Given our destination, this Hotel was the only option, but we were very satisfied: the large public bath was available until 2:00 a.m., and we could enjoy a hearty breakfast.

I stayed here on a business trip, and it was a very comfortable Hotel with well-stocked amenities and a spacious, relaxing bath. The front desk staff were courteous, and with shopping centers nearby, it’s convenient for dining and shopping as well, so I think it’s a great location. I also have an upcoming long-term business trip, and if I can make a Reservation then, I would definitely like to stay here again.

We stayed here while touring the Kotō Sanzan temples. The top-floor Japanese-Western style room was spacious and had a great view. Both breakfast and dinner used local ingredients, and we were satisfied with both the quality and quantity. The sukiyaki beef was especially delicious. We used the large public bath after day-use hours ended, and it was very clean and comfortable. All the staff were kind as well. The area around the Hotel is also well maintained. We will stay here again when we visit Kotō. Thank you for your hospitality.

I stayed here to watch WOWOW. I was satisfied with the large-screen TV! They also offered welcome coffee, and I had breakfast for two nights; the menu changed slightly, so I enjoyed it both days. I will definitely stay again.

All the staff, including at the front desk, were kind and helpful. We enjoyed Omi beef near the Hotel. The Hotel was quiet, and although the Room felt a bit old, it didn’t bother us. Above all, the breakfast buffet was truly delicious across the board. There was a wide variety, and some items were served in small bowls, which is perfect for anyone who wants to try many different dishes.

Thank you very much. Despite the unfortunate rainy weather, the Onsen was also available for day use, and the parking lot was full; however, thanks to the staff’s guidance, we were shown to a space reserved for guests. The Room was spacious and spotless, and the open-air bath was wonderfully relaxing—absolutely fantastic. The kaiseki cuisine used local ingredients and was truly delicious. We were also able to use the day-use Onsen, and everything was taken care of. We had a very relaxing stay. Thank you very much.

Although it’s a love hotel, it was affordable and gave me a relaxing, carefree time. You can really feel the effort to satisfy guests in many ways. I became a member, and next time I’ll book directly. The late-night noise from the room-service cart was acceptable to me overall.
