I will definitely use it again next time. I want to complete staying in all the rooms on the Executive Floor. At the Executive Lounge, the staff's service is always excellent. There is a wide variety of drinks, plenty of food options, and everything tastes great—especially

However, thanks to their prompt and flexible response, they quickly prepared a comfortable room that met my preferences, allowing me to enjoy a memorable trip in Nagoya. The room I stayed in had a spacious bed and a large bathroom, making my stay very comfortable. In addition

I am truly grateful for everyone's heartfelt hospitality. It was helpful that the bath and toilet were separate. The train was clearly visible from the room, and my son was delighted. We chose a plan with a train-shaped cake, and both the appearance and taste were wonderful,

The scent is completely different from locations like Ginza—relaxing, almost like New Caledonia's niaouli. The staff at the front desk were incredibly polite and attentive. Despite interacting with about five staff members, all of them displayed perfect manners and care, even tho

The bathroom with a separate washing area, unlike a unit bath, let us soak and relax without worrying about getting the surroundings wet, which was truly refreshing. Everything at breakfast was delicious, and we fully enjoyed Nagoya specialties. Since the Hotel is directly connec

I also visited Nagoya Castle for the first time in 50 years and was impressed. The hotel staff had wonderful smiles, and their service was pleasant. The view from the room was amazing, and the breakfast restaurant had a great view as well, and we enjoyed delicious melon.

There was also a toaster, so it’s great for anyone who wants to warm things up or toast them properly. Drinks were also plentiful: specialty coffee, tea, juice, milk—lots of options. Some staff members were from overseas as well, but everyone had a gentle demeanor and made my sta

I used this hotel for the first time on a business trip. The front desk kindly changed my room to the ladies' floor, which had amenities that delighted women, such as a foot massage machine, two types of hairdryers, and Yakult cosmetics, making my stay very comfortable. Many plac

We always use this Hotel as a couple, but this time we stayed with our daughter and two grandchildren. We had a lively and enjoyable time. We always request hitsumabushi for breakfast, and this time as well, since our daughter loves eel, everyone was very satisfied with the brea

This is my second stay. I was satisfied with the proximity to the station and the cleanliness of the Room during my previous visit, so I decided to stay here again. As before, it was a satisfying stay. I only interacted with the front desk staff during check-in and check-ou

I stayed here during my trip to Nagoya. The deciding factor for me was the sauna available in the women's bath. It takes about a 10-minute walk from Nagoya Station, but it's not an unmanageable distance, and it was just right for sobering up after drinking. I accidentally l

The Long Plan was extremely helpful and comfortable as I had a night bus ride the next day. The compact Room was well-equipped with all necessities, the welcome free drink time was extended, and each item at breakfast was delicious, making it a very pleasant Hotel stay. Aroun

The accommodation was relatively close to the station, making it convenient. The pillows and mattress suited my body well, allowing me to sleep soundly—it seems they were Tempur and Simmons. While the facility is somewhat old, it was well-cleaned, and the room was spacious en

I was happy to find chicken wings at the breakfast buffet, and it was great that Noritake Garden was within walking distance. One small point: when I tried to enter from the main street, I was surprised by the large step at the entrance—it felt like “heave-ho” to get in. Later,

The Hotel is very clean with thorough cleaning. I chose a Plan with breakfast included, and there were many of Nagoya's specialties, which were delicious and very satisfying. The entrance (at night) and the elevator require a card key to use, ensuring solid security. I would like

I stayed here because my early-morning tour meeting point was in the underground area of Nagoya Station, so I was looking for a Hotel close to the station. The location on a corner lot made it easy to find, and having a convenience store on the first floor was very convenient. Th

A large foldable mirror on the wall in front of the desk in the room made it quick to get ready. I highly recommend this hotel as they truly understand guests' convenience. I requested a room with a nice view, and it was absolutely perfect. I'm looking forward to my next stay!

The amenities, welcome drink, and comic selection were excellent, making our stay more comfortable than expected. We also appreciated the dashi broth we received at check-in. One of the beds in the triple room was an extra bed and a bit soft, but we slept fine with no issues.

The accommodation was very clean, with new and well-maintained facilities. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were polite and attentive. It would have been better if there were more varieties of manga available, and the public bath felt slightly small, but it was fine a
