The relaxing Facility, the charming Room, the wonderful cuisine, and the silky Onsen I could stay in forever—everything was exceptional. The staff’s warm smiles and attentive hospitality made it even better. This is the first Accommodation where I truly didn’t want to leave because it felt so comfortable. I would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

True to its concept of a day-use hot spring with full Accommodation features, the baths are wonderfully well equipped. The electric bath was so strong it nearly made my body stiff—perfect for enthusiasts? (lol) Breakfast wasn’t a buffet; it was served in a beautiful basket-style set, and I was very satisfied with the quality and variety. The location is ideal for a stay in Yanagawa. The Room felt a bit small for someone with a larger build in the standard type, so next time I may choose an upgraded class. Thank you for such a relaxing and enjoyable time.

This is a very clean and pleasant Hotel. The Room we stayed in had a massage chair, which we enjoyed using over the two days. The toilet and bath are separate, which was very convenient. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, which was helpful. We would be happy to stay again.

Since the event was in Kashima City, Saga, I chose Tosu Station for its convenient JR connections. I often stay at Route Inn Hotels. With the app installed, check-in is very quick and smooth. Recommended for those who frequently stay at Route Inn Hotels properties. However, anyone can go to any floor by elevator, which is a security concern. The bath turned out to be a small public bath rather than a large one—it was so small it made me laugh. That said, you can check how crowded it is on the TV screen, which is convenient. Breakfast offered such a wide selection that it was hard to decide what to choose.

I stayed here to watch races at Saga Racecourse. Since it was night racing, I checked in late and unfortunately couldn’t use the free parking... I parked at a nearby paid coin parking lot. Although the Hotel itself feels a bit old, the Room was clean, and for someone like me who gets hot easily, the in-room air conditioner worked well, so I had a comfortable stay. Above all, breakfast had more variety than I expected, and everyone traveling with me was satisfied—overall, great value for money! I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

The staff were incredibly kind, which truly impressed me. The building felt a bit old, but the Room and restaurant have been renovated and were clean, beautiful, and very comfortable. The food and drinks were delicious, yet very reasonably priced—I think this Hotel offers outstanding value for money. I especially recommend the junmai umeshu with a fragrant sake aroma at dinner; it was amazingly good. This is a wonderful Hotel I’d love to return to every year.
