This was my first stay, and I was very satisfied with both the large public bath and the breakfast. The Room didn’t feel cramped at all, and I was able to relax comfortably. Walking around town was fun, but it was hotter than expected, so I ended up drenched in sweat and completely exhausted. After rinsing off in the large public bath, I really didn’t feel like going back out, so the complimentary late-night soba service was truly appreciated. (The half-size portion was perfect as a light supper after eating out.) At breakfast, I loved being able to enjoy small portions of local specialties, and it felt like a great value. This is an Accommodation I would definitely like to stay at again.

Although I had booked a plan for a fully booked day, you kindly contacted me in advance to let me know that a cancellation had come through and I would be able to use the hotel parking lot, which was a huge help and saved me the trouble of searching around. The tatami room was wonderful. It was compact, but the interior design and facilities made great use of the space, so it didn’t feel cramped even for two people, and we were able to stay very comfortably! If I had to mention anything, I would have loved a small mirror that could also be used in the living area for makeup, and tissues in the washbasin area as well. I also appreciated that the wet areas were separated. The bathroom was spacious, and I was able to relax with the bath salts provided at check-in! That said, I noticed black mold on the inside of the bathroom door and red mold on the floor, so I would be even happier if those could be improved (they were right in my line of sight...). Sorry for such a long message, but overall it was a lovely hotel! The front desk staff were polite and had wonderful smiles. I come to this area regularly for errands, and since it’s such a popular hotel, I hope I can make it my go-to place with some luck when booking. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Thank you as always for your hospitality. We had another comfortable stay and look forward to staying with you again in the future.

I stayed here for business. What impressed me most was the warm hospitality of the staff. I also really enjoyed a delicious dinner at the restaurant. One suggestion for improvement: as someone who loves an early-morning bath, I would appreciate it if the baths could be open in the early morning.

Most of the staff provided excellent service with wonderful smiles, making my stay very comfortable. The front desk amenities were well-equipped, and the quality of breakfast was high, making it a place where I wanted to stay longer. I would like to use this accommodation again for my next visit to Numazu. Thank you very much!

It was a very clean Hotel, and the bed was especially large, so I was able to rest comfortably. There was also a parking lot nearby at a reasonable price, and it was only a few kilometers from Numazu Port Market, which was great.
