The Room was very clean, and I was able to stay comfortable throughout my entire visit. What I especially loved were the infinity pool and the sauna. With only seven Rooms available per day, it never felt crowded, and I could relax and enjoy them at a leisurely pace. The views were stunning, and you can truly experience an extraordinary escape from everyday life. The staff’s hospitality was also excellent, making my stay very pleasant. Breakfast was delicious, and the bar had a wonderful atmosphere as well. Being able to enjoy drinks slowly while taking in the view was particularly memorable. It’s not an inexpensive Accommodation, but considering the Facility offerings, meals, service, and views, I felt it was well worth the price. I would love to stay again.

My wife and I stayed here together. All of the staff were very kind, and we had a truly pleasant stay—thank you. The entire building is over 200 years old, full of character, and has a calm atmosphere. It has been renovated well overall, but we found the layout a little difficult to navigate. Why was the washbasin separated from the bathroom? Also, the placement of items in the changing area felt odd. When using the hair dryer, it took us quite a while to find an outlet. These were our only two concerns; otherwise, we were very comfortable throughout our stay. The food here is genuinely delicious—simple dishes that bring out the best in each ingredient. This is an inn we definitely want to visit again!

The moderately American-style Room decor feels thoughtfully different from a typical Business Hotel. It was a new, clean Room. I was surprised that the bath and toilet were clearly separated. (The bathtub and shower felt like something you’d have at home.) The lighting in the Room is well designed, there are plenty of outlets, and it’s highly functional—overall, the hospitality far exceeded expectations for this price. Breakfast was also very satisfying in quality, and the other guests gave an elegant impression. There were a couple of moments when I noticed the soundproofing, but it was quiet at night.

Stayed again. I use it for work and meetings with clients. As before, it’s a Hotel located in a love hotel district, but the Room is spacious and the bed is large, so you can sleep comfortably and relax. Dinner is included, but unfortunately prices have gone up and more menu items now require an additional fee, which was unexpected. The Room also has internet access, making it convenient for work, and overall it’s a comfortable stay.

We chose this Accommodation because it offers views of Lake Biwa. The scenery throughout the property was exactly as shown in the photos on the website, and we were captivated by the refined design and attention to detail. We booked a Plan that included breakfast and dinner, and every dish made generous use of local ingredients and was truly delicious. We would love to return, and we would also like to recommend it to someone special. Thank you for your warm hospitality.

Many of the staff are from overseas, and I was truly impressed by how carefully and thoughtfully they worked. Both the Room and the bath were clean, and I felt they provided perfect service despite limited space, staffing, and pricing. The curry was delicious! Thank you very much!

I stayed in a room with a private hot spring. I was happy that the amenities were organic. The hot spring warmed me up gradually, which was great. However, the shower pressure was weak, so it took a long time to wash my hair. The room also had a great view. It would have been even better if the curtains were automatic. I only had breakfast, but there was plenty of fresh fruit and I was satisfied. Only one shuttle bus per hour is far too few.

All the staff, including at the front desk, were kind and helpful. We enjoyed Omi beef near the Hotel. The Hotel was quiet, and although the Room felt a bit old, it didn’t bother us. Above all, the breakfast buffet was truly delicious across the board. There was a wide variety, and some items were served in small bowls, which is perfect for anyone who wants to try many different dishes.

The other day, I stayed at this hotel to attend “FEST.INAZUMA,” which was held nearby. As a foreigner, my Japanese is not very fluent, but all the staff kindly listened to my requests and provided a lot of support. On my last day after checkout, I was allowed to wait in the lobby for a while until my lost luggage arrived at the hotel. Even though I had already checked out, the staff were very considerate, and I truly appreciated it. The warm hospitality of the staff left a strong impression on me, and I would definitely like to stay here again if I have the opportunity. One request: it would be great if YouTube could be available on the in-room TV.

Given our destination, this Hotel was the only option, but we were very satisfied: the large public bath was available until 2:00 a.m., and we could enjoy a hearty breakfast.

We stayed as a group of three, and the room was spacious enough with a large TV, offering great value for money. It’s also within walking distance to Tiffany's, which was very convenient. We were extremely satisfied. The front desk staff were all smiling and exuded hospitality, making our stay very pleasant.

At the time of Reservation for a Multiple Night Stay, the second night was in a different Room, but when we arrived we were told there had been a cancellation, so it was easy and convenient to stay in the same Room.

I like capsule rooms, so this is a Hotel I’d been curious about for a while. There’s a shopping mall next door, and the Hotel is clean with comfortable air conditioning. It seems to have been renovated—the bath area, hallways, and toilets are all spotless—and the staff are polite. The drink bar is a nice touch, and there are no real downsides except that the Wi‑Fi occasionally drops. Since it’s a Business Hotel, breakfast is the usual standard selection like in the photos, but I’m still glad it’s available. By the way, I was told that even during a Multiple Night Stay at this capsule hotel, you can remain in your room without going outside (though it gets noisy during cleaning). The biggest issue is that it’s slightly far from Hikone and Otsu. There aren’t many JR or Ohmi Railway trains, so getting there takes time—plus I have no particular reason to visit Minakuchi in the first place.

I stayed here for a reunion with old friends. The baths (including the open-air bath) were excellent, and the theater performance was wonderful. Above all, it was great to relax and take our time reminiscing about the past. Everything was thoroughly cleaned, so we had a very comfortable stay. I’d love to visit again and again. I’m already looking forward to the next performance.

Used for a trip. Both the lobby and the room were tastefully furnished, and the welcome drinks and other amenities were plentiful. The double bed was king-size, so we stayed very comfortably. Great value for money.

The staff were very kind. The location was easy to find, and the free parking was a great help. There are many tourist spots and restaurants nearby, which was convenient. I would like to stay here again if I have the chance.

We stayed here as a couple during a trip to Lake Biwa on the Saturday of a three-day weekend. Although it was very affordable, the room was spacious, and we had a relaxing time. The large public bath was designated for men that day, but since we were able to make a reservation, we enjoyed it as a private bath and had an incredibly luxurious experience. There are places nearby within walking distance for dining and shopping, which made our stay even more satisfying! Above all, the seasoning of the side dishes and miso soup at breakfast was absolutely delicious—it was perfect! The foreign staff at reception kindly answered my questions with great effort and provided excellent service. I would love to stay here again for another budget-friendly trip! Thank you very much.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. The Room had wooden flooring, which made it very easy to use, and it was spacious enough to relax comfortably. The drink service in the lobby was excellent, especially since alcohol was available, and we really appreciated the evening curry service as well. However, on the second night, even though it wasn’t that late yet, the curry had already run out and there was no refill, which was very disappointing. It would be great if there were a large public bath.

I stayed here on a business trip, and it was a very comfortable Hotel with well-stocked amenities and a spacious, relaxing bath. The front desk staff were courteous, and with shopping centers nearby, it’s convenient for dining and shopping as well, so I think it’s a great location. I also have an upcoming long-term business trip, and if I can make a Reservation then, I would definitely like to stay here again.

The front desk staff are always friendly and welcoming.\nThe Room is always kept clean.\nI stay here often, and it’s convenient with a convenience store nearby as well as a 24-hour supermarket.
