, good subway access was all I needed. This time, I looked for a hotel near Tokyo Station as I participated in the Tokyo Marathon. The route from Suitengumae Station to Otemachi Station and then Tokyo Station was convenient, as well as from Ningyocho Station to Higashi-Ginza Station on foot and then Ginza Station to Tokyo Station. To reach the starting point at Shinjuku Station, I could take the Tokyo Metro from either Ginza or Tokyo Stations.

Front desk service at check-in Cleanliness of the Room and shower room Boxed breakfast (like an ekiben) Great access Everything exceeded my expectations in a good way. I would like to stay again.

I stayed here while traveling around the Nihonbashi, Kyobashi, and Ginza areas. Since the Hotel is a short walk from Mitsukoshimae Station, it was quiet and relaxing enough that I didn’t notice any outside noise. The simple Room with just a bathroom and bed was easy to use. Thank you very much for handling the check-in and check-out procedures smoothly and courteously! I could really feel the kindness of the staff. Also, the built-in alarm clock was loud, which helped me avoid oversleeping in the morning (lol). I’d like to stay again.

It was great to find an affordable place to stay even though it’s close to Tokyo Station. I needed to be near Tokyo Station early the next morning, and hotels around the station are expensive, so I was grateful to find a good-value hotel nearby. It seemed like there were many rooms, and some groups were staying as well. There are good restaurants nearby, and there’s a FamilyMart right next door, which was very convenient. I’d love to stay again.

The next day, I had business at Tokyo Station, so I moved here from another Hotel. They also stored my luggage for me, which was a big help. The location is convenient, but to get to Tokyo Station or Takashimaya you have to cross a pedestrian overpass, and since I had a lot of luggage it was a bit tiring. I think it would be fine if you take a slightly longer route. Breakfast was good as well, with bread provided. I think this is very good value for this area.

I had a relaxing stay. I will use it again.

The entire Hotel was clean. The bathroom in particular was spotless, and the shower curtain was also in great condition, so I had a very comfortable stay. The male staff member at reception kindly assisted me even late at night, and his neat appearance from late hours through the next morning left a very positive impression. Thank you.

Our family of four was able to relax and enjoy a peaceful stay.

APA Hotels offer the same level of quality wherever you stay, which is a big help. If you’re unsure, you can’t go wrong with an APA Hotel. Breakfast was served on the 1st floor and offered as a set-choice style rather than a Japanese/Western buffet, and it was very delicious!
