What surprised me was how much better the complimentary breakfast has become. It was very delicious. The Room and Facility are no different from other hotels, so I give everything 5 stars. We definitely plan to stay again during next year’s Golden Week holidays. Thank you very mu

Thanks to the cheerful and friendly cleaning staff, everything was spotless. The room had warm lighting, creating a relaxing atmosphere. There is only one washing machine, but for 500 yen, you can use the dryer as well, with detergent and fabric softener provided. The machine can

Booked early with a discount, making it very affordable. There’s a convenience store right next to the Hotel, which was very convenient. Although slightly old, the stay was comfortable. I got a bit lost inside Ueno Station trying to find the correct exit but felt relieved when I

The front desk staff and breakfast employees provided excellent service, making my stay very comfortable. The room had space under the bed, allowing me to easily open my suitcase. There were plenty of outlets, and the large TV was a nice touch. The room was cleaned thoroughly,

On the 15th floor, there is a large public bath where I was able to relax and soak in the bath. I was able to relieve the fatigue of the day. Thank you. The Room was quiet, had a sufficiently necessary size, and I felt that the Facility and equipment were reasonable. Of cou

Having a microwave and a desk suitable for office work (all MyStays locations have desks conducive to work) was very good. The balance between the interior and the price may not match depending on the day of the week. Although minor, some may be concerned about the peeling wallpa

I stayed here to coincide with my parents’ trip to Tokyo. I have a special attachment to Ueno Park, so I was hoping for a Room with a great view, and I was delighted that you arranged a top-floor Room with an excellent outlook. Thank you very much. Because I have difficulty walki

Everything is conveniently located within close proximity, making it incredibly convenient. The room had an older feel but was very clean and comfortable. Despite being in the heart of the city, it was quiet and allowed for a relaxing stay. With its location right across fro

The room was compact yet functional, featuring a sofa and table with all storage neatly arranged around the table. It was very clean, comfortable, and easy to spend time in. The amenities were available at the front desk to pick up, including bath salts, which I appreciated. Ho

It was close to the station, the staff were warm and friendly, and I was able to relax comfortably in a Room with a nostalgic atmosphere. I also appreciated being able to check in early when they told me my Room was ready. Ueno has so many places to see, so I would love to stay a

The bathroom and other facilities seemed cleaner than last time, which made my stay very comfortable. I also think the complimentary breakfast offers a satisfying amount and selection for women. They can store luggage before check-in and after check-out as well, which is a big he

Other than that, it was very comfortable. It was also a little disappointing that there is no kettle or pot, so you can’t make hot drinks. It’s an affordable Hotel in Tokyo’s 23 wards and close to the station, so minor inconveniences don’t bother me. The building has a charming s

The Facility is clean and well maintained, with thorough housekeeping. We did not order breakfast, but there is a 24-hour supermarket next door where you can buy breakfast.

The room is indeed small, but with various ingenious touches, it doesn't feel that way. The necessary services are well-equipped. I only used it for a day-use rest, so it was truly sufficient.

Conveniently located near the station. Despite being close to the station, the surroundings are quiet. Since it's an annex, checking in and out at the main building is slightly inconvenient, but it's quick and easy. The room was just right for spending time alone. However, I wiped off fingerprints on the mirror on the desk. I was pleased with the handwritten letter on the desk. I took the bath duck home as I wanted to take good care of it. It was soothing.

I went to Tokyo for an appointment and, since I wasn’t familiar with the area, I was looking for a place close to the station. The price was good, and it was convenient with restaurants nearby, including Ameyoko. The Room was compact, but more than enough for one person. Although I checked in late, the staff bowed deeply until the elevator doors closed. At that moment, I felt glad I had chosen to stay here.

Honestly, I liked it so much that I almost don’t want to spread the word through Reviews (lol). This time, I prioritized access from the station and price, and since my stay was short, I made a Reservation with almost no expectations for the Hotel. But in the best way possible, it completely exceeded them. All of the staff are simply wonderful. Stylish but not pretentious, with a comfortable sense of distance—they naturally check in on you at just the right moments. The amenities in front of reception are well stocked, and you can select everything you need. They even have pajamas, and the amenities selection is so complete you’ll think, “Is there anything missing?”! The welcome tea set made me go, “Wait—why is this so stylish?” Everything was delicious. You can really feel how much care went into that welcome tea set. Absolutely amazing! The burgers at the first-floor café were also surprisingly good. Room service hours had already ended, so I had one for lunch instead! I didn’t use it this time, but apparently there’s all-you-can-drink beer from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM!! And above all, the handwritten guide introducing Yanesen around the Hotel was fantastic. It’s handmade by staff and covers everything from restaurants to cafés to sightseeing spots—you can truly feel their desire for guests to enjoy the neighborhood. Depending on your purpose, a Hotel often ends up being just a place to sleep—but here, for the first time in a while, I felt that “staying at the Hotel itself is fun.” …That said, I kind of don’t want it to become too famous and crowded (lol). Next time I’m in Tokyo, I definitely want to stay here again.

Excellent location near the station with great convenience. As expected, the Room was spotless and beautiful. The pillow was very comfortable. The front desk staff were polite and wonderful. I would definitely stay again.

I had a very comfortable stay. The Room was spacious and clean. It was quiet at night, the bed was very comfortable, and I slept well. I would like to stay here again.

First of all, the service at the front desk was excellent. The room had a queen-sized bed, which allowed for a very comfortable stay. Although it was a No Meals Included plan, there were many FamilyMart and restaurants in the same building, so it was not a problem. I would defini
