I stayed at Fukuoka Sunpalace, and it was the first time I’ve ever experienced such warm hospitality. I used it as if it were a business hotel, but from the parking guidance to the front desk, and even the staff member who brought my luggage to my room by cart, everyone was truly kind and professional. I stayed in a 9-tatami Japanese-style room, which was spacious and very clean. The bath, toilet, and sink were all separate, making it extremely convenient. For dinner at “Shunsai Washoku Gingga” on the 9th floor, I had the “Mizutaki Course,” and everything—from the appetizers to the sashimi to the main mizutaki hot pot—was absolutely delicious. The evening view from the window and Hakata Port Tower were beautiful, and a staff member kindly explained the scenery. They even made charming conversation related to the restaurant’s name—saying something like, “I have a feeling we might see a shooting star tonight”—and their explanations of both the food and drinks were thoughtful and refined. Experiencing the warmth and reassurance of seasoned hotel professionals made this a truly special stay. When I come back to Fukuoka, I definitely want to stay in this Japanese-style room again!

I stayed here for a business trip. I chose it for the price, and the Room had a space where I could work on my computer, which was helpful (Wi-Fi was slightly weak). Additionally, there were many restaurants nearby, and I was able to find a favorite spot and enjoy Fukuoka.

It was excellent—my first time, but I had a very comfortable stay. It felt like being at home, and I was able to relax and enjoy a pleasant stay. If I come to Fukuoka again, I will definitely choose this Accommodation.

Online check-in and check-out were completed without any in-person interaction. The room felt like an apartment—essentially an apartment—and it was new, clean, and spacious. It had a gas stove, a separate private toilet (not combined with the bath), a washer with a drying function, and a large bathroom. We stayed one night starting Sunday evening, and it was a great deal at about ¥8,000 per night that day. There is no parking at the property, but there were plenty of nearby paid parking lots, so it wasn’t an issue. I rated service 4/5 only because I didn’t meet anyone in person and wasn’t sure how to judge it (lol). It seems the usual rate is about double, but I’d like to stay again if I get the chance.

With fewer rooms on each floor, there was little chance of encountering other guests. It was simple but sufficiently comfortable. I didn't use the sauna this time, so I’d like to try it next time. If I were to make one suggestion: While the shower is sufficient, it would be perfect if there were a bucket (though not very stylish) for a foot soak after walking around or a higher chair for sitting while using the shower for added comfort. I’d love to visit again!

Check-in is self-service, and pre-check-in is available before your stay, allowing you to enter the room easily and without hassle. The room was very clean, with a sauna, bath, bed, and everything else maintaining a high level of cleanliness. Amenities were also well-stocked and greatly appreciated. Sauna hats and sauna wear are available for rent, making it an excellent choice for girls' gatherings or group stays. Located in the city center within walking distance of bars, making transportation very convenient. Highly recommended! I would love to stay here again.

Communication before our stay was prompt, and they were very courteous. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so the location was very convenient. The amenities were well stocked. Thank you for your hospitality.

A friend highly recommended this hotel if visiting Fukuoka! With limited rooms, it was challenging to secure a reservation, but I was lucky enough to complete the reservation and make my trip to Fukuoka a reality. The facility, service, and meals were all impeccable. I especially enjoyed the breakfast served in the room—it was truly satisfying. I also had a restful night's sleep. You won't understand how great it is until you stay here yourself! The name of the hotel is Hotel Great Morning.

The Room was clean, and the kitchen was easy to use. There was a washing machine and detergent, and the bathroom has a drying function, so the laundry was dry by morning. There were also plenty of hangers, which made it easy to hang clothes. Recommended for a Multiple Night Stay. We had ramen for breakfast at the ramen shop next door.

Three friends and I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. We initially made a Reservation for three people, but when we asked whether we could add one more guest from the second night, they responded kindly and the additional fee was very reasonable. At check-in, we thought it would be unattended, but a staff member happened to be there and assisted us. The Room was clean, and the bed was comfortable with no issues. For a Hotel, it also had a larger refrigerator and an electric kettle, which made our stay very comfortable. If I had to mention anything, it would be even better if there were slippers for stepping out onto the balcony. Also, the shower-side drain in the bathroom was a bit slow, so water can pool if you’re not careful—I hope this can be improved. Although we stayed for 2 nights and 3 days this time, it seems like it would also be comfortable for a longer stay. We’d love to stay again if we have the chance!

I stayed here with friends. The location was incredibly convenient, so it was great to be able to come back right away after a night out. I expected it might be noisy at night because there were many international guests, but it wasn’t noisy at all. The bathrooms and other water facilities were also clean. If you want a great value stay, this is the place!

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay on a business trip. The bed was very comfortable, so I slept soundly, and I also liked the well-rounded breakfast menu. Hotel prices around Hakata Station have risen unusually high, but I would like to stay at this Hotel again.

It’s very clean, as it has just opened. The lobby is stylish and really lifts your mood. Check-in feels more international, so it may be a bit difficult for older guests, but the Room was compact yet relaxing and tastefully designed. It’s a favorite!

The room was excellent. Although there were reviews mentioning noise from neighbors or other sounds, I experienced none of that. However, the bed mattress was too soft, which made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep. Other than that, the location is great and everything was perfect! The front desk staff provided polite service, making my stay very comfortable. Thank you!

The location is excellent, close to the dining and nightlife area. There is also a coin-operated parking lot right in front, and it’s relatively inexpensive. The room feels like a unit in a regular apartment, but with two beds it’s more than spacious enough for one person. The bathroom isn’t large, but having a water heater that lets you set the temperature is a plus, and it’s also nice that the toilet is separate. I usually stay at hotels, but this kind of place works too.

I recently stayed in the annex. The room was very clean and spacious, and I had a very comfortable stay. The bed was wonderfully soft, and I was able to recover from my travel fatigue at a relaxed pace. It’s also close to the station, which made getting around very convenient, so I’d love to stay here again when I visit Fukuoka. The staff’s hospitality was excellent as well.

A great location—just a 15-minute walk to the dome! The four of us stayed in a Deluxe Twin. The beds were spacious, so even two people could sleep comfortably. The bathroom was also large, and it was great that there was a separate washing area! We also loved having the toilet in a separate room. Another big plus: from 3:00 PM, you can enjoy drinks in the lounge! We used it before heading to the game, after returning to the Hotel afterward, and again at breakfast. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Because it was a weekday during the low-rate season, it was an excellent value for money. However, for elderly guests who aren’t used to it, entering everyone’s email addresses and details on a small tablet in the front lobby was extremely difficult and led to repeated errors.

The entrance was a bit dark, and at first I felt slightly uneasy, wondering if everything would be okay. But the moment I opened the Room door, that impression changed completely. Inside was a very comfortable and welcoming space. Just as the Reviews said, it really is a wonderful Room. The staff were also extremely polite and warm, and compared with other Hotels I’ve stayed at, I was able to spend my time comfortably from start to finish. In the Room, thoughtful touches were evident everywhere—anticipating every need—and cleanliness was impeccable. The Facility, spaciousness, comfort, and staff service all exceeded my expectations. This time I stayed alone, but compared with nearby Hotels the price was reasonable and the Room was spacious, making it an exceptionally satisfying stay. It truly feels like a hidden gem—so nice that I almost want to keep it a secret. When I visit Fukuoka again, I would definitely like to stay here again.
