It is within walking distance from Gotemba Station, and there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so I didn't feel inconvenienced. They were happy to arrange a taxi for me early in the morning, which was a great help. I was able to enjoy the large public bath at night

Having a large public bath is definitely a plus. After climbing, I want to relax in the large bath. Although it feels a bit old, I was able to spend my time comfortably and leisurely. The response from the front desk staff was also very good. I would like to use it again when I c

It was great to be able to refresh my daughter and her husband, who are working hard on challenging parenting. We enjoyed a one-night trip with activities such as visiting hot springs, illuminations, an aquarium, feeding goats, and shopping, all within walking distance. Thank you

I wouldn't say it's exquisite, but it was satisfying. Amenities can be chosen at the front desk. I was happy to find bath additives and face packs. The parking lot is a bit far, but you can come and go freely, which was nice. The front desk service was good too. I bou

Even though I requested a memory foam pillow and blankets right before my stay, you handled it properly, which was very helpful. Thank you. On the day of my stay, the staff were efficient yet courteous, and I was able to enjoy a comfortable stay. The Facility is not new, but it was kept very clean, and all necessary amenities were provided. The Room was larger than those at other Hotels I have stayed at so far, and above all, I felt it offered excellent value for money.

I always look forward to the breakfast when I stay. The simmered dishes, curry, miso soup, and salad are all delicious. The room had a newly renovated unit bath, ceiling, walls, and lighting. It was comfortable. The Gotemba fireworks festival was on the opposite side, so I

Since the hotel opened, this is my sixth visit, including recommendations, every time I go to Susono. The staff's hospitality is always excellent, and I have breakfast every time I stay. The breakfast is delicious, and because the water is good, the drinks are also tasty. I alway

At this price, I am quite satisfied. There are many places to eat within walking distance, and there is a supermarket and drugstore right in front, so you can buy supplies there and enjoy drinks in your room. There was an ice machine and laundry facilities on the second floor.

Despite the reasonable price, the room was very clean and spacious, allowing me to have a comfortable time. The owner's personality was wonderful, and the explanations were concise, clear, and polite. I felt at ease during my stay. Thank you for taking care of me this time.

In a Business Hotel, the family would be separated, but it was great that we could all stay together! The view of Mt. Fuji the next morning was perfect without a single cloud. Next time, I want to see Mt. Fuji with snow, so I will use this Property again when I go to the Kant

Although I used a smoking room, it would be more comfortable if there was an air purifier. Many other hotels have air purifiers installed. Having raw eggs for breakfast adds to the satisfaction.

I use this place every month. Since the plumbing (unit bath) has been cleaned up, I think the cost performance is high. Also, I've never had any issues with the service. However, it's inconvenient that the parking entrance on the Lawson side cannot be used. Since I have t

I chose this Hotel because I was on a business trip and needed to stay within a tight budget. I’m not sure if it was due to the season, but around Gotemba Station there were only a few Hotels that fit my budget, including this one. The building itself felt a bit old, but the room was very clean. One thing to note is that the Hotel apparently doesn’t have an elevator, so if you’re assigned a room on the 3rd floor and have heavy luggage, it could be tough. The room had amenities like a razor and toothbrush, and it also came with an air purifier and hair dryer—convenient features you’d expect from a Business Hotel. There also seemed to be water dispensers on each floor, which was very handy when I wanted drinking water. Also, the shampoo and body soap were “tea” versions (tea shampoo? tea body soap?), which felt like a nice touch given that this is a tea-producing area. It didn’t seem strongly scented like tea, so if you’re curious, it might be worth trying.

The owner couple are very pleasant, and their attentive service reflects their long experience in hosting. It was disappointing that the TV didn’t support Abema and that the shower was a bit difficult to use. The kitchen was well equipped, so we had no inconvenience. This is a great, affordable condominium with an unobstructed view of Mt. Fuji.
