I always appreciate your flexibility in both Okayama and Kurashiki, and I’ve been able to enjoy a comfortable stay. I’m also satisfied with the breakfast. In Kurashiki, the bath isn’t very large, which is a bit disappointing. Also, with more tourists visiting the nearby Bikan Historical Quarter, if you check in a little late there may be no parking available. Be careful when using nearby parking—if you choose one without a daily maximum rate, you could be shocked by the total when you pay in the morning.

The Facility and Room were stylish, impeccably clean, and incredibly relaxing. The tea and snacks prepared at check-in were also chic and instantly lifted my mood. All the in-room amenities, as well as the sweets, coffee, and other refreshments provided, felt carefully selected. Dinner was far better than I had imagined—delicious, of course, and beautifully presented for the eyes as well. I requested a mixed pairing of sake and wine, which turned out to be exactly right; even though my appetite had been down from summer fatigue, both the drinks and the food went down easily. I also heard that even the seasonings are handmade, and my overall satisfaction was higher than at an auberge—maybe it is an auberge? The garden view was lovely too; with wonderful food and drinks plus attentive service, it became an unforgettable night. All of the staff were courteous yet friendly—I’d love to see them again. I’d like to visit again in a different season.

The Facility is new, and I had a very pleasant stay. All the staff were kind, and the calm atmosphere was truly relaxing... The complimentary snacks in the refrigerator also helped soothe my fatigue from the extreme heat... I stayed on a Friday, and the bath was almost private, so I could relax and fully enjoy it. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. It was my first time staying at Dormy Inn, but I’d like to try other locations as well. Also, you should definitely add breakfast! The quality was beyond what you’d expect from a Business Hotel. Everything was carefully prepared and delicious. I’d love to stay again.

As this was my first time in Okayama, I planned my trip mainly around sightseeing in Kurashiki and made a Reservation at Ivy Square. I ended up arriving late at night because work ran over, but the staff greeted me with “Mr./Ms. XX, we’ve been expecting you,” and their warmth truly touched me. The Room Facilities were all new and spotless, and I was more satisfied than I had imagined. Since we were staying in the Bikan Historical Quarter, my husband and I went for an early-morning run, and having a coin laundry on-site was incredibly helpful. (I’d be even happier if there were a few more machines.) I also asked several times for help arranging taxis, and each time they responded quickly and very courteously. My husband and I found ourselves saying every day, “Everyone at this Hotel is so friendly and always smiling—amazing,” and it quickly became one of our favorites. Next time we visit Kurashiki, we’ll definitely stay here again! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.

My first time in Okayama City. I stayed at the Hotel because I had dinner planned nearby with a friend who lives in Okayama. It was clean, and the shampoo and conditioner had even been refilled to the brim—I really appreciated the thoughtful attention to detail. Breakfast was a buffet, and the staff kindly explained each dish; I was very satisfied with the selection. Thank you very much.

The Hotel is conveniently located near the Bikan Historical Quarter, making it easy to enjoy the night views and a morning stroll—an excellent base for sightseeing. The Room was spacious, and the bath area was separate from the shower booth, which made our stay very comfortable. It’s not a modern, highly functional Hotel, but it has a luxurious feel and offers great value for money. I think it’s an excellent Hotel for visiting the Bikan Historical Quarter. We used the luggage delivery service from Okayama Station. Since this Hotel was eligible, we could sightsee easily and comfortably.

My husband and I stayed here together. Since it felt like a Business Hotel, we didn’t expect much from the meals, but they were very delicious. The seasoning of the broth was especially perfect, and it made us want to come back just for the food. It’s close to both the Bikan Historical Quarter and the outlet mall, so it was a great location for sightseeing and we really enjoyed our trip. It was a shame there wasn’t an Onsen, but the large public bath was very relaxing. When we travel to this area again, we would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

We stayed for one night during Silver Week. We traveled from Kansai to Okayama and Kurashiki, and this was our Accommodation for the trip. The location was very convenient for sightseeing in Kurashiki, just a short walk from the Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter. We arrived earlier than check-in time, but by paying an additional fee we were able to park our car, which was very helpful. We also saw quite a few cars looking for parking, so we could start sightseeing right away without wasting time. They also stored our large luggage, allowing us to explore Kurashiki hands-free. We stayed in a triple room in the main building. The building itself is not new and the bathroom was a unit bath, but everything was kept very clean and we were able to relax comfortably. With triple rooms, one bed is often a narrow extra bed, but here all three beds were spacious enough to sleep comfortably. We had dinner at the Hotel restaurant and ordered the steak course. It was very delicious. Since the number of dishes was modest, it might feel a bit light for young men or those who want to eat a lot. I think offering additional à la carte options could make it more satisfying for those guests. Breakfast was served buffet-style at the Hotel. There were many Japanese and Western options, and everything tasted great. I had seen in other Reviews that the curry is delicious; when I mentioned that, my husband and son went back for seconds and enjoyed it. For me, the pork miso soup made with Bizen miso was excellent—the aroma of the miso really stood out, and it made me want to try Bizen miso at home as well. The front desk staff and restaurant staff were kind overall and provided pleasant service, making this a truly enjoyable family trip. Thank you very much.

We stayed as a couple and had a truly wonderful time. As it is a historic building in Kurashiki, we were looking forward to our stay, and it exceeded our expectations—full of charm yet comfortable and relaxing without feeling old. The meals reflected the season beautifully, and everything tasted excellent. Above all, the warm hospitality of the staff left a lasting impression. Their thoughtful care made us happy, and we genuinely felt glad we chose to stay here.

I’ve visited Kurashiki for sightseeing about three times, but this was my first stay at Royal Park. It’s close to Kurashiki Station, and the area around the station has Tenmaya Department Store, other shopping malls, and an outlet park, so you can buy souvenirs and enjoy plenty of restaurants for both lunch and dinner. Also, Shirakabe Street, the Bikan Historical Quarter, and the Ohara Museum of Art are all nearby, so I was able to take my time exploring on foot. The Hotel breakfast offers a wide variety of Japanese and Western dishes and was very delicious. This is a great-value Hotel. There are still many places in Kurashiki I haven’t visited yet, so I plan to avoid the hot summer season and stay here again.

With direct access to Okayama Station, it was convenient for both the Shinkansen and local trains. It was raining on the day of my stay, but they lent me an umbrella when I left my luggage before check-in, so I was able to enjoy sightseeing in Okayama. I would like to stay here again when I visit Okayama.

I woke up, took a shower, and had a meal—just like any usual day, but I didn’t feel tired at all. The Hotel was very comfortable. Starting the day well makes the whole day GOOD!!! Also, breakfast was truly wonderful—everything was delicious. Thank you very much.

The staff provided attentive service, and we had a very comfortable stay. The restaurant has semi-private seating, which allowed us to enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace without worrying about others. The food was delicious, and we were very satisfied. Our Room was in a separate annex, with privacy well maintained, so we could truly unwind. This is a wonderful Accommodation where we would love to stay again if we have the chance to visit Kurashiki.

Stayed for work.\nSince I only needed a place to sleep, I wasn’t expecting much, but it was a completely satisfying one-night stay from check-in to check-out.\nThe front desk service was excellent. And when I entered the Room—what a surprise! It was very spacious, and the bed was huge!!\nBecause you take off your shoes at the entrance, I could relax and didn’t worry about dirt on the floor.\nThe table was large, and the TV was big and easy to watch.\nThe sink area is separate and convenient, and the bath and toilet were clean and spotless.\nThe wallpaper and flooring colors felt modern yet calming.\nThe mattress firmness was just right! The only thing is that the pillow was a bit low for me—I would have liked it higher—but for one night it was acceptable.\nEven the freezer section in the fridge froze properly. I also appreciated having plenty of hangers.\nAbove all: clean, beautiful, and comfortable!!\nAnd breakfast impressed me. There were lots of local dishes as well as desserts, and everything I tried tasted great.\nIt was a very satisfying breakfast.\nThere is also plenty of free parking.\nWith Marunaka supermarket right across the street, shopping is easy too.\nI liked being able to make bath salts in the lobby. Conveniently located about halfway between Okayama Station and AEON Mall Okayama, with a convenience store on the first floor. The front desk staff also provided clear, courteous explanations, making my stay very comfortable. I would like to stay here again next time.

This was my first time staying for a Multiple Night Stay of two nights. Although I arrived late and departed early in the morning, there were several staff members on duty both times, and they assisted me courteously. This time I chose a renovated Room, so the rate was slightly higher, but from the moment I stepped off the elevator, the entire floor felt fresh and new. Once inside the Room, it had been fully renovated, and the bathroom facilities were very comfortable. Also, since checkout was at 12:00 p.m., on the last day I was able to go sightseeing in the morning and then come back to take a shower in my Room before heading out again. That’s a real advantage of staying at this Hotel. I would definitely like to stay here again.

All Facilities were spotless. The lobby, Room, and front desk area were clean and spacious, and above all, the staff service was excellent. While there isn’t a wide variety, the amenities were more than sufficient, and the shampoo and other items were good as well. The Room has an accordion curtain that cannot be locked. The safe was large enough to easily fit a bag with no issues.

I stayed for two nights for my university entrance exams. Perhaps because I informed them in advance, I was able to relax in a very quiet Room. I also used the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast, and the food was so delicious I ended up eating too much.
