The hot spring is very nice, but it would be great if it could be accessed from 3 PM after check-in, instead of from 5 PM. The self-service happy hour for alcohol was also excellent, especially being able to pour draft beer from the server. I will definitely use this place again

Welcome drinks and amenities are available at any time for guests to take freely. The room had a calm atmosphere, allowing us to relax. In the evening, they provided light meals at the restaurant. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and was enjoyable. The restaurant was very

It was great to be able to refresh my daughter and her husband, who are working hard on challenging parenting. We enjoyed a one-night trip with activities such as visiting hot springs, illuminations, an aquarium, feeding goats, and shopping, all within walking distance. Thank you

At dinner, they changed the ingredients I wasn't fond of, and I enjoyed delicious Japanese cuisine. Yukata and slippers are allowed in the hot spring. Ice cream after the hot spring. They also provide pajamas for bedding, making it a wonderful and perfect hotel with every detai

The warm and attentive service of the staff, the relaxing space at the herbal medicine bar, the well-equipped amenities in the guest rooms that cater to beauty, and the drink and ice service at the large public bath all provided a soothing and comfortable experience that made me

The classic atmosphere was filled with a wonderful charm that new accommodations cannot offer. The garden was also very beautiful, and we enjoyed walking around. The meals were very delicious, and the open-air bath was very pleasant. I would love to stay again. Thank you

This was my second time staying here. The staff welcomed me back, making me feel at home and relieved. I love this Japanese-style space with its tatami flooring and the soothing scent of wood. The bath was as delightful as last time, making me want to stay in it forever. The vie

Perhaps because it was a weekday in June, when I called upon arriving at the nearest station, the shuttle came immediately, allowing us to check in earlier than planned. The male driver was friendly, and the woman at the front desk had a wonderful smile and was very pleasant, whi

I stayed in the VIP room, which had a spacious open-air jacuzzi bath and a steam sauna as shown in the photos. The large bedroom and spacious living room allowed for a relaxing stay. The large public bath was also wonderful. Everything was excellent, but it was a pity that

All the staff members were very pleasant. Especially the female restaurant staff during dinner had perfect timing when clearing plates and bringing the next dish. Her words were filled with thoughtful consideration, and I felt her kindness. The food was truly delicious, every sin

I also enjoyed the stone sauna after a long time and hand-grinding coffee beans to brew. Above all, the smiling service from the staff, starting with the front desk, was excellent. They also thoroughly followed up on the matters I had requested in advance. The only downside

My daughter loved the kids' space and went there many times, while I enjoyed the library lounge, repeatedly refilling the soup from the drink server, and relishing the reading and the atmosphere. The meals were also very delicious. Both my daughter and I had a fulfilling time.

The dishes, mainly Italian, centered around local ingredients, were excellent in both appearance and taste. However, the guest room was disappointing with furniture that seemed like it was from Nitori or Ikea, which didn't seem worth the price, and a small washbasin that made i

It is a luxury hotel, but the service exceeded that, making it a very satisfying trip. The young staff provided very smart and courteous service, making our stay pleasant. I've written at length, but it's a hotel I would like to visit again. Thank you for everything during our st

Of course, the cleanliness of the inn and the deliciousness of the meals were great, but the free soba noodles we had as a late-night snack were incredibly tasty, and even my son, who usually has a small appetite, asked for seconds. We only have wonderful memories! Thank you very

The large refrigerator was also great as it could hold all our ingredients. On the other hand, breakfast was provided, and it was surprisingly luxurious and delicious. I imagine the dinner would be equally wonderful, so if we have the chance to visit again, I would love to try th
