Since it was the year-end party season, the surrounding roads were crowded and the parking lot was also full, but the front desk staff kindly came outside to guide us. The Room was clean and I was able to rest well. The breakfast was wonderful, with a wide variety of local dishes

The surrounding area is right in the heart of the bustling downtown, so I wondered if it might be noisy. The exterior seemed a bit historic, but once I entered the Room, it was quiet with modern and clean interiors! The staff were all very kind, making my trip extremely comfort

The cleaning was done very well, making it a comfortable stay, almost like being at home. The large public bath on the first floor was also spacious, including the changing room, allowing me to relax in the appropriately warm water, which healed both body and mind. Thank you also

You can enjoy your bento meal comfortably in your Room; it’s delicious and comes in a satisfying portion even for high school boys, with salad and soup included. The miso soup at breakfast was particularly tasty. The Hotel's refrigerator is impressively cold—unlike typical ones—

Even though I drove near the Hotel, I couldn't find it, so I called, and their response was very helpful. I had plans to drink with a friend in Kumamoto at Kengunmachi in the evening, so when I said, "I want to take the tram to Kengunmachi," they kindly explained in detail how to

Unlike third-rate hotels that make excuses about the environment and don't clean, I could sleep peacefully. The staff is also very accommodating. As expected from the Washington Group. There is a convenience store on the first floor, and there are many shops around, making it con

It was a single, smoking room, but the hotel facilities and the room itself were, of course, without any inconvenience, and I was able to use it comfortably. I added breakfast, and when I visited the izakaya on the second floor at 7 a.m. the next morning, I was greeted by someo

Since it was my first time staying, I didn’t know how to operate the air conditioner, but when I asked at the front desk, they kindly explained it to me. Thank you also for lending me an extra blanket as I tend to feel cold easily. I look forward to staying again if given ano

This was my second stay. This time, I stayed in a double room for one night during my trip. It’s within a 30-minute drive from Kumamoto Station, and there’s parking available for rental cars, making it very convenient. It’s more cost-effective to stay as a pair. The stay also

Breakfast was buffet-style with both Japanese and Western options to enjoy. Despite being a weekday, many guests were using the facilities, reflecting its popularity. It was quiet and allowed me to relax fully. I would definitely choose to stay here again when visiting Kum

Since we didn’t have any particular preferences, we were satisfied with Joyfull. The hotel’s buffet breakfast was also delicious. There is a convenience store next door, making it very convenient overall. We would like to use this accommodation again when visiting the Aso area

Overall, the staff were kind and it was a good Hotel! The breakfast was also delicious. The mirror in the room was slightly dirty, and the showerhead in the bathroom was small and a bit inconvenient to use, so I slightly reduced my rating. However, it wasn't a significant issue

Cleaning was thorough, and as someone who often uses Business Hotels in Tokyo, I felt it was a highly satisfying Hotel. There is also a famous ramen shop nearby, which I couldn't visit this time, so I'll try again next time. Thank you for your flexible responses to various re

I stayed for two nights with a friend for a live event. The front desk staff were very pleasant, and although the room was a bit small, it was sufficient for just sleeping. It was very convenient as it was close to a convenience store, the arcade street, and the bus stop from the

I always stay at this Hotel repeatedly. They kindly store luggage from early in the morning, and the Room is clean and relaxing. Its location near the downtown area is very convenient for shopping, and I always choose this place when staying in Kumamoto City. The staff are friend

Great location inside the arcade. The Room felt a bit old-fashioned, but it was not a problem at all. The staff were also very polite. Great value for money, and I would like to stay here again on my next business trip to Kumamoto.
