This was my second stay. Just like last time, I was very satisfied. Each dish was well seasoned, and the freshly fried tempura was delicious. The sushi was slightly dry, but still acceptable. Since it was a buffet, empty plates were cleared quickly, so I could go back for seconds comfortably. I would like to come again.

Check-in via tablet was smooth, and the service was just right, making the stay very comfortable. We were worried the meals might not be enough, but for our age group it was just the right amount and we finished almost everything. The food was delicious. The Room with a semi-open-air bath felt a bit small, but it was well cleaned and we had a pleasant stay.

Although the weather wasn’t great, we were able to enjoy a BBQ and a campfire thanks to the covered area. Bringing our own items was allowed, so we brought alcohol without hesitation—even glass wine glasses. We couldn’t get the jacuzzi’s automatic hot-water filling function to work properly. The staff showed us how to use the projector. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask for help—you’ll enjoy your stay even more.

Although we stayed for only one night, we were very satisfied. We were able to forget the hustle and bustle of the city, relax, and enjoy being surrounded by nature. The staff were wonderful, and it was an Accommodation we would like to visit again. Thank you very much.

We stayed here overnight while driving from Osaka to Yokohama to take our grandchild. It was our first time staying in an unmanned vacation rental, so we were a bit worried about what would happen if we needed help. However, there were instructions posted in many places and the attention to detail was excellent, so we were able to stay comfortably without needing to ask any questions. The facilities for toddlers and children were especially impressive—there was a safety net on the stairs to prevent falls, and even kids’ amenities, more than we expected. Unfortunately, due to bad weather we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji on either day, but the delicious meat and the lovely room helped us relax. Just one point: perhaps because of the rain, the parking space markings on the ground were hard to see. A neighboring guest parked in the wrong spot and came over, but since there was no doorbell they had to knock. If the markings could be made clearer, it would make things easier even in heavy rain and make booking “Yama” feel even more worthwhile.

I traveled from Saitama to Shizuoka for work and stayed one night at Kuretake Inn Gotemba Inter for the first time. It was a shame I didn’t get to use the Onsen. The Room was clean, the amenities were well stocked, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of dishes and was delicious. I will stay again. Thank you very much.

This was my third stay. It was my first time visiting in summer, and the lush greenery outside the window was very soothing. There are many international staff members, but everyone works hard and it never feels out of place. This time, I ordered cake and coffee to go from the café lounge, and I really appreciated how a Japanese staff member carefully packed the cup in the cake box so it wouldn’t tip over—such thoughtful attention to detail. I’ll be back again. Thank you very much.

Thanks to the young female staff member at the front desk who kindly gave us detailed directions to the surrounding roads, we were able to enjoy sightseeing in Hakone without any trouble. We could also see Mt. Fuji from our Room, and the Onsen was very relaxing. We would love to stay again.

I stay at Onsen inns in Hakone every month, and the private bath here was absolutely outstanding! The meals were delicious, and the rice at breakfast was especially exceptional. Above all, the staff’s hospitality made me feel truly happy. Thank you very much!

The room was small and the parking lot was difficult to use, but the pickup service came for us, which was very helpful. There was plenty of food, and they also offered complimentary drinks, so we were very satisfied. The Owakudani hot spring was also wonderful!

This was my first time staying at TAOYA. The Hotel had a wonderful atmosphere, and the staff provided excellent service, making my stay very comfortable. There was a wide variety of food, and everything was truly delicious. The lounge offerings changed throughout the day, so it always felt fresh no matter when I visited. I will definitely come again.

We stayed here during Golden Week. Dinner was a sukiyaki set and breakfast was French toast, and to be honest, we didn’t have high expectations. Just in case, we bought some good sukiyaki beef at a nearby butcher, but the ingredients provided for both dinner and breakfast were excellent. However, we couldn’t find any clear information about what type of equipment was provided for making sukiyaki, so after searching for quite a while we contacted the staff. Even then, they didn’t know right away and said they would get back to us. In the end we were able to confirm the equipment type and how to use it, but it would be very helpful if this could be explained clearly somewhere. We only stayed one night this time, but we’d like to come back and stay longer.

Nearby Hotels are packed with race staff, and if you’re lucky, you might even end up having breakfast with race queens. As usual, I searched expecting to be on a waiting list for cancellations, but luckily I managed to snag an available Room. I didn’t run into any race-related guests, but it was great to have a convenient home improvement store, supermarket, and a popular ramen shop nearby. Compared with newer Hotels these days, it isn’t brand-new, but it has been renovated and the unit was slightly more spacious and comfortable. It’s probably fitted with heavy self-closing fire doors due to fire safety regulations, and I think the noise is what leads to negative Reviews. If guests are mindful of each other, it shouldn’t be an issue.

We stayed one night in a Mount Fuji view room. The room was spacious and well equipped (washing machine, basic cooking utensils). The staff were very friendly and allowed us to check out late at 13:00. Breakfast was simple but delicious, and the gym and parking lot had everything we needed. We had a wonderful night with our child.

The building felt a bit dated, but it was well cleaned and felt very hygienic. It is conveniently located right in front of the station. The amenities were plentiful, and my wife was happy with the face masks. As a tea lover, I was impressed that they had both green tea and roasted green tea (hojicha) packs. The staff were kind, and there were complimentary drink service and curry service. Breakfast was also buffet-style, so it was more comfortable than the price would suggest. Above all, the view of Mt. Fuji from the Room was beautiful.

I chose this because I expected to arrive after 6:00 PM due to other commitments, and it was great! Since it’s part of a resort condominium, the renovated Room was spacious and had a wonderful view with lots of greenery. Dinner and breakfast are prepared in the refrigerator, so you can heat them up with the IH cooktop or microwave and eat whenever you like. Bringing your own food is allowed, so I enjoyed dinner with sashimi and my favorite drinks! The Onsen was at a comfortable temperature, though it felt a bit small. There is no open-air bath, but even the indoor bath has a great view. The staff interaction was minimal as needed, but their smiles were nice. Recommended for experienced travelers!

Feel the closeness of nature and listen carefully: the rustling sound of bamboo leaves swaying in the wind, the chirping of insects and birds, and the moon floating in the vast sky. It was a time when my heart resonated quietly, deeply healing my soul. The open-air bath had water at just the right temperature, while the indoor bath was enveloped in a soothing aroma of cypress. The large sauna and cypress cold bath were also relaxing, and stepping out onto the terrace revealed an extraordinary view reminiscent of Bali or an overseas resort. This liberating accommodation where you can walk around freely feels truly unique. In the spacious living room, we enjoyed conversations at the counter, while in the large bath I shared luxurious moments talking with my daughter. Convenient for sightseeing as well—morning walks through silver grass fields, cycling visits to Hakone Shrine and Kuzuryu Shrine. We rode on Motomiya Ropeway, had a Japanese lunch at Yamano Hotel after checkout, followed by a leisurely time at a café. We fully enjoyed our trip to Hakone to its fullest extent. The accommodation was impeccably clean everywhere we went, making it comfortable throughout our stay. It’s an unforgettable experience that made us say “perfect” countless times from our hearts. We would love to visit again!

This was my second stay, and it exceeded my expectations. Perhaps because I stayed from Sunday night through the weekdays, it was even quieter and more comfortable than last time. Above all, the staff’s attentiveness and perfect sense of distance were outstanding. With a wonderful view and cooler temperatures than in central Tokyo, I was able to fully relax and enjoy the airy MUJI house. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

At check-in, I saw many international guests and was a bit worried about noise during my stay, but those concerns proved unfounded. The international guests were very courteous, and the meals were far higher quality than I had expected. The Room was extremely relaxing, and I thoroughly enjoyed the in-room open-air bath. This is an Accommodation I would love to stay at again when I have the chance.

We stayed as a family of five. The cleaning was thorough, the futons were fluffy, and the toilet had a washlet. The facility is well-equipped with both a toaster and a microwave. The kitchen is spacious, with all necessary cooking utensils and tableware provided. As mentioned in other reviews, the sharpness of the knife is impressive! It seems to be well-maintained and sharpened; when making a salad, I could slice cucumbers paper-thin! The refrigerator is a proper large family size, making this rental villa perfect for enjoying cooking. With three rooms available, it feels like staying in a mini-suite. At night, we sat on the bench in the courtyard under the stars and had great conversations—it was so much fun! We were also introduced to nearby onsen facilities! We’ll definitely stay here again!
