We stayed at the Tachibana Clan Residence. The building, the garden, the meals, and above all the heartfelt hospitality were wonderful, making this a truly memorable trip. We were able to fully appreciate the history of the Tachibana clan and enjoy views of the pine garden from the grand hall where the lord once sat. I’m sure that even people 100 years from now will be moved just as we were. Thank you very much.

This Hotel is in an excellent location right in front of Saga Station. The Room was spacious, and the large public bath was great. Above all, the staff were very courteous. I would definitely like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

I stayed here with my elderly mother and aunt. During meals, the staff kindly explained everything in detail, and their service was excellent. At check-out, the front desk called a taxi for us, which was very helpful. I accidentally left something behind, but after confirming it, they promptly shipped it to me. It was a ring I truly cherished, so I was really grateful. Thank you very much. I would love to stay again.

It’s a Business Hotel close to the station, with a large public bath, and the breakfast is delicious—overall, I think it’s very good. Maybe it was just by chance, but I was a bit surprised because the sound of doors closing—from the floor above or the neighboring Room—echoed loudly. Also, what may have been the sound of drawers was very loud as well. Since it didn’t continue, it didn’t bother me after that. I was able to rest well and had a comfortable stay. If I have another opportunity to visit Yanagawa, I’d like to stay here again.

True to its concept of a day-use hot spring with full Accommodation features, the baths are wonderfully well equipped. The electric bath was so strong it nearly made my body stiff—perfect for enthusiasts? (lol) Breakfast wasn’t a buffet; it was served in a beautiful basket-style set, and I was very satisfied with the quality and variety. The location is ideal for a stay in Yanagawa. The Room felt a bit small for someone with a larger build in the standard type, so next time I may choose an upgraded class. Thank you for such a relaxing and enjoyable time.

The Facility is old, and the Room felt a bit small with thin walls, but it was very clean. There is a large public bath where I could relax. The sauna is very old, and the temperature felt somewhat lukewarm. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and was very delicious. Considering the price, I was very satisfied.

The Room size, service, and spacious bath all made for a luxurious stay. It was very comfortable, and I will stay again.

Reliable AZ quality: consistent service in terms of location, breakfast, Room, amenities, the front desk shop, and pricing. I use it when I’m on a tight budget—it offers excellent value for money.

We had a comfortable stay. Thank you very much. We would love to stay again.

My mother-in-law stayed at the accommodation. (The reservation was made by me, her daughter-in-law.) It was our first time using this accommodation. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the staff's smiles, I thought, "This was definitely the right choice." According to my mother-in-law, the staff were very attentive to her as an elderly guest staying alone, and she felt very comfortable during her stay. She mentioned that every decoration and exhibit in the facility was lovely and uplifting. When she visits our home in Saga, where we don't have a bed available for her slightly limited mobility, she usually stays at a hotel. However, she now says she'd like to stay here from now on. We look forward to visiting again!

The facility and location are excellent, but there are a few disappointing points. First, the security box was not operational due to dead batteries. Additionally, while both the jacuzzi and shower were of high quality and very comfortable, it seemed that the ceiling ventilation fan had not been cleaned, as brown droplets dripped down. The smart TV was not functioning properly, and upon investigation, it turned out that the LAN cable was partially unplugged causing a poor connection. Other than these issues, everything was clean and comfortable, making me want to stay again. I hope maintenance can be improved in these areas.

It was very clean and comfortable. The Room felt a bit spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. There is a one-time coffee service, and I was satisfied because it was genuinely good coffee. I will definitely stay here again.

I was confused because the building entrance passcode was different from the one provided by email. Fortunately, another guest happened to arrive and helped me. Also, check-in will go more smoothly if you enter the guest information in advance. *I did not receive the email, so I emailed them myself.* What’s better than other Hotels: - There is a screen, so you can watch TVer and YouTube - A ReFa hair dryer and shower head are provided - Even the double-bed Room is spacious enough - Great location Since it’s an unmanned Hotel, there may be various issues, but overall I felt I would like to use it again.

We stayed during the May holiday period. On the way, we got caught in traffic jams many times and ended up arriving close to 7:30 p.m. Since we had booked a Plan with dinner included, I felt very sorry, but they welcomed us without showing any displeasure and even offered kind words about the traffic, which made us feel at ease and able to relax. In particular, the slightly older female staff member at reception and the young female staff member in the dining room were wonderfully considerate. We also enjoyed hearing lots of local stories (such as delicacies from the Ariake Sea and why there are no terrace seats in Yanagawa due to mosquitoes), making it a very enjoyable stay. Because we had been eating a lot every day during Golden Week, we chose a minimal Plan without eel, but both dinner and breakfast were delicious—so much so that we thought it might have been worth stretching ourselves to choose a more lavish Plan. The Room was also clean and very nice. The only disappointment was an older female staff member in the dining room at dinner. Even though there was still food left, she tried to clear our plates without asking; we stopped her, but she almost did it again right afterward. I nearly told her to stop it already, but held back because the young staff member mentioned above was so excellent. The only drawback is that there is a big difference in service quality among staff; if you happen to get an unlucky one, your impression may change.

The owner’s thoughtfulness and the overall environment are truly excellent. However, for women in their 50s and older—especially those wearing skirts—the ladder to the bunk bed can be difficult. Women in their 50s and older should secure a sleeping space other than the bunk bed.

Sleeping comfortably at a familiar Hotel was, as expected, a pleasure. Now I can go out for drinks with peace of mind.

This riverside Hotel offers an open, spacious view from the windows. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, with wonderful smiles. Although the Facility is a bit old, it was clean and I had no issues during my stay. There were manga and complimentary drinks in the lobby. There was an ice machine on the 4th floor, which I was able to use.
