Needless to say, the Facility, amenities, and meals were wonderful—but above all, the hospitality was outstanding! From arrival to check-out, we received truly exceptional service. We chose this Accommodation mainly to visit Inuyama Castle, but next time we want to stay here as the main purpose of our trip. Thank you very much for everything.

The Onsen is mild, silky-smooth, and very relaxing. The Kiso River cormorant fishing season had also begun, and we could see it right in front of the Hotel. Both my friends and I were truly impressed. The Hotel staff were kind and took great care of us.

Spotlessly clean. The service was excellent, and we truly appreciated it. Thank you very much for upgrading us to a larger Room. We were able to relax and rest well!

I stayed here during Silver Week because the Hotel is new and very conveniently located. It’s truly about 30 seconds from the station, and it’s also just a short walk from the affiliated flat parking lot tucked away behind (600 yen for 24 hours from the time you park), which was extremely convenient. I had heard it was far to walk, but in reality I could reach Inuyama Castle Town in about a 20-minute walk from the Hotel. It was so crowded it felt like Kyoto’s Ninenzaka, and with shops lining the streets and plenty of street food to enjoy, I’m glad I chose a No Meals Included plan this time. The Room was new and spotless, and because the space is used so efficiently and functionally, it didn’t feel cramped at all. The bathroom facilities, including the LIXIL toilet, were stylish and comfortable. Since they use Simmons bedding, both the bed and pillow had a firmness that satisfied me even though I have lower back pain. The towels were fluffy with great absorbency, and even for someone like me with a larger build, the pajamas were comfortably sized. The large public bath had one ReFa hair dryer plus Panasonic Ionity units for the rest, which was decent enough. On the downside, perhaps because the indoor bath was over 42°C and too hot, the cooler open-air bath was packed. I also wished it were a real Onsen, and it was disappointing that there wasn’t complimentary mineral water service like most Hotels offer.

I stayed here during a business trip to Nagoya. This was my second visit, and once again I am truly grateful for your wonderful hospitality. The building’s glass-focused design is beautiful, and with the Facilities still feeling new, everything was spotless. The meals and the Onsen were excellent, the Room was spacious, and the price was reasonable—an outstanding stay with nothing to complain about. This time I also had enough time to visit the adjacent Urakuen Garden, which was also a wonderful place. I sincerely appreciate being able to enter free of charge as a guest benefit. Inuyama is conveniently located just over 30 minutes from Nagoya Station, so I would love to stay again on my next business trip to Nagoya. Thank you very much.

The large public bath on the first floor is a highlight. Each Room has a unit bath, but I have never used it. You can also use the public bath at night and in the morning. The breakfast buffet in the morning is not very good—please consider it a bonus.

The Hotel had a calm, modern Japanese-style atmosphere throughout. The view from the window was beautiful, overlooking the Nagara River and Gifu Castle. The scenery from the large public bath on the 8th floor was also spectacular. I really enjoyed breakfast, with fun and delicious options like comparing different types of rice and making my own furikake seasoning. For dinner, I chose in-Room dining, so I could eat at a relaxed pace. The only disappointment was that the tempura in the Shokado bento had gone cold, but that’s understandable for a boxed meal. All of the staff were polite, and I had a wonderful stay.

The hotel is close to the station, which made traveling by train very convenient. On both the first and second days, we left our luggage with them while sightseeing, and the front desk staff were very helpful. Especially on the second day, our pickup was later than planned, but they assisted us with a smile and even showed concern about the sudden rain. Thanks to them, we were able to leave Mino-Ota feeling great.

Since it was a short trip nearby, we hadn’t planned much, but the staff recommended places to visit and we were able to enjoy sightseeing in the area. The Room, renovated from an old merchant house, still had a slightly aged feel, but it felt fresh and unique. The meals were all carefully prepared dishes, and we were very satisfied. All of the staff provided thoughtful service that anticipated our needs, which made our stay very comfortable.

I was able to relax in a renovated traditional house while enjoying the lush garden view. The location is also close to the “Udatsu Townscape,” and even after the 10:00 check-out, you can leave your car parked until 12:00, which made it easy to look around. Breakfast is simple—rice with a few side dishes—but it also included local pickles, which was good. Please note that the Room has only a shower, and the private bath is available only until 20:00, so if you arrive in the evening you may not be able to use the bath.

We stayed here while sightseeing at Inuyama Castle. Each person had their own bed, so we were able to rest our tired bodies comfortably. Breakfast also offered a wide variety of options and was delicious, so everyone was very satisfied.

Thank you for your hospitality. The unmanned check-in system really feels like the times we live in. A few things I noticed: the conditioner was too thick to dispense even when pressed; it would be nice to have a trash bin in the bathroom and vanity area; I’d be happy if there were more amenities for women; and I’d like a towel rack in the toilet. If I start listing wishes, there’s no end, haha. I had a very comfortable stay. Thank you as well for your efforts to keep it affordable.

When I was looking for a Hotel near Inuyama, I found a nice, affordable Hotel. With breakfast included, you won’t find that price anywhere else. The breakfast was great and I left feeling full. The room was spacious, the interior was clean, and I could relax. It’s also nice that parking is free. It’s close to sightseeing around Inuyama Castle and even Gifu Castle, so I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you very much.

The Room was “Mangetsu.” There are four Rooms, with over 20 tatami mats across the main tatami area and the bedroom. With a total of over 97 m², it felt like a truly luxurious space. The furnishings and Room coordination were wonderful. The hinoki bath was very spacious, and because the added hot water was quite hot, we could soak without it cooling down. In the garden, there was even a discreet box with straw sandals inside, and there was an annex that remained closed—both adding to the atmosphere. Service: The front desk staff were kind. They accommodated two changes to our dinner plans. It was also fun hearing local stories. Meals: Breakfast was delicious. Dinner was at a local sushi restaurant. The grilled isaki (grunt fish) was plump and tasty, enjoyed together with its crispy skin. The sushi portions were very generous as well. If I had to ask for one thing, I would have liked a few more vegetable dishes.

At check-out in the morning, we received permission to leave our car in the parking lot while we explored Inuyama Castle and the castle town, so we walked to Inuyama Castle. It took about 15 minutes on foot, enjoying a stroll through the castle town along the way. The Accommodation rate is affordable, and the parking lot is spacious and free. We ate out, but it was convenient because there are many restaurants near Meitetsu Inuyama Station just nearby.

It was very convenient that it’s only a 3-minute walk from Inuyama-Yuen Station. The area around the station and the Hotel was very quiet, and it was a wonderful setting—you can walk to the castle while enjoying the magnificent view of the Kiso River. I was also impressed to be able to see Inuyama Castle from my Room, and the male front desk staff member was kind and helpful, so I’d like to stay here again. There are no restaurants or convenience stores nearby, but it’s not a problem if you go to nearby Inuyama Station—Inuyamakan is highly recommended!

This was our first time staying at an Accommodation like this. We usually choose Onsen accommodations when traveling as a couple, but this time the four of us—my mother, my two sisters, and I—stayed here. Thank you very much for all your help in advance. If we have the chance, we would love to stay again next time for sightseeing. There are many attractions nearby, so we’re also considering a Multiple Night Stay.

The entire accommodation, including the room, was clean and comfortable to stay in. The meals were just right and enjoyable. One issue I encountered was during dinner when I wanted to order alcohol. Despite calling out several times to the hostess in the kitchen, she didn’t notice as she was wearing earphones, so I had to give up. It would be helpful if a menu could be displayed in the dining area and orders could be taken more conveniently. Overall, it’s an accommodation with good value for money where you can relax comfortably. Thank you for your hospitality.

Four of us close coworkers took a short trip to unwind from work and childcare. We wanted to keep costs down but still have fun, and after searching around we found this place. It was our first time staying in an Accommodation that feels like renting an entire house, so we were a bit anxious at first because we didn’t know the process. However, before our stay we received an email with clear rules and instructions, which made us feel at ease. We were able to get there using navigation, and although it was getting dark when we arrived, the exterior looked exactly like the photos so it was easy to find. We stocked up on ingredients at a nearby supermarket and had a great time cooking together using the provided hot plate and takoyaki maker. There were plenty of glasses as well, so we enjoyed making our own wine drinks and cocktails. There’s a window set high on the bedroom wall; unfortunately the weather wasn’t great so we couldn’t see any stars, but we all said we’d love to come back in winter. In the morning, waking up naturally to the sunlight coming through the window felt wonderful. The Room was spacious, adorable, and had a Ghibli-like atmosphere—we took lots of photos. There were toys for small children too, so I think it’s also recommended for families. We’d love to stay again.

We stayed in a popular riverside Room. From the window, we could see Inuyama Castle, and at night the illuminated castle was truly wonderful. The meals were very satisfying, with many delicious dishes. We would like to stay again.
