Thank you very much for your hospitality. This was my second stay, and since my previous visit was so enjoyable, I chose this Hotel again without hesitation. The Facilities were excellent, and the meals were delicious. I would love to stay here again.

Even though I arrived much later than the check-in time, the staff kindly accommodated me. I also enjoyed the wide variety of baths! Just one thing: many guests were barefoot inside the building, which I understand since it’s an Onsen, but if possible, it would be nice to have Japanese-style indoor footwear available (the disposable slippers in the Room were a bit small and hard to walk in), so those who want to wear them would have that option. Sorry for such a luxury request. I’m grateful to the kind front desk staff and to everyone on the team.

Everything was much better than I expected in every way! I would love to stay again. It became a wonderful memory. Thank you very much.

The meals were delicious. Dinner was especially outstanding (breakfast too). The large public bath was spacious, and the shower had strong water pressure. The Room felt clean and the lighting was bright, which was great, but I did notice a little light coming in through gaps in the curtains when sleeping, and the small constantly lit indicator on what seemed to be a ceiling alarm was quite bright. I would stay again if I have the chance.

Our club team of about 25 stayed here. The staff were very courteous and spoke to us often, listened carefully to our requests, and responded accordingly. Thank you very much.

Very close to the station. Because it faces a main road, there were times at night when noise from cars and motorcycles was noticeable, so I probably should have brought earplugs. The exterior felt somewhat old, but the Room was clean, and best of all, the toilet, bath, and sink were all separate, which made it very convenient to use. However, dust had accumulated on top of the bathroom door and in corners of the walls, so it would be even better if less noticeable areas were cleaned more thoroughly. That was my only concern—overall I was very satisfied with this Hotel.

The service was courteous, the Facility was new, and it offered great value for the price. The vending machine selection is a matter of preference, but it would be even better if you could stock at least one type of sports drink (for hangover prevention).

I stayed alone in a Twin Room for 2 nights/3 days. The Facility and carpet do feel a bit old, and sometimes I could hear what sounded like drainage pipes. However, the Room was spacious, the bathroom was roomy, and the sink area was wide and very easy to use. Amenities such as toothbrushes and body towels were available next to the front desk, so you can take only what you need. After getting off the elevator, there was a microwave and loungewear provided. The side table in the guest Room is quite low, so it’s fine for eating while sitting on the sofa, but it’s too low for opening a laptop or doing any writing work—it made my back hurt. (There is only a low table.) The lighting in the Room is also on the dim side. The window cannot be opened or closed, but if you open an inner shutter-like panel, you still get a reasonable amount of natural light. However, when that panel is open it gets in the way of the nearby bed. (It wasn’t an issue this time since I stayed alone.) The refrigerator has a small box-like compartment at the top inside; when set to “High” with bottled drinks inside, they were frozen by the morning of day 3. (They didn’t freeze after just one night.) About a 12-minute walk from Konoike-Shinden Station. About a 16-minute walk to Ractab Dome. There’s an inexpensive supermarket called OK about a 5–6 minute walk away, so shopping isn’t a problem. It clearly felt like it used to be an adult hotel-style property, but since it was inexpensive and overall very comfortable for me, I didn’t mind at all. I’d stay again if I have another opportunity.

This was my first stay, but the location was great, the price was reasonable, and the Room was clean. If I had to mention one thing, the Room air conditioning did not work very well.

Although it was a No Meals Included stay, we stayed for two nights as a parent and child on the Standard Japanese-Style Room Plan. It is located on a hill with great views. The Japanese-style room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. However, the only downside was that we couldn’t adjust the shower temperature well in the bathroom—it would sometimes get too hot or too lukewarm. Perhaps because there were few guests, it was very quiet from night until morning, and we were able to relax. The parking lot was also large and easy to use. If we have a chance to stay in the Ikoma area again, we would like to try it with meals included next time. Thank you very much.

We stayed in a sunny corner Room with a great view, and thanks to the nice weather we had a wonderfully refreshing time. The night view was perfect as well. The meals were outstanding—we enjoyed fresh duck and boar with no odor at all, delicately seasoned and elegant in flavor. Breakfast also came with many small side dishes, so satisfying that you’ll want seconds of rice; I recommend the plan with both dinner and breakfast included. It seems to be an older building, but once inside it is kept very clean, with no dustiness at all. Everything is well maintained and thoroughly cleaned. The proprietress was also very kind, and I would love to see her again. If you’re sightseeing around Nara Station it may feel a bit far, but the area around this Ryokan offers wonderful views from Mt. Ikoma and lets you enjoy a different side of Nara’s scenery, so I highly recommend it.

This was my first stay at Candeo Hotels Osaka Hirakata. Since hotels in central Osaka tend to be pricey, I decided to stay a little farther out and chose this property. The top highlight is definitely the bath. It was very relaxing, and the views and night scenery from the upper floors were wonderful. Including the view from the room, it was a very satisfying stay overall. Next time, I’d love to use the bath around sunset. I also enjoyed breakfast. When we visited, there was a corner where you could sample soy sauces from different regions, and it was memorable to taste how they vary by area. On the other hand, for first-time guests, access to the hotel and finding the entrance can be a bit confusing. Coming from the station or parking area, there were moments when we weren’t sure which route to take. In particular, once the attached commercial facility closes for business hours, it seems that available corridors and entrances become limited. Including restaurant hours as well, it would be reassuring for first-time guests if there were clearer guidance in advance on how to enter/exit at night. If you’re arriving by car, I recommend confirming parking details beforehand. We used the Keihan Parking Station Building parking lot, but at first it wasn’t very clear how partnerships with the hotel work or what conditions apply for discounts. We followed the instructions for reservations/discount procedures as best we could, but I think it’s best to confirm in advance how eligibility works and whether any discount will actually be applied at payment. Despite a few minor concerns, I found this hotel very appealing for spending time relaxing on-site—especially thanks to the bath and views. This was my first visit, but I’d definitely like to stay again if I have another chance. Next time I want to enjoy a long soak while watching the scenery at dusk. Thank you very much.

I used this accommodation for work and travel in Kyoto (with my family of four). Since accommodations in Kyoto city were expensive, we decided to stay here as we were traveling by car. It takes about 30-40 minutes from Kyoto city, and there is an onsen facility nearby, along with restaurants and supermarkets, which was convenient. The hotel facilities were clean, the room was spacious and comfortable. The parking lot was also large and convenient. Breakfast was great as well. I think I will choose this place again next time. The room was small, but it was perfect for resting my tired body after visiting Universal Studios. The amenities were plentiful, and I loved the Hotel’s atmosphere. Everyone had wonderful smiles, and the service was excellent. I could really feel all the thoughtful ideas and efforts made for guests in the bath area and dining to help avoid crowds as much as possible. The Onsen water was especially great. I had been looking forward to the welcome drink, but since I checked in after 9:00 p.m., I thought I had missed it—however, they kindly told me “It’s still okay,” and I was happy to receive it just in time. I bought dinner at the Seven-Eleven next door and enjoyed it slowly in the Hotel lounge (microwave available). Thank you for taking care of me for one night and two days. I would love to stay again if I have another chance.

The hotel offered great value for the price, with well-stocked amenities and very clean rooms. Personally, since I like to sleep in, I would have preferred more blackout curtains to block the morning sunlight. The breakfast at a café about a 2-minute walk away was also very good.
