The post-bath ice candy service reminded me of Dormy Inn and was delightful. At Velbois restaurant, both taste and service were above standard—the doneness of the sea bream poêlé was excellent. It was nostalgic to see Mr. Sa (once called "the strongest contractor" at Hakone High

The large public bath and open-air rooftop bath "Oozora" were spacious with great openness; the water felt soft and made for a comfortable experience (the Refa hairdryer was also a nice touch!). The staff were kind and attentive throughout our stay. Thanks to everyone’s hospital

It was a wonderful Hotel! We chose a Plan that included two sessions in the private family bath, and it was such a relaxing time together as a family—making great memories. All the staff were kind, and we enjoyed an elegant stay. Everything was spotless and incredibly comfortable

The room was also very satisfying, but above all, the staff were friendly and kind to our son, which healed our hearts. There is also a toy rental service. Our child enjoyed playing with Anpanman toys and watching YouTube and Netflix on the room's TV! It is a property that makes

It is the second oldest Ryokan in Yugawara, and I was a bit overwhelmed to stay in the room where Heihachiro Togo once stayed. However, the proprietress and staff provided warm and heartfelt hospitality, allowing me to relax completely with their attentive service. I was amazed

Fresh flowers were arranged everywhere, lemon water was prepared after the bath, the building's decor, and the attentiveness and hospitality of the staff, including the proprietress, were perfect for my wife. It was a great memory to see the supermoon at Mizuki. It's also nice to

The water quality was excellent and very relaxing. Both dinner and breakfast were served in semi-private rooms, ensuring privacy and allowing us to enjoy our meals without worrying about others around us. The food was exceptional in both taste and quantity—everything was delic

Everything was delicious again this year—thank you for the wonderful meal! After dinner, we headed to the private bath... While the bath in our room was amazing too, the detached private bath was spacious and comfortable. This year’s complimentary drink changed from coffee milk

This was my first trip to Hakone, and we stayed here as a birthday gift for my boyfriend. Both the exterior and interior were stylish and absolutely wonderful. The staff were excellent, and we chose the breakfast-included Plan; we were also grateful for the surprise dessert plate

The open view of Lake Ashi from the entrance hall, welcome drinks, quick response from the front desk staff, and selecting colorful yukata on our way to the room—all were perfect. Dinner reservations via QR code were smooth. The room and bed were exceptionally comfortable.

Onsen: The water quality is excellent. There is only one open-air bath for the natural Onsen, but if more baths were added, it would be an even more perfect Accommodation. Dining: The Japanese cuisine here is high quality and very delicious, even compared with other Ryokan and Ho

I stayed for one night in early June. Upon arriving by car, the staff immediately came to assist with my luggage. Their kind and attentive service made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Throughout my stay, their hospitality was consistently warm and thoughtful. The room

I visited Mishima for the first time, and it was an incredibly enjoyable stay. First, I was overwhelmed by the amazing view of Mount Fuji from the Room! Bathing in the large public bath while gazing at Mount Fuji was a luxurious relaxation. The meals, especially the charcoal-

The private open-air bath in the room was amazing, and I used it many times, haha. Above all, the food was incredibly delicious, and they even prepared a complimentary birthday plate for me, making it the best trip to Hakone. Thank you very much. Next time, I would like to

(The staff's service during dinner was excellent.) - The hot water was as reviewed, with a natural hot spring flow that was silky and warmed my body to the core. - I was able to relax slowly in the lounge, and there were various drinks available. On my way back, the staff

It was a very spacious room on the top floor, clean and wonderful. The living room has underfloor heating, so it's warm. It has a luxurious and clean feel with a large TV and a large projector. There is a telescope, and you can see Lake Ashi from the balcony. You can see Mt. Fu

I stayed here while sightseeing at Mishima Taisha Shrine and Shuzenji. It was a very clean Hotel, and the front desk staff were extremely courteous. The Room refrigerator included complimentary bottled water and jelly. What impressed me most was breakfast. Local specialties like

The room had some quirky furniture placement—such as a rotating sofa and a refrigerator where you’d expect a closet—but it was bright, spacious, and relaxing. The complimentary coffee was very good. The bathtub drained slowly, but that’s understandable given the age of the bu
