The response from the front desk staff was very pleasant, embodying the essence of "The Hotelman" (in a good way). I forgot my charger, but when I contacted the front desk, they promptly assisted me even though it was late at night. Thank you very much. The room was more spacious

The lounge with its beautiful view was spacious, and the staff who assisted us were very kind, making our visit truly pleasant. Breakfast offered a great selection from drinks to desserts—so many dishes that it was hard to choose. The Osaka local items were wonderful, and the n

Stayed for one night during a live event trip to Osaka. Conveniently located with direct access to the station, close to Kyocera Dome and Dotonbori. The Room was clean and luxurious, and the staff provided excellent service. Although it was just one night, I wished I could

The front desk staff were very pleasant and kind, which was the best part. The Room was also a twin Room even though I booked a single, so I could relax in a spacious, bright, and clean space. When I visit Osaka again, I’d like to stay here because the location is great.

This is the hotel I chose to stay at after coming to watch a comedy show at Namba Grand Kagetsu. I picked it because it’s close, includes breakfast, and is reasonably priced, but it turned out to be truly wonderful. The hotel staff were polite and pleasant. The breakfast was

The staff I met were all foreigners, but they spoke Japanese well and were very polite. The twin Room was just the right size. The bathtub was spacious and easy to use, and the shower pressure was strong, which was great. It’s close to the station with plenty of shops and markets

I stayed in a Standard Twin Room for one night. The service was very polite and excellent. The best part was the bathroom, which had a separate washing area and a spacious bathtub, allowing me to relax comfortably. The room was also cleaned thoroughly. Amenities were avai

The overall experience, including the cleanliness, location, and service of the Hotel, was excellent! Although I couldn't take advantage of it this time due to my schedule, the Hotel offered attractive services such as welcome drinks and events that made staying there appealing.

The only minor issue we encountered was that the sturdy table provided in the room had slightly wobbly legs that didn’t lock firmly in place. This made moving it a bit concerning when laying out the futons. Other than that, everything was perfect! We will definitely stay here aga

The building was impressive, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. The room was excellent, and I enjoyed a relaxing bath in the large public bath, which helped relieve my fatigue. The amenities were well-stocked, and I even took some home as souvenirs. I would love to stay

Everything you need is available, making it very convenient and ensuring a pleasant stay. Although we didn’t use it, there seems to be laundry facilities in the building. The front desk staff appeared to be in training but were very polite and accommodating. Thank you! Would love
