Staying at the Tokyo Station Hotel had been a long-held dream, and it was even more wonderful than I imagined. From our Dome-side room, we could watch the flow of passengers coming and going through the ticket gates, and enjoy unique features of Tokyo Station such as the original brick walls preserved since its construction. Despite its rich history, not only the guest room but also the corridors and shared areas were impeccably cleaned—beautiful, spotless, and truly impressive. The staff’s service was also outstanding, allowing us to enjoy a flawless stay. The bathroom was spacious and relaxing, and breakfast was delicious as well. We stayed to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary, and we were deeply touched by the warm hospitality—preparing a commemorative gift for us and taking photos to present as a keepsake. Thank you for giving us such wonderful memories.

We stayed here as a couple to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. For us, the Imperial Hotel is a truly special place—30 years ago, we held our wedding reception here, and it has quietly witnessed some of the most important milestones in our lives. This time we stayed in the Tower Wing, and the view from our room was absolutely stunning. Simply spending time looking out over Tokyo felt wonderfully luxurious. What made us happiest of all was that our room had been thoughtfully upgraded without any fuss. We were genuinely touched by this kind gesture—it felt like the warm hospitality the Imperial Hotel is known for. We also visited the Old Imperial Bar in the evening, which was wonderful. Enjoying drinks in such a historic setting made us feel as though we were savoring the very time and tradition that the hotel has cherished for so long. In the morning, we had breakfast at Les Saisons. Not only was everything beautifully prepared with great care, but having breakfast in such a calm atmosphere felt exceptional—a happy moment that allowed us to reflect on these past 30 years at an unhurried pace. During our stay, we were also able to see again the banquet hall where we held our reception 30 years ago. To return to this same hotel three decades later and look upon that place together—saying to each other, “A lot happened, but it was a happy life”—was more than enough to fill our hearts. Even after 30 years, the Imperial Hotel remains unchanged in its presence and once again watched over another milestone for us. We were deeply moved not only by the outstanding service and cuisine, but also by its accumulated history and genuine warmth toward people. We are truly glad we chose to stay here on such a special anniversary. We would love to return again for future milestones in life. Thank you very much for such a wonderful time.

Following our stay during the March equinox holidays, we stayed with you again for the September equinox holidays. We booked connecting Corner Suite and Comfort Suite Rooms. With just one door between the two Rooms, communication between grandma and her grandchild improved dramatically. The Onsen in such a prime Ginza location was exceptional—grandma enjoyed it so much she went in three times. Breakfast was beautifully presented, which lifted our spirits, and everything was delicious. We will be back again.

This was a wonderful Hotel with great taste felt in every detail, and it made me want to take lots of photos. The Bulgari Bar was a spacious, relaxing place that made me feel like I was abroad. In the Room, they had kindly prepared fresh fruit for us, which helped soothe the fatigue of traveling. For breakfast, we had the Gymnasium Breakfast, and every item was a special menu that felt gentle on the body. The freshly pressed apple juice was also unbelievably delicious. We also enjoyed lunch at the Italian restaurant, and thanks to the staff’s warm kindness, my daughter and I had a truly pleasant time together. I would definitely recommend lunch at the Italian restaurant as well. I bought chocolates as souvenirs, and even after returning home, I continued to savor the wonderful memories of our time at Bulgari Hotel. I would love to stay again.

This was our first trip to Tokyo, and we stayed for 3 nights and 4 days as a party of two. It’s very convenient—just a short walk from the exit after going through Yaechika from Tokyo Station. The staff were kind and attentive, which made for a pleasant start to our stay. The Room was spacious enough for two people, and the bed was almost too big (in a good way!). During our stay, we didn’t hear any noise at all from neighboring rooms or the hallway. It was so quiet that we wondered if we were the only guests on this floor—thanks to that, we slept soundly every night. There were many Western guests as well, and everyone was friendly and well-mannered. In the elevator they would let us go first, and they’d smile when passing in the hallway—it really impressed us. We had a completely stress-free stay, which made our Tokyo trip truly enjoyable. Thank you very much to all the staff. We would love to stay here again when we visit Tokyo!

Because I had a great stay at the Remm Hotel in Yokohama, this was my first time staying at Remm Tokyo Kyobashi. It poured all day due to two typhoons, but it was very convenient because the entrance to Kyobashi Station on the Ginza Line is right in front of the Hotel. If you transfer at Kanda Station, you can connect to the Yamanote Line; and in good weather you can even walk to Tokyo Station—overall a very convenient location. The Room was as small as Reviews said, and I had trouble finding space for my suitcase. There’s also a convenience store nearby, which was helpful.

This was my second stay, and it was very comfortable again. It’s simple, but the Room and bathroom are always spotless, making every stay pleasant. It’s very relaxing, I sleep well, and it’s truly comfortable!

It was excellent! The location is perfect, and there’s a FamilyMart on the first floor. In the morning, I thought it would be self-service, but the staff kindly prepared both a smoothie and coffee for us. Both were delicious, and we really appreciated it. I’d love to stay here again when visiting Tokyo. Thank you very much.

There is no bathtub, but the massage chair and rain shower were very relaxing. The area is convenient, with many commercial facilities nearby and the station within easy reach.

They upgraded my room and gave me a small congratulatory gift. One staff member kindly accompanied us to the room and guided us during check-in. We didn’t use the other facilities, but we rested well in the spacious, comfortable room, and the large bathroom—with a bathtub and even a separate shower booth—was really nice. It’s a hotel where you can relax quietly without noisy tourists. The amenities are good too.

It’s a bit of a walk from Ginza Station, but since it’s Ginza, the walk is enjoyable. The Room was clean, and having the bath and toilet separated was very convenient. For breakfast, you place the small dishes on your tray as you go, so you don’t keep people behind you waiting—stress-free and really nice. Above all, everything was delicious. My husband was especially happy to have shabu-shabu and sukiyaki in the morning. The service was also excellent. Thank you for taking care of us.

The location is excellent, and the large public bath and carbonated spring are fantastic! Thanks to a complimentary upgrade, my stay was extremely comfortable. The staff’s hospitality is top-notch, and I’m very satisfied. It reminded me that this Hotel is a great-value classic. I’ll definitely be back.

It was very convenient, as we could walk not only to Ginza but also to Tokyo Station (a bit far, though). We also appreciated the amenities such as Sekkisei, and being able to enjoy YouTube and more, so it was nice to relax comfortably at the Hotel even after sightseeing. However, one disappointing point was that when we accidentally dropped the bed throw and happened to see the underside, there appeared to be an old bloodstain that looked like it had been there for some time.

I’d been curious about the fruit sandwiches here for a while, and by staying this time I finally got to try them. Breakfast was buffet-style, with a great variety of both Japanese and Western dishes, which I really enjoyed. Everything I tried was delicious. The fruit sandwiches were excellent too—the cream was lightly sweetened, and the fruit was fresh and tasty. There were also smoothies and green juice, so the drink selection felt well stocked. The location was great: quiet yet convenient for shopping, which I loved. The amenities were SEKKISEI, which was a nice touch. The shampoo had a sweet almond scent that felt very relaxing.

I occasionally stay at hotels in the Ginza area, but this stay was the most satisfying so far. The price range of around 40,000 yen is just right for Ginza—not too expensive or too cheap. The flow from the entrance to the room was smooth, and the large public bath was spacious, clean, and well-designed with a great sense of style throughout. Additionally, the fragrance inside the elevator was very pleasant—it made me curious about which brand's scent was being used because it smelled wonderful. What stood out most was how staff handled a situation when I accidentally left my ring in a locker at the public bath. Despite it being after closing hours, a front desk staff member kindly and promptly searched for it and helped me recover it—I am truly grateful for their assistance. Among all my stays in Ginza accommodations so far, this hotel has been my favorite by far. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! (As an IKYU Diamond Member, I would be even happier if more perks were added for Diamond members in the future!)

We stayed for a business trip, using 3 Rooms for 3 guests. Thank you for arranging the Rooms next to each other. Thank you very much. The Room was clean, and the bath was great as well. There were plenty of amenities, which we really appreciated. The bath additive (Babu) helped relieve our fatigue. We will stay again.

The amenities were excellent, and the ReFa shower head and hair dryer were very comfortable to use—thoughtful services that many women will appreciate. The Room was cozy and made me feel like I was staying at a small boutique Hotel in Paris. It was my first repeat stay in a while, and I would definitely like to stay again.

At the end of my three-week Hotel stay, I stayed here. I was treated with outstanding hospitality, and it became a wonderful memory. Next time, I hope to stay a little longer rather than just one night. I’d also love to use the spa then!
