I requested a DVD player in advance and watched my own DVD: Monteverdi's "L'incoronazione di Poppea." The rental fee for the DVD player is 1,000 yen. The TV screen was quite large and easy to view from the bed. The air conditioning worked well too—it was a comfortable Room overa

The service was elegant yet warm, always prioritizing guests' needs above all else. Experiencing true excellence made it an incredibly satisfying day for both my friend and me. I left thinking that I absolutely want to find an opportunity to return here again within the year!

I have stayed here multiple times, and everything is perfect—the calm atmosphere, the pleasant scent from the lobby, the professionalism and word choice of the staff, their customer-first mindset, and the comfort of the Room. The location is also excellent, right in front of Mar

Comfortable Rooms with separate bath and toilet—many Rooms feature a bathroom with a separate bathtub and washing area, perfect for a deep, relaxing soak. A spacious independent vanity is also provided and is well regarded for its ease of use even when staying with multiple guest

Thank you for your warm hospitality, including the surprise chocolates and the Room upgrade. From the entrance to the restaurant, I was impressed by the attentive service from all staff members. It is a lovely Hotel where history and modern comfort are beautifully balanced, and

I used it with my mother during the New Year. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness of the Room and the bathroom with a washing area (including a shower). My mother, who usually has something to say about the comfort of the bed, seemed very satisfied with the comfort of th

The Room is simple yet stylish, with comfortable bed firmness that ensures a pleasant stay. If I could make one request, it would be to include cosmetic amenities in the Room offerings. My husband and I were able to refresh ourselves during this stay as well. We look forward to s

I had a pleasant stay. The staff's smiles are always the best, no matter which Hotel I visit. I was also delighted that the staff member who served us dinner this time remembered me from Kyoto—it was such a surprise to see them in Ginza! I hope to meet again someday.

The passage between Midtown and the Tokyo Takarazuka Theater has a lush, green atmosphere. One of the highlights is said to be how comfortable the bed is (apparently “remm” refers to REM sleep), and the bed was pleasantly firm. Having a massage chair was also a nice touch. We sta

It would be nice if it could open even about 10 cm. One concern was that when nearby guests closed their doors, my door also made a loud rattling sound. I woke up from an evening nap because of it. During my previous stay, the window could be opened slightly and there was no door

Actually, I had tried to book this hotel for years but couldn't stay due to changes in plans, so I was delighted to finally stay. If you're staying with Tokyo Station as your base, this is a hotel you'd want to choose without hesitation. Thank you very much. I will visit ag

The lack of a closet and having hangers hanging on the wall felt a bit unsettling, but other than that, there were no particular issues. I had breakfast at the Indian restaurant on the 1st floor, but it felt a bit underwhelming compared to the image of curry and naan in the guide

I love fugu and tried the wild-caught one—it was very delicious. I especially liked being able to return to the Hotel right across the street immediately after eating. There are a few parking spaces around the Hotel, and if available there is also street parking in front of the H

In the Hotel lobby, I could feel a feminine sensibility and perspective throughout, giving it a natural, calming, and soft atmosphere. Many of the staff were women as well, and everyone was kind and courteous. The lounge service was also plentiful, with thoughtful touches that

It offers the comfort of staying as if you were living in a studio apartment. Additionally, the soundproofing was excellent—I could barely hear any noise from neighboring rooms—allowing me to relax without worrying too much about other guests. I would love to stay here again when

I stayed for two nights and found it very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and I fell asleep easily. Although I chose a room without a bathtub, the massage chair made up for it and helped relieve my tiredness from walking. The front desk staff kindly stored my luggage when needed.

The bath, washroom, and toilet are separate, so it was very comfortable to use. I used the ReFa shower and dryer for the first time and was particularly impressed with the dryer. It made my hair super smooth, and my daughter loved it so much that we plan to replace our home dryer
