I also stayed at this hotel last month using Ikkyu, and I truly appreciate your hospitality. I plan to visit about twice a month from now on.

As the title says, there are many Kuretakeso properties nearby. The Hotel entrance is halfway up a slope, so it may be a bit tough if you have a lot of luggage. The road in front of the entrance has heavy traffic. Breakfast has limited variety but is delicious. The dining area is a luxurious Room. The lobby comic selection is small; I think they should add more. Since it would help attract guests, I recommend increasing the selection even with used books. There is only one elevator. Soft drinks are all-you-can-drink. For about two hours at night, alcohol is also all-you-can-drink. The Room is spacious. There is a shower booth. You can watch TV while soaking in the bath—there are two TVs in the Room. Parking lots are scattered around, and if it’s your first time, it can be hard to tell where to park. Recommended in this area.

I’ve stayed at four Mercure properties with my family so far, and honestly, this one was the best. The dinner selection felt more geared toward adults and wasn’t overly focused on fried foods; the tuna sashimi was exceptionally fresh, and there was a generous amount of eel—Shizuoka is the best. It’s a place you’ll definitely want to return to.

I stayed here for a fan trip, and I felt safe thanks to the women-only area and the key-access system that prevents the door from opening without tapping your key. I was also happy that there was a private, lockable shower room. This was my first stay, but I’d definitely like to stay again.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. This is a well-maintained hotel with tasteful interior design. The room was clean and I slept well. The waffle-textured bathrobe was comfortable. Breakfast was healthy with a fresh selection, and the omelet made right in front of us as well as the warm rice balls were delicious. They also explained the parking situation clearly when I asked, so I was able to arrive without getting lost. I did not use the public bath since it required an additional fee, so I have no comments on it. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

It was close to the station and easy to find, so I was glad I could get there without getting lost. I stayed here for a live show at Ecopa, and they stored my luggage before check-in and brought it to my Room. They also kept my luggage after check-out, which was very helpful. The bath drained a little slowly, so I rated it 4 stars. The shower pressure was strong. I prefer stronger rather than weaker, so it worked well for me.

I’ve stayed here many times, and the food is truly delicious. It’s authentic Chinese cuisine. Really delicious. It’s so good that I stay here mainly for the meals. The rooms are clean as well, and it’s a very nice place to stay. If I had to mention one thing, the Chinese made-to-order buffet requires a minimum order for two people, so it’s better to go with three or more. That way, you can try a wider variety of dishes. I wouldn’t recommend going with someone who eats very little. It really is delicious.

I often stay here when visiting Hamamatsu. It’s conveniently located near the station, and there is also a coffee server at the Hotel entrance.

The hotel’s convenient location near the station was very helpful for both errands and getting back home. Being able to have a meal from early morning also helped me get ready quickly. Thank you very much.

We stayed on the one-night, two-meal plan with a Room assigned by the property, including grilled eel (kabayaki). The price was reasonable and the meals were delicious. However, it was disappointing that the website says parking is 800 yen, but when we asked at the front desk we were told we could use the municipal parking lot behind the property for 420 yen. It would be appreciated if this could be noted on the website. It was great to have a clear view of Bentenjima’s red torii gate right in front of us from our Room. We would like to stay again if we have another opportunity.

Four adults stayed in a non-smoking Deluxe Room. We were told there would be two beds and one extra bed, but since there were four of us, they kindly prepared two extra beds for us. We really appreciated it. The Room was very clean. It also had a microwave and a refrigerator. There were plenty of power outlets, and an air purifier as well. One small downside was that the shower in the bathroom had few spray holes or low water pressure, so it took a bit of effort to rinse off the soap. If you choose No Meals Included, there’s nothing else to complain about.

Great value with breakfast included, a large TV in the room, and reasonably priced beer from the vending machines—overall, I was very satisfied. In particular, the breakfast side dishes—simmered dried daikon strips, hijiki seaweed, simmered vegetables, fish, and natto—were a welcome selection for those who are mindful of their health, and everything was delicious.

I stayed here after a concert. They kindly stored my luggage before the concert, which was very helpful. I was also happy to enjoy the complimentary drinks in the lobby at that time. The Room was clean, and I especially liked the shower head in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well, and all of the staff were kind, so I would like to stay here again.

I stayed for one night and had a relaxing time. There is a convenience store nearby, and although it is an artificial Onsen, being able to stretch my legs in the bath helped relieve my fatigue. I will use this place again.

It was mentioned to be 5 minutes from the station, but it felt slightly farther than expected. However, there is a 7-Eleven nearby, and the front desk staff provided very courteous service, allowing for a comfortable and secure stay. Thank you very much.

I stayed for 3 nights, and the Room cleaning was thorough, making my stay comfortable. For the breakfast buffet, I chose rice on the 1st and 3rd days and bread on the 2nd day. The menu is almost the same every day, but occasionally there are chef's specials. This time it was Chinese-style meatballs with sauce—delicious! I also appreciated having natto and whitebait available. The reception staff were very kind. The neighboring Chinese restaurant offers generous portions, leaving me full after dinner. Although the Room was small, it’s understandable; being on a higher floor provided a nice view, and amenities were well-prepared. Considering this price range, I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed here for a live event at Ecopa. Check-in was until 10 PM, but since I arrived at Bentenjima Station just before 10 PM and went to buy dinner at a convenience store first, I called to inform them that I would be checking in after 10 PM. The staff responded very kindly and warmly, which made me feel reassured. When I arrived, they informed me that the Onsen was open until 11 PM. When I asked if it would be okay as long as I left the bath by 11 PM, they assured me not to worry since there were still other guests who hadn't arrived yet. Although the person who answered my call earlier was different from the one who greeted me upon arrival, it felt like all staff were well-trained and caring, which left a warm impression on me. The view from my room was great. Since it was late when I checked in, I only used the room for sleeping, but it was very comfortable. Instead of traditional futons on tatami mats, there were mattresses with futons laid on top of them, allowing for a soft and restful sleep. If there's one thing I'd wish for—it would have been nice if the Onsen could also be used in the morning since its hours started from 3 PM. The location is right in front of the station with a convenience store nearby; combined with excellent service from the staff, I'd love to stay here again if I'm ever visiting Shizuoka again. Thank you!

This is my third stay. Extremely comfortable! Although there are minor issues every time, the customer service is exceptional. They answer calls immediately and respond promptly to any concerns! The washing machine is a lifesaver for our large family. When I mentioned that the provided detergent pods were leaking, they quickly brought over a pouch of detergent instead. The sense of security here is incredible. On a completely unrelated note, my car got stuck in the sand in front of the Hotel due to my driving mistake, but people nearby kindly helped me out. The locals are so warm and helpful too!

You’ll head in through a surprisingly narrow passageway that makes you wonder, “Are we really going in here!?”—but the location is very convenient, just a short walk from Kanzanji, with an eel restaurant nearby, making the stay very comfortable. The Room was also very clean. However, compared to the Facility’s stated capacity, there were far too few dining chairs—only six. Since we stayed with seven people, it was quite inconvenient. The Goemon-style bath was interesting, but there wasn’t much firewood, and it still felt insufficient for seven people. That said, the Goemon-style bath, the movable hanging tent, and the view were all incredibly fun. We also enjoyed watching the tides come in and out. There is a bedroom on the second floor, but since there’s no sink or similar amenities up there, it wasn’t very convenient to use.

The TV was a great size and positioned for easy viewing, so I was able to relax while watching Netflix and YouTube. Thank you very much.
