I use it as one of my Stays in Osaka. While many new Hotels are being built, the slight oldness cannot be denied, but the response of the front desk staff is consistently excellent, and the Room cleaning is thorough, allowing me to always have a comfortable stay. Personally,

I chose this Property again because I had a good experience before, and once again, I was reassured by the excellent service of the staff. Also, as a Diamond member on IKYU.com, there were many upgrade benefits, which made me very happy. The content of the executive lounge wa

The Room had an amazing view, and the night scenery was beautiful. The meals were wonderfully well-designed, and everything—right through to dessert—was incredibly delicious. The service was also very pleasant, and we were completely satisfied in every way. If I had to mention o

It’s about a 10-minute walk to Shojaku Station, and the access is excellent with an easy transfer to the monorail at Minami-Ibaraki Station. After returning to the Hotel, the large public bath helped soothe my fatigue. Since there are no Hotels around Expo Commemoration Park, I h

I got a little lost on the way from Shin-Osaka Station to the Hotel due to unfamiliarity with the area, but I was able to find it quickly thanks to its distinctive exterior design. I could leave my luggage before check-in, and the staff's service was polite. Thank you. The ba

One great feature was that guests could enjoy complimentary soba noodles at the hotel until 11 PM, which was very comforting after walking around at the Expo. The guest rooms were clean, and in the public bath area, there were Dyson hair dryers and two massage chairs available—

The Room layout is also well designed—the door isn’t directly in view from the desk, so I could work calmly. Breakfast was high quality too, and the meat-and-tofu soup was delicious! They also serve excellent fruit, and at this price with breakfast included, I’m very satisfied.

In a word, it was an extremely satisfying Hotel. The building was new and very clean, and the air conditioning worked well, making our stay comfortable. The large public bath had a sauna, and the cold plunge pool was refreshingly cold. The room also had a separate bath and toil

Although it is on the opposite side of the Midosuji Line exit, the area around the Hotel is quiet with many convenience stores, making it a valuable choice. Above all, the Room is spacious! The bathroom and toilet are separate! The amenities are well-equipped, and having stay

After walking around at the Expo and feeling tired, it was incredibly relaxing. It was also great that information about how crowded the bath area was displayed on TV screens. The changing rooms were clean, and overall, all facilities were very tidy and comfortable. The only d

There were also seasoned vegetables, fish, pork miso soup (so good I had seconds), dessert (the pudding was amazing), and a green smoothie (I had seconds). Nothing flashy, but it hits all the right notes—an outstanding breakfast. I’d love to stay again and enjoy breakfast her

It’s very conveniently located near the station. I appreciated being able to take the amenities available at the front desk. I was especially happy that the roomwear was a separate set. All of the Hotel staff were very kind. Thank you very much for even giving me a specia

The tea, coffee, and toothbrush amenities were on par with a luxury Hotel. The Room was also very comfortable for working: the desk and functional designer chair were great, and there was a separate sofa and mini table. There were plenty of power outlets as well. There are four
