I had another very comfortable stay at Comfort Inn Ogaki. It was a humid late-summer day, but the interior of the Hotel was pleasantly cool, so I was able to relax in comfort. When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm smile and “Thank you as always.” All of the Hotel staff provide friendly and pleasant service. Since I needed to change Rooms today, they kindly stored my luggage for me. As soon as I arrived back at the Hotel, they promptly brought it out for me. They also kept the drinks I had forgotten in the refrigerator the previous day in the office refrigerator, which I truly appreciated. Their attentive care is excellent. The Hotel was quiet, and I was able to spend my time peacefully. Breakfast the next morning offered a good selection of Japanese dishes and other breakfast items, all of which were delicious. The scrambled eggs were light and fluffy. The original curry was also great and paired perfectly with white rice. The mackerel flakes also went very well with white rice—delicious. The fruit served with the yogurt was fresh. There were cabbage and lettuce at the salad station; they were crisp and refreshing. There were various types of dressing as well, all enjoyable. I have stayed many times, and breakfast always leaves me completely satisfied. There was also corn soup—it was delicious. It’s clear that all staff are considerate so that guests can always enjoy a comfortable stay.

On the second night of our Multiple Night Stay, only a Japanese-style Room was available, so we changed Rooms. Even our heavy suitcases and lots of souvenirs were moved by the staff, which really impressed me. It was my first time staying in this Japanese-style Room, and it had the charming atmosphere of a traditional Ryokan. The Room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom and toilet were new, so we had a very comfortable stay. I think it’s a perfect Room for families. The Room was so spacious that I could even do yoga. We enjoyed a hearty breakfast, and they kindly stored our luggage until the afternoon when we left Ogaki, which was very helpful. I would love to stay again next time. Thank you for your hospitality.

A clean Hotel. The bath was excellent. The pillow was quite firm, and I couldn’t sleep. The blackout curtains were good. The shower pressure was strong and great.

I forgot my charger and was able to borrow one. The staff were very kind and pleasant. The Room and bathroom were kept clean. Breakfast was also delicious. I would like to stay here again.

We stayed on the Family Plan. Above all, every staff member—including the front desk, the morning buffet team, and the housekeeping staff—was courteous and attentive, which made our stay very comfortable. If we have the opportunity to visit Ogaki again, we would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

The Room was spacious, the staff were very considerate, and I was very satisfied with the price. The air conditioner was excellent as well, with no odors or anything like that. I did have to look around a bit because an outlet was hidden behind the information sheet (oops). Since it’s right next to the Meitetsu railway line, those who are sensitive to noise should be aware of this (it didn’t bother me). I missed breakfast, so I can’t comment on any of the food.

The front desk staff welcomed me with refreshing smiles, which made me feel very comfortable. I was also satisfied with the breakfast menu—nutritiously well-balanced and deliciously prepared. This was my third stay, and I’m thinking of making this my regular Accommodation from now on.

As last year, you kindly prepared a train-view Room as requested, and my son was absolutely delighted (he was thrilled to see the Meitetsu trains from the hallway as well). The Hotel is conveniently located near the station, and breakfast offered a good variety. Although there is no large public bath Facility, we found it comfortable and had a pleasant stay. Thank you very much.

Conveniently located near the station.

Located just steps from Meitetsu Gifu Station, the Hotel is clean and well-maintained, likely because it is relatively new. The Room was spacious for a Business Hotel. However, the mattress and pillow were firm for my preference, causing discomfort in my back and head. Additionally, the thin blanket made it difficult to stay warm without increasing the air conditioning temperature. While this was disappointing for me personally, everything else about the Hotel was excellent.

On the first day of our trip, we made a last-minute Reservation when we arrived. The building may be old, but it was very clean, and we were satisfied with everything—the towels, pajamas, amenities, Wi‑Fi, location, and price. We were also glad we could book a smoking room. We walked out for dinner, and in the morning we had breakfast at the Hotel. You can choose curry or toast, and the rest is buffet-style. For this price, being able to enjoy a tasty breakfast was very satisfying. My only regret is that I chose toast. I hesitated about having curry in the morning, but I’m sure it would have been delicious. We rested well and had a great trip.

I’m a repeat guest. The location is great, and it’s excellent value to get a solid breakfast at this price. The Room is also comfortable and easy to spend time in.

I stayed here again after a long time. As always, the courteous service made me feel at ease. The Room has been renovated, and the unit bath was very clean. It was very comfortable. The amenities are well stocked. In addition to green tea, there is also coffee and black tea. I had breakfast, and there was a good variety of dishes and everything was delicious. I would definitely like to stay here again in the future.

The rooms and building are well-maintained and clean. Nearby restaurants are about a 10-minute walk, but there were only a few options like ramen shops and chain izakayas, so I returned to the Hotel and dined at the restaurant inside. Breakfast was also served at the same restaurant. The menu included set meals and dishes that pair well with drinks, creating a comfortable environment for solo diners. The medium-sized bathhouse, accommodating about four people in the washing area, was clean and provided a pleasant experience.

The petite young lady at the front desk won me over with her smile and warm hospitality.

I have stayed here many times when returning to Gifu. Sometimes I book a Multiple Night Stay, and it is always comfortable. There are restaurants nearby, which is convenient. This time, since it was a Multiple Night Stay, thank you for responding quickly to my last-minute request. I will let you know in advance next time. I would like to continue staying here in the future.

The Hotel itself is a very old building. The large public bath was relaxing. The breakfast buffet was also very delicious. I was completely full. There are many places to eat dinner nearby, so it wasn’t a problem. The convenience store is a bit far, but you can rent a bicycle, which is convenient. Only the Room toilet had an issue: for some reason, a urine smell lingered after using it. It was tolerable, though. I would like to stay again. Thank you.

This was my first time using this Hotel, but the service, Room amenities, and meals were reliably excellent as expected from APA Hotel. I appreciated the president's curry and water service, but the female staff who handed me an extra bottle of water with a smile as I was leaving provided exceptional hospitality. Thanks to her, I headed to my next destination in a great mood.

Within walking distance of Gifu Hatori Station. There is a specialty koppe-pan shop nearby where you can pick up breakfast; it is also within walking distance. The Hotel has an older design, but it feels clean and comfortable, and the guest rooms are more spacious than they appear in the photos. This is just my personal impression.

They were very courteous and helpful on the phone as well.
