The complimentary breakfast is so impressive that it feels worth paying for, as I even mentioned during my previous stay in Niigata. The room is well-designed to maximize space, and the bathroom is spacious and comfortable. On the other hand, the lack of amenities was slightly

The hospitality and location were excellent, but the Room's refrigerator did not cool properly. That was the only disappointment. Was there a Comiket or cosplay event? There were a variety of guests, and the staff handled everything well, leaving a positive impression. I will use

The price and cost performance were excellent. Additionally, there were three types of towels: bath, face, and hand towels, all of which were new and fresh. Please replace them before they become rough like in some common Business Hotels or old Ryokans. I will use this plac

If there’s one downside, it’s that it felt a bit far from Sakae’s downtown area... but at this price range, that’s understandable. The breakfast buffet was excellent! I skipped going to an expensive hitsumabushi restaurant—and that turned out to be the right call. I could eat h

I was able to stay at a great price, possibly because I booked early. Although I was a bit worried due to the low price, the room was clean, well-maintained, and had a sense of cleanliness, which was satisfying. I had left my luggage during the day, and when I went to check in at

The room was equipped with a microwave and an electric kettle, which were very convenient. Additionally, there was an air purifier, and the room had 24-hour ventilation, making my stay extremely comfortable even with my allergies. Thank you very much.

Located in the city center, it was easy to return and rest when we got tired during our trip with my daughter! The reception staff were cheerful and friendly. I would love to stay here again. The 12:00 check-out time was also a great feature.

I stayed here after watching a professional baseball game at Vantelin Dome. Not only the Room, but also the toilet, washbasin area, and bathroom were all very clean. I contacted you suddenly due to my own mistake, but thank you for your prompt and courteous response. This is an A
