This was my first stay, and I was very satisfied. The hotel and the room were both very clean and comfortable. The staff were always smiling, which made me feel cheerful. The shuttle service to Kanazawa Station and the hotel’s dedicated lockers near the station were very convenient.

We enjoyed another wonderful trip to Kanazawa. The staff at the club lounge were very kind and took great care of us. The green tea jelly was especially delicious. Thank you very much! We’re looking forward to visiting again in winter.

This was our fifth stay in two consecutive years (we also visited 12 and 25 years ago, haha). The Room was clean, the meals were delicious, and we especially enjoyed the extra-ordered red ika somen. We also loved the welcome chestnut steamed yokan. We had one from a famous confectionery in Kyoto the day before, but this one suited our taste better. We bought some at the shop on our way home. Thank you very much for upgrading our Room as well. As we were leaving, the proprietress kindly said, “Please come again,” so we hope to visit again next year. Thank you very much.

The entire property is spotless and feels very clean. The Room was also clean, and the toilet in particular looked brand new. Of course, the baths are spacious, with various types of baths and a sauna. Bath hours are until 11:00 PM, so I ended up going right before closing each time, but I was satisfied. Checkout was smooth since all I had to do was put the key in the box. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Ishikawa Prefecture.

The location is excellent, and the Room size and furnishings were great—especially the bathroom facilities, which were very convenient and impeccably clean. I would like to stay again.

Although I was staying alone, they kindly moved me to a twin room as one was available. The front desk staff were also very pleasant, which made my stay feel especially comfortable.

The Hotel was very clean and functional, which was truly great. There were also materials prepared to introduce sightseeing spots and gourmet options around the Hotel, which were very helpful. However, the best part of this Hotel was the front desk staff. The atmosphere they created felt like the ultimate service. I will definitely use this place again when I visit Kanazawa. Additionally, the hairdryer was a big hit with the women in my family!

This time, I stayed for three nights. I had reserved a single Room, but they upgraded my Room. With plenty of space, it was easy to spread out my luggage and organize three days’ worth of clothes and souvenirs without any stress. Thank you very much. I have stayed here many times. It is a long-established Hotel, and I personally love the antique-style furniture. It was my first summer in Kanazawa and it was definitely hot, so I was happy to find cold Kaga roasted tea prepared in the Hotel lobby. It was delicious. With wine available in the lounge and convenient access to sightseeing areas, I think this is an excellent value Hotel. When I visit again in a different season, I would like to stay at this Hotel again.

Honestly, I was a bit unsure because the price was so low, but the staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and there were no issues with hygiene! When I visit Ishikawa again, I’d definitely like to stay here! Thank you very much!

My spouse and I stayed here on a business trip from Osaka to Kanazawa. The front desk and restaurant staff were very kind, and their service was excellent. However, the room was small, and since we shared a double bed, it felt quite cramped and we didn’t get enough sleep. In hindsight, we should have booked a twin room. Breakfast, afternoon tea time, and the ochazuke time made up for it. We would like to stay again.

I visited Kanazawa from Kanagawa on a motorcycle tour. Since I made a Reservation online in advance, check-in was easy. What made me happiest was that when I asked about nearby places to eat and buy souvenirs, the staff gave me so much information I could hardly choose! Please note that amenities do not include razors or cotton swabs, so if you need them, it’s best to bring your own. I had planned for No Meals Included, but I was also able to use the breakfast buffet and was very satisfied with my Kanazawa trip. Thank you very much.

The Onsen was great, and the source spring was a moor Onsen. The relaxation area (Therme no Mori) was also very nice. It’s a Facility like a large public bathhouse, so it can get crowded, but it’s still a place where you can truly unwind. It felt like the kind of Facility where you could happily spend the whole day just melting into relaxation.

Just before a long holiday, we hurriedly booked a two-night, three-day stay. We have stayed at KOKO several times before. The room is very small, and for the two of us as a couple it felt like we could use a bit more space. However, you can clearly see the ingenuity in how the toilet and bath are arranged to make the most of the limited space. Guest room: Not spacious, but comfortable. Everything you need is provided. Service: Very friendly and kind. However, perhaps because it’s an international hotel, communication with some non-Japanese staff took a little extra time. Bath/Toilet: As mentioned above, so I’ll omit details here. Facilities: Everything is well equipped. Because the lobby is small, it inevitably felt a bit hectic. Meals: The breakfast we had in the past was very unique and delicious. This was our first breakfast since it became KOKO; there isn’t a huge variety of items, but everything was tasty—and they even had Kanazawa oden. That said, with so many overseas guests, refills weren’t always kept up unless we asked, which was disappointing. It also felt like the breakfast restaurant staff were not yet fully accustomed to operations. Overall satisfaction: A hotel we want to visit again and again. We’ll be staying one night again in November as well.

The Room was spacious and even had a massage chair, and I was able to stay very comfortably without any electronic noises or water sounds. The meals were delicious as well. I would stay again.\nIt’s a bit far from the station, but it was walkable.

It was a great and interesting Hotel. The little ones were also delighted. The breakfast was plentiful and very satisfying. The price was reasonable and easy to use. I would love to stay again.

We stayed in a twin room. The room and bathroom are compact, but for this price in Katamachi’s downtown area during the October three-day weekend, we were very satisfied. We appreciated being able to pick up only the amenities we needed, and the lounge on the first floor was also a nice touch. All of the staff gave a warm impression, and we had a very comfortable stay. I usually have trouble sleeping when traveling, but I slept soundly in the bed here. If I had to ask for one thing, it would be helpful to have small “drop-off” spaces near the hanger area, around the desk, and in the bathroom. That said, when we visit Kanazawa again, we would definitely like to stay here again.

I always stay here when I’m out for drinks. I especially love the welcome drink and the complimentary coffee beans.

The room was small, but I was able to rest well. With breakfast and complimentary late-night noodles included, it felt like a great value. There are plenty of places nearby, and there are also several hot springs in the area if you feel like going. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Ishikawa.

The service exceeded the price. Breakfast was appealing with small Japanese side dishes, and we were also satisfied with the cereal and coffee. The Room was thoroughly cleaned.

This was my first stay at APA Hotel. Everything, from the front desk service, room cleanliness, amenities, and the Onsen, was excellent. Above all, the location was perfect—the view of Katamachi intersection from the open-air bath felt so refreshing. In the morning, I enjoyed a stroll through Kenrokuen Garden and Castle Park before having breakfast at a nearby German bakery loved by locals. It turned out to be a wonderful trip. I look forward to staying at other APA Hotels in the future!
