I stayed here while sightseeing in Osaka. The hotel is conveniently located near the station, and the room was spacious and easy to use. The table and chairs in the room were very practical and made my stay even more comfortable. The amenities, welcome drink, and breakfast were simple but well taken care of, and I was very satisfied. The staff were kind as well, which made for a great trip. Thank you very much.

While the facilities themselves haven’t changed much, overall satisfaction is high thanks to features like bathrooms with a separate washing area in every room and dining options available late into the evening. If I had to point out areas for improvement, it would be the lack of hooks in the room for hanging bath towels, and the toilet soundproofing being a bit weak—sounds from inside can be heard in the room. I’d really like to see this improved. Breakfast has changed slightly compared to before, but I still enjoyed it very much. For breakfast, it felt like there were somewhat fewer bread options, but since this is a theme park restaurant, that may be acceptable. It would have been even better if items like pickled plums (umeboshi) or seasoned seaweed were available at the pickles station. I understand that the dinner buffet will be moved over to Vita; that’s one possible approach. I also think you could do more to highlight to hotel guests that Rex Café and the lounge are open late. Guests coming from far away tend to spend as much time as possible in the park and may not make it in time for the buffet’s last order, so having dinner options available later is really helpful. I look forward to further improvements.

We stayed here to visit USJ. My husband misplaced his earphones in the Room, and we searched everywhere, including under the bed—but there wasn’t a speck of dust under it!! I assumed it would be dusty and didn’t want to see anything unpleasant, so I suggested we look for them on the last day, but I was amazed at how thoroughly everything had been cleaned. Also, the complimentary soft-serve ice cream in the lounge was just what we needed after a long day—it really refreshed us. Our kids are already saying they want to go to USJ again!! When we do, we’d love to stay here again. Thank you very much!!

It was my first stay in a while, and thank you for upgrading me to a larger Room. It was a very hot day, but Nanko was nearby and I enjoyed it. The Room was comfortable, the Hotel felt calm throughout, and the staff were kind, so I was able to relax very well.

I enjoyed the Club Floor last time, so I came back again right away. The Room was as spacious as ever, and with the projector I was able to relax and watch a movie. However, compared with my previous stay, the club lounge felt less impressive. The Häagen-Dazs was gone and there were only frozen crepes, and dinner also had fewer menu items, which was disappointing. Even if Häagen-Dazs isn’t possible, it would have been nice to have at least regular ice cream. Since the selection of alcoholic drinks is limited, I’d be happy if you could add options like umeshu as well. It’s still a great value for a Club Floor stay, so I will stay again.
