Also, whenever we passed staff members in the corridors and elsewhere, they greeted us thoughtfully, and we were impressed by how many attentive staff there were. The meals exceeded our expectations in both taste and variety, and every dish was delicious. The dining venue also sh

Hotels and ryokans in Arima Onsen vary widely, but this accommodation offered both gold and silver onsen, beautifully clean guest rooms, and incredibly delicious meals, making for a highly satisfying stay. Breakfast included a variety of desserts, which made the children very h

The in-room dinner was very delicious. The broth of the clam and mushroom hot pot was exquisite, and the gratin of pear was a wonderful meal. Thank you for the birthday message card with a beautifully hand-drawn picture and text. This was my second stay, and I will use it again.

We love traveling and go to many places, but my daughter said it was perfect—close by, relaxing, and stress-free. On our way home she kept looking back; even from the train she could see the Hotel and seemed reluctant to leave. We’d love to visit again in a different season. Than

The roads in Arima Onsen are narrow, and they kept getting narrower on the way to the Hotel parking area, which made us a bit anxious, but we arrived safely. The staff were kind and attentive, and there were snacks and drinks in the lobby, so we could relax. The Room was also clean and well prepared; we took a short rest and enjoyed a walk around the Onsen town, which was fun. Since we requested a later dinner time, we were able to enjoy the bath at a leisurely pace. We thoroughly enjoyed plenty of meat with our meal. The other dishes also felt carefully prepared and were delicious. It was also nice that we could enjoy dessert in the lobby later in the evening after taking some time. If I had to mention one thing, it would have been better if breakfast items like bacon and sausages were served hot. We thought this might be our first and last trip to Arima Onsen, but now my spouse and I would like to visit again. We were happy with the Room upgrade—thank you very much.

The shower had great water pressure and was extremely comfortable, instantly washing away the fatigue from traveling. Above all, all of the staff were truly kind and attentive. Their thoughtful hospitality made our stay warm and memorable. Now I understand why it’s so popular and

I stayed here for the first time last year and it was amazing, so I’m returning again this year. The station, Koshien Stadium, a shopping mall, and convenience stores—everything you could want is nearby. Right after check-in, we received welcome drinks: one bottled drink per person from the vending machine of our choice. The building is a bit old, but it’s very clean and well maintained, and housekeeping is provided even during a two-night stay. Above all, all the staff are warm and kind! While waiting for the washing machine, they even called our Room to let us know when it was about to be available, which was very helpful. I’ll definitely stay again next year! Thank you so much!

The Onsen, with free-flowing golden mineral water continuously pouring in, felt especially luxurious. I was told it comes directly from the hot spring source right next to the Hotel. I ended up soaking again and again—it was incredibly relaxing and simply the best!! The meals w

It is truly a great Onsen. Located about 30 minutes from Osaka City, it is such a blessing to have such a wonderful Onsen nearby. The open-air bath in the sky at the Hotel offered a stunning night view and allowed me to forget the hustle and bustle of daily life. Th

I booked this for a high school graduation trip. The Room was very clean, and they were very pleased. The bath wasn't extremely large due to the limited number of rooms, but they could enjoy it leisurely without encountering many people. The meals were not overly abundant in

Inside the Hotel, there was a Koshien exhibition corner where I could feel the passionate energy of high school students and learn about the long history of the Hotel. The Onsen was comfortable, and I enjoyed the luxury of using a spacious Japanese-style room all to myself, all

Great service. The Room and bathroom/toilet are clean. The step-free transition into the Room is a nice touch. The amenities are outstanding, and they even provide bath salts. Welcome drinks are available. The on-site restaurant was not open at night. The breakfast buff

Many of the staff are international, but everyone worked sincerely and left a great impression. The Room shows signs of renovation, but it feels clean and uncluttered, and it was quiet at night and very comfortable. Dinner exceeded my expectations—I was truly impressed! The break

It’s not a luxurious resort, but it was clean and the service, while understated, was reliable. The meals were not extravagant, but well-seasoned and very enjoyable. The Onsen was also satisfying, with both Kinsen and Ginsen available. For the price, this Onsen Hotel offers excellent value. If I have the chance, I would definitely like to stay again.

Since there seemed to be no convenience stores nearby, I opted for the breakfast option, which turned out to be very delicious and satisfying. The staff were polite and left a great impression. I also tried walking from Hotarugaike Station on the Osaka Monorail to the hotel but

With a sofa bed available, we could also relax comfortably. The large public bath was very pleasant and spacious. The view from the open-air bath was particularly good, and soaking in the open-air bath while looking at the clear morning sky was exceptional. Dinner was a com

I forgot to take photos, but the room was quite spacious for one person and had everything I needed, which was very helpful. It was expensive because it was a weekend stay, but I am very satisfied. Thank you!

I had a very comfortable stay. The water facilities were very clean, and the Room's indirect lighting was lovely. The Room only has a shower without a bathtub, so I rated it 3 stars. The amenities and rental items were very helpful, and I enjoyed the free drinks as well. Convenience stores and drugstores are very close by, making it convenient. I would love to stay here again.

I stayed here on a trip to Arima Onsen. The parking lot is very far away, so it’s quite inconvenient without the Shuttle Service. The check-in and check-out locations are also separate, which was inconvenient, but the Facility is clean and Gin no Yu is within walking distance. It was great that I could walk to various places in the downtown area!

As expected from a former fashion Hotel, the bed and Room were spacious and comfortable. It would have been even better if there was a baggage rack. It's also nice that there's an Aeon within a few minutes' walk, so you won't have trouble finding something to eat. The Facility fe
