Thank you very much for everything. This is a wonderful Accommodation where you can enjoy both the gold and silver Onsen. Not only are the baths spacious, they are also kept extremely clean, making for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating time. The Shuttle Service staff, as well as all team members, were excellent, and the in-Room dining was delicious—there is nothing to complain about. When we visit Arima Onsen again, we will stay here. Although we visited during poor weather due to a typhoon, we had a highly satisfying stay—not only with the Facility, but also with the Onsen and the cuisine. In recent times, as service styles have been changing across many Accommodations, we felt that this Accommodation is also committed to staff development through the attentive service we received. Hygiene was exceptionally well maintained, and even someone as particular as I am could stay with peace of mind. When we visit Arima Onsen again, we will definitely choose this Accommodation.

Three generations of our family, including myself, stayed here. We truly appreciated the thoughtful care shown throughout our stay, especially the consideration for my mother, who has difficulty walking, and we were able to relax comfortably. From the moment we arrived, your attentive yet warmly familiar hospitality was perfectly balanced. The entire property was kept impeccably clean and well maintained. The furnishings, interior design, fragrance, and tableware— everything reflected consistently high-quality service throughout. This was our first stay as a parent and child. The Room was very clean, and it was the perfect environment to enjoy the Onsen anytime. The meals were carefully prepared and truly delicious. Even after checkout, we were impressed by the attentive hospitality, including Shuttle Service to the Rokko Mountain ropeway. We would love to stay again.

We stayed here to celebrate my wife’s birthday. We booked the Anniversary Plan, and in short, it was a truly wonderful stay that made us genuinely glad we chose to spend her special day here. What impressed us first was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. From arrival throughout our stay, everyone treated us with such warmth and care that we felt completely at ease. And above all, the food was exceptional. Both dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious—not just tasty, but beautifully presented in a way that truly felt like “a feast for the eyes as well as the palate.” Each course made us excited for what would come next, and we enjoyed every moment of mealtime. As part of the Anniversary Plan, we also received many thoughtful touches. They prepared a carved watermelon with the character “Kotobuki” (meaning “celebration/long life”), offered an extra dish on the house, and even gave us a commemorative gift. Every gesture made us happy and felt like they were celebrating my wife’s birthday together with us. Our Room had an open-air bath and a terrace, which allowed us to relax as a couple without worrying about anyone around us—something we really appreciated. In addition, as an IKYU Diamond member benefit, champagne and Shine Muscat grapes were prepared in our Room as well. This was another delightful service. Breakfast the next morning was just as impressive as dinner—not only in flavor but also in presentation—leaving us satisfied until the very end. Most importantly, my wife was truly happy during this trip—that meant everything to me. On such a special occasion—a birthday—we were able to enjoy amazing cuisine, warm hospitality, and unhurried time together as a couple. This is an Accommodation that made us sincerely feel: “We’re so glad we chose this place.” Thanks to all of your staff, it became a memorable and wonderful birthday for both of us. Whenever I visit Osaka, I stay at this Hotel. This time, I noticed that the table in the Room was smaller than before, and the shower was a bit harder to use than it used to be. However, being able to make a Reservation for parking gives me peace of mind, and it’s a Hotel where I can stay comfortably. I’m always grateful that when I have a Multiple Night Stay, you provide amenities for the full number of nights. Thank you very much—I’d like to stay here again when I’m in Osaka.

I traveled solo as a woman and enjoyed both the Gold Bath and the Silver Bath. The hospitality was outstanding. Everyone greeted me warmly, and the younger staff and international staff were kind and welcoming with friendly smiles. Dinner was delicious—the seafood, mountain specialties, and sake were all excellent. I’d be happy if you could sell the pre-meal vinegar in the shop as well; I really liked it. Since I usually skip breakfast, I appreciated having a dinner-only Plan. I may visit again on another solo trip, and I also recommend it for family travel.

The Room was thoroughly cleaned down to the smallest details, and we were able to stay very comfortably. Since our Room faced the river, we could hear the kajika frogs calling at night and enjoy a wonderfully luxurious atmosphere. Also, whenever we passed staff members in the hallway and elsewhere, they greeted us thoughtfully, and I was impressed by how many of them showed such attentive hospitality. The meals exceeded our expectations in both flavor and variety, and every dish was delicious. The dining area also showed careful consideration in its seating arrangement, creating a refined, high-quality space for dining. As for the baths, we could enjoy both Kinsen and Ginsen without leaving the property, with three different bath areas available—more than enough to fully relax and enjoy ourselves. At first I was surprised to hear that amenities are not placed in the Room but are picked up in the lobby to bring back with you; however, once we tried it, it felt flexible and actually more convenient. When we visit Arima Onsen again, my family agreed there won’t be any other choice.

I was able to relax and enjoy a very comfortable stay in the Room. All of the staff were very kind, and both the front desk team and housekeeping greeted me politely whenever we passed in the hallways or elevators. I felt this Hotel was welcoming not only because of the Room, but also because of the warm hospitality.

As we did last year, we stayed again this year for our cousins’ trip. Unfortunately, the weather was bad last year, but this year it was sunny, so we decided to definitely use Choraku’s pool. At check-in, we enjoyed delicious tea and sweets in the lounge, then rested a bit in our Room before heading to Choraku. We went into the pool (there were lots of children, but we still enjoyed it), and then used Choraku’s open-air bath. After returning, it was time for dinner. The meal was delicious again this time. The main dish at dinner was venison, which had no gamey smell and tasted great. There were also various drinks that paired well with the food, and this time we ordered the wine pairing. The price was very reasonable. After dinner we took a short break, then went back to Choraku to enjoy a mini concert. After returning, we had a nightcap in the lounge, took another bath, and went to bed. In the morning we woke up slowly, took another bath, and then had breakfast. This time we could choose between Japanese-style or Western-style breakfast; since the bread served here is incredibly good, we chose Western-style and asked for all types of bread so the three of us could share a little of each. We had tea in the lounge again, returned to our Room to pack up our belongings—and then it was already time to check out. The staff were pleasant, the Room was clean and comfortable—an easy Hotel to relax in—and since you can also enjoy Choraku’s Facilities and events as well, there’s plenty to do. We had another wonderful stay this time too. We’re planning our cousins’ trip here again next year as well—thank you in advance.

No wonder so many guests rate this Ryokan so highly!! The staff were simply wonderful, and I was impressed from the very start of the morning. Although the staff member assisting us was not Japanese, the explanations were clear and made us excited for the day right away. The half-buffet offered nothing but delicious choices, and we loved being able to grill items over charcoal at our own table. We were completely satisfied from breakfast onward! Even after checkout, they saw us off with warm smiles—this has become one of the Ryokan we definitely want to visit again. Thank you to all the staff.

We chose this Hotel after reading Reviews and checking the price. All of the staff were kind, and the check-in explanation was very easy to understand. The Room was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable for a relaxing stay. We were very satisfied because we could enjoy both Taiko no Yu and the Hotel’s Onsen! After getting tired from walking up the hill before arriving at the Hotel, the cold welcome drink was perfect! Our whole family was happy with our stay. Thank you!

Twelve of us gathered to celebrate my father’s 88th birthday. The Premium Suite Room was more than spacious enough for six people per Room, and we were completely satisfied. Drinks and snacks were free, and the service was exceptional. We also enjoyed table tennis and karaoke, and we owe this wonderful gathering to this Hotel. Thank you very much.

I have been staying here for several years, and this is my third stay this year, following winter and spring. The seasonal cuisine is both delicious and beautifully presented. The drinks in the refrigerator have changed from Jurokucha to green tea since last year, but I would prefer a caffeine-free tea at night.

The room was a Japanese-Western style, and the futon was already laid out. The Onsen had silky smooth water, which felt very pleasant. The open-air bath offered a stunning night view, making it a blissful experience to soak in the Onsen while enjoying the scenery. The meals were excellent; however, breakfast was limited to 60 minutes, which made us rush and was a bit disappointing. Other than that, everything was wonderful, and I would love to visit again after the renovation.

The Facility was spotless, and everything—from the meals to the Onsen—was excellent. We also had the pool to ourselves, and the kids were very happy. The only small issue was that we had to put on slippers to use the sink in the Room; it would have been nicer if we could access the sink and toilet directly without changing footwear. The staff were kind and attentive during meals, making our stay very comfortable. We would love to stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.

I visited for a day trip. The staff were very friendly. It was in a quiet location, a little away from the Onsen town. I arrived by car about an hour early, so I went shopping in the Onsen town about a 12-minute walk away, and they picked me up by car at the tourist information center. It was raining, so I really appreciated being picked up even though it was just a day trip. Thank you very much. Next time, I would like to stay overnight.

My first visit to Arima Onsen was just to stop by a famous hot spring, but this Accommodation was wonderful and made me want to come back. The water was soft and soothing, and the meals were excellent—carefully selected ingredients, thoughtfully prepared dashi, and delicious sea bream rice. The attendant not only served the meals but also laid out the futon, and their dedicated service left a lasting impression.
