In-room dining and a private open-air bath in the Room made it a completely private space. The meals were delicious. This Accommodation was great for families with small children, as you can relax and enjoy your stay without worrying about others. It was a bit difficult to do makeup, so having a handheld mirror would be helpful.

This was my first stay at “Kaze no Kaori MORI,” an Accommodation I had been especially interested in among all-inclusive properties. The maisonette-style Room was more than spacious enough for two, and the large bed—so wide even with both arms outstretched there was still room to spare—allowed us to relax and sleep soundly. Dinner featured creative French cuisine, with unique pairings and techniques that brought out the best in the fresh ingredients; every dish was delicious. Thank you as well for your thoughtful attention to the ingredients we had requested to avoid in advance. During bar time, we enjoyed drinks along with a platter of prosciutto and cheese. We were surprised by the generous amount of prosciutto (a special service?). Breakfast was Japanese-style and equally excellent. My wife especially loved the chawanmushi with sesame tofu. The lounge also offered a great variety, which we enjoyed—especially the gelato. Because there are not many Rooms, we were able to use the private Onsen baths multiple times at our preferred times. By opening the push-button window, we could soak in the Onsen while feeling surrounded by forest. We also used the open-air bath in our Room before going to bed. Looking up at the night sky while soaking, we were delighted to see far more stars than expected. Both Onsens allowed us to enjoy nature and left us feeling refreshed. The two-shot photo we received at checkout (taken during dinner) will be a wonderful keepsake. Thank you very much. From arrival to departure, we were truly moved by the warm hospitality of all staff members. One staff member even waved goodbye with big arm swings—it really touched us. If given another opportunity, we would love to return.

We chose this Accommodation after seeing photos and Reviews saying the food is incredibly delicious. We travel twice a week, and among the many Accommodations we’ve stayed at, the meals here were truly top-class. It really felt like we came to stay at an Accommodation run by a chef. We’re a bit shy, but they spoke with us in a way that wasn’t too close or too distant, so we had a wonderful time. This time it was just the two of us, but next time we’d like to bring our parents as well.

Thank you very much for your thoughtful hospitality. You even prepared matcha for us, and we enjoyed it very much. The Room and bathroom were clean, and we had a very comfortable stay. The view from the Room was wonderful—we were moved to be able to take in the sea, mountains, and sunrise all at once, accompanied by birdsong. I made a Reservation the day before my stay after reading the reviews. It was No Meals Included, but the service and atmosphere were great—this was a wonderful Hotel just as described. There is parking, and it’s fairly close to the station, so I recommend it. If I have the chance to visit again, I will definitely stay here. To all the staff, thank you for providing such a comfortable space.

We searched for an all-inclusive, ocean-view Hotel with breakfast and dinner buffets and a pool, and stayed here as a family during our summer vacation. The wide variety of all-inclusive options, the breakfast and dinner buffets with live cooking stations, the pool, and the many types of Onsen were all wonderful. We also enjoyed the free soap-making activity with our child. Everyone at the Hotel was truly kind. They always greeted us with smiles and attentive service, never showing any sign of being busy or affected by the heat. We were deeply impressed by their hospitality and were able to relax at a very leisurely pace. Even during the Shuttle Service on our departure day, they saw us off at the bus despite how busy mornings are—we were touched until the very end. We would definitely like to stay again. It was an amazing summer memory for both children and adults—everything was taken care of.

The round-trip Shuttle Service was available, which we really appreciated. It’s in a quiet location, so we were able to relax. All the staff we met were polite and provided excellent service. As others have mentioned, the meals were the best we’ve had among all Kyoritsu Group properties we’ve visited. Since spiny lobster was unavailable due to the closed season, abalone sashimi was served instead—everything tasted great, and the portion was surprisingly generous. One small concern: right after check-in, at the open-air area of the rock-bath public bath (toward the back), there were quite large dead insects (beetles and moths). Given the natural surroundings it may be unavoidable, but I’d appreciate it if that area could also be checked more carefully.

It was a trip with heavy rain throughout, but we arrived at the Hotel early and were able to enjoy ourselves a lot. It was disappointing that we couldn’t use the outdoor Facility because of the rain, but our grandchildren and parents enjoyed the indoor Facility while Grandpa and Grandma relaxed in the Onsen, so everyone had a good time. However, because of the downpour, it was difficult to get to the restaurant. If it hadn’t been raining, it would have been perfect! The Room was spacious and we were very satisfied. The food was also delicious. If I may make one small request regarding drinks at places like the restaurant: since we were traveling with a 2-year-old, it would have been nice to have something like barley tea available. Next time, we’d like to visit on a day with better weather.

We stayed in the Kozu Room. The Room was spacious and comfortable. Although the facilities are mostly shared with Kowakien, they are clearly separated in various ways, which was great. The meals were delicious and more than we could finish. All the staff were courteous, and we had a wonderful time. This is an Accommodation I can recommend.

We stayed here to celebrate both our wedding anniversary and my wife’s birthday, hoping to enjoy Onsen and delicious cuisine with views of the sea and town. The scenery, food, and Onsen were wonderful, and we especially appreciated the excellent service from Mr./Ms. F. Friendly yet attentive and courteous, their explanations made the meal even more enjoyable—we truly loved every dish. On our way out, we also discussed our next Reservation. With construction starting in September, and since we can only travel on weekdays, this was our last stay of the year. The food, the baths, and the Room were wonderful—and above all, the staff’s hospitality was exceptional in every way. What impressed us most this time was how you remembered what we discussed during our previous stay about how to serve chilled sake, and then made it happen exactly as promised. We were able to enjoy it deliciously right to the very last sip. Your prompt response truly surprised us and made us feel that you are always thinking of your guests. This is a special place for us. We are deeply grateful for this encounter, and we sincerely look forward to seeing everyone again next year.

First, thank you for accommodating my food allergies despite the last-minute Reservation the day before. The Accommodation is tucked away in the mountains, quiet and surrounded by nature—yet surprisingly well located with views out over the sea. There is no Shuttle Service to the Accommodation, so I took a taxi from Izu-Kogen Station. There aren’t many taxis waiting, but you should be able to get one without too long a wait. As it’s truly a detached-style Accommodation, each Room is set apart, so you don’t have to worry about noise from other guests. I believe all Rooms are detached and the number of guests is limited. The villa has high ceilings and a charming design, with an indoor bath featuring large windows as well as a private open-air bath in the Room. There’s also a small garden and an open-air bath without a roof. Of course, being outdoors means it’s affected by the weather. The views are lovely, but once you sink into the tub you can’t really see the ocean—just so you know. On clear nights, you can enjoy a sky full of stars. In-room dining was attentive and comfortable throughout, and I truly appreciated how carefully they adjusted the dishes for my allergies. They can also add or modify menus using local ingredients to suit your preferences. The refrigerator was stocked with drinks, and amenities were more than sufficient. I was able to relax without needing to leave my Room at all. A recommended Japanese-style Accommodation where you can unwind in privacy without worrying about others’ eyes.

I would like to stay again. This is an accommodation I would recommend to my friends. It was very relaxing.

I read the reviews and was looking forward to the food, and it truly exceeded my expectations. Instead of just a small portion in the middle of a large plate, each dish was beautifully presented and generously served, with every bite being absolutely delicious—100% satisfaction guaranteed! I wish restaurants in Tokyo would take note (laughs). The conversation with the owner was delightful, and their attentiveness and thoughtfulness were deeply appreciated. It was an extremely satisfying stay, and above all, the meals were outstanding. I was only able to have dinner, but everything was carefully prepared, from the seasoning to the presentation. I also personally really appreciated that the meal was not served in the Room, but could be enjoyed in a spacious dining area. The view from the dining area was superb.

I recently stayed at this Accommodation for the first time.\nThere were international staff working on-site, and their service was very polite and welcoming, so I felt at ease even as a first-time guest. Since I was staying with a relative who has some difficulty walking, I checked in advance about stairs; however, there was a small set of steps (about three) without handrails along the route inside the building, which made getting around a bit challenging. I think it would be helpful to have handrails there. I also feel that adding handrails to the open-air bath in the guest room would be beneficial.\nOn the other hand, every meal was delicious and more than enough in quantity—we were very satisfied. The dishes featuring seafood and local ingredients exceeded our expectations, and we were able to enjoy them at a relaxed pace. As our group enjoys drinking, we also appreciated that it was all-inclusive.\nOverall, it was a very satisfying stay, and we were impressed by the attentiveness of all the staff. With a few improvements to the facilities, it would be even more comfortable, but it was a wonderful Accommodation that made us want to visit again.\nThank you very much.

The Room, the bath, and the private bath were all great. The food was also excellent. There was a fireworks festival, and it was close to the venue so we could see it well. We will stay again.

We stayed in August. The Hotel itself felt a bit old, but the necessary areas have been renovated. Good points - The Hotel has an outdoor pool. It’s a bit far to Ito Orange Beach, so the pool is more than enough for kids to play. It’s also heated, and the water temperature was comfortable. - There are karaoke rooms, table tennis, and a free manga corner. - The complimentary Onsen manju at welcome service is delicious. - As part of the Fujita Kanko Group, there are Plans that include free tickets to Hakone Kowakien Yunessun and Shimoda Aquarium. There is also a 24-hour MaxValu right next door, where you can buy any snacks or treats you need. Points for improvement - If it’s only seafood, it can get repetitive, so I’d like more variety in meat and vegetable dishes as well. - I would prefer card keys for the Room. Overall, I felt it offered excellent value for money.

I usually stay at Itoen Group properties, but this time I tried staying here with a breakfast-included Plan! There are various shops nearby, so having no dinner included was not a problem at all. I came by motorcycle, and it rained quite a bit on the day of checkout, so when I told them I wanted to extend my stay, they looked into options and arranged it for me. The staff were very helpful, and I had a very satisfying stay. Next time, I’d like to try the Plan with dinner included.
