Following our stay during the March equinox holidays, we stayed with you again for the September equinox holidays. We booked connecting Corner Suite and Comfort Suite Rooms. With just one door between the two Rooms, communication between grandma and her grandchild improved dramatically. The Onsen in such a prime Ginza location was exceptional—grandma enjoyed it so much she went in three times. Breakfast was beautifully presented, which lifted our spirits, and everything was delicious. We will be back again.

I stayed here for a fan event in Ariake. It was a shame I missed the late-night soba and couldn’t try it, but otherwise my stay was very comfortable. The large public bath was crowded at night so I skipped it, but it was pleasant in the morning. It was spacious with a great view. I’d like to stay here again.

As always, it was excellent. I stayed for two nights again this time, and it’s very convenient with both Higashi-Ginza Station and Tsukiji Shijo Station nearby. I spoke to the staff at mealtimes and when finishing. Their cheerful voices really energize me from the morning. The Room, bath, and service are all great. I will stay again—thank you in advance.

My third stay for a live concert! Easy access by bus from Ginza, and the check-in time was early at 2:00 PM. When I arrived after 2:00 PM, there was a line at the counter, but they handled it efficiently and I was able to check in after just a few minutes’ wait. I usually buy breakfast at the convenience store on the first floor, but this time I tried the breakfast for the first time. It was a late breakfast, but whenever items in the buffet ran low, they refilled them right away, and they also cleared up quickly after meals, so I could enjoy a delicious breakfast in a pleasant atmosphere. This is a Hotel I’d like to stay at again when visiting Ariake. Personally, I also really appreciate the firmness of the bed and having a separate washing area in the bathroom.

We stayed here as a family during Golden Week. We often use Kyoritsu Resort properties, and our son—who loves Hotels—was thrilled! Considering the location and price, we felt the Room size was understandably compact. It was clean and pleasant. All the staff were cheerful, and it left a great impression that they greeted us clearly and warmly even when we just passed by. We also had breakfast here, and it was very satisfying. Of course, we fully enjoyed the Onsen on all three floors! We would like to stay here again when visiting Tokyo.

The staff were kind, and the room was very clean, which made our stay very pleasant. The pajamas provided were soft and comfortable. We were very satisfied and would like to stay again if we have the opportunity.

I chose this Hotel to see a musical at EX Theater Ariake and because it has parking. EX Theater Ariake is in the next building across the road, about a 3-minute walk away, so it was very convenient. I arrived slightly before the check-in time, but they still accommodated me. I stayed in a Standard Double Room. The Room size is about what you would expect from a Business Hotel, but the bathroom was not a unit bath, so it felt more spacious. Considering this is Tokyo, I think the value for money is reasonable. However, I think there is room for improvement in how seating is assigned at breakfast. As a senior couple, we wanted to enjoy breakfast in as quiet an area as possible, but we were seated in a section with several families with small children. The children could not sit still and kept getting up from their seats. It would be better to seat such families together in one area so they can dine comfortably without worrying about others, while couples, senior couples, and business travelers could be seated separately in a quieter area farther away. The breakfast selection itself was excellent.

It’s always within walking distance from Tokyo Station. On the day I stayed, it was unusually cool, so I walked. Tsukiji Outer Market, Kabuki-za Theatre, Ginza, and Tsukishima are all within walking distance, which is very convenient. The bathtub filled up with hot water in no time, which was great.

The room was very clean. For breakfast, we used the café on the first floor, and we were satisfied because the panini, cappuccino, and soup were all delicious. The amenities were well stocked, which was a great help for an unexpected stay. Check-out was also easy, which we appreciated.

I stayed here to attend a live show at Tokyo Garden Theater. It’s not far from the nearest stations on the Rinkai Line or the private Yurikamome Line, and it’s right next to Ariake Garden, with an Onsen, theaters, and shopping. You can even get there from the Hotel without an umbrella on rainy days. I’ve never stayed at such a convenient Hotel before. The Hotel was also very clean, and the seafood rice bowl at breakfast is something you rarely find elsewhere. The staff were always smiling, and I’d definitely like to stay here again for my next concert. Tokyo Disneyland is also within about 30 minutes, which is great for families who want to split up and do different things.

Every time Comiket came around, I really wanted to stay here, but I could never get a Reservation and ended up booking other nearby Hotels. This time, I finally got to stay. It was close to the waiting line, and the room size and Facility were more than enough if you’re just coming back to sleep. It’s not enough to lower my rating, but there was a light layer of dust on the humidifier, so it would be good to wipe it down. I hope I can book again someday. Thank you very much.

The Hotel is in an older building, but it is well maintained and very clean, and the front desk staff were warm and welcoming. The location is very close to Tsukiji Market, and it was a good, affordable Hotel for exploring Tsukiji and Ginza. It’s behind Honganji Temple, and they were holding a Bon Odori dance festival.

Conveniently located with easy access, I stay here regularly. The front desk staff are very kind. They kindly explain how to get to sightseeing spots and more.

Both the Facility and services were excellent. For this price range in Ginza, I think it is a very good property. It was new, clean, and well maintained. On the other hand, I noticed some dirt and dark staining on certain corners of the furniture and fixtures, as well as in parts of the shower booth. Still, overall satisfaction was high, and it is a place I would like to use again.
