On the top floor, you can relax in the large public bath while taking in beautiful mountain views. The sauna and cold plunge pool are particularly refreshing and perfect for soothing tired muscles after skiing. This time I used the Hotel partner package for Takamine Mountain Pa

This was my second visit. After a day of mountain climbing, I had a very relaxing stay. The French cuisine, incorporating plenty of local vegetables, was truly delicious, and the wine pairing was excellent. The restaurant is spacious with ample distance between tables, allowing g

Although it's a bit far from Karuizawa, it's quiet, the large bath is relaxing, and the simple yet comfortable Room is delightful. Both my friend and I are usually short sleepers, but for some reason, we slept deeply during our stay at Aqua Hotel and enjoyed a delicious breakfast

I accidentally reserved a smoking room during the advance reservation, but when I consulted with the front desk, they kindly changed it to a non-smoking room. Although it was my mistake, I am grateful for their assistance and kindness afterward. Thank you very much. I trav

We stayed here for our family trip at the end of summer vacation. It was a special Room—the only one of its kind in the Hotel. It had the space of two Rooms plus a living area, and an exceptionally large bathroom—about the size of another Room—with a spacious bathtub where yo

I continued to use this Hotel since last year. The staff were cheerful and welcoming, the breakfast was delicious, the bath was spacious enough to stretch your legs and kept very clean. The parking lot is free, they froze ice packs for me, and I could use the washing machine with

It was great that the hotel offered a variety of Onsen facilities such as a jacuzzi, open-air bath, and sauna for day-use. The room was a twin on the 9th floor with a nice view of Mount Asama. The plan included breakfast, and we could enjoy a welcome drink and a ramen night snack

There is an all-you-can-drink option with draft beer, Japanese sake (about six types), and other wines. The variety and quantity of dishes are abundant, including a hot pot with Shinshu beef, and it's impossible to try everything, so I definitely plan to visit again next time.

Everything was delicious, filling, and satisfying. The restaurant had a very homely atmosphere, making the experience even better. For breakfast, we could choose between Japanese or Western style; we opted for Japanese cuisine and were equally delighted with its taste and qual

I have stayed here many times before, and although it had been a while since my last visit, I was satisfied to find the same excellent level of comfort as always. The large public bath is spacious and very relaxing. If I had to mention one thing, I noticed that the shower water p

It was comfortable, and we had a restful sleep until morning. For dinner, we enjoyed delicious Chinese food and barbecue at nearby restaurants accessible by car. This is a hotel we would love to stay at again when visiting Komoro. The staff were kind and made us feel at ease. Tha

The tranquil mountain setting and the quality of the Onsen were excellent, and the food was incredibly delicious, leaving us full and completely satisfied!

The building is new and very clean, with excellent housekeeping that made for a pleasant stay. The customer service was also great.

Unfortunately, it started raining midway, so we couldn't enjoy the starry sky or fireworks, but the staff at the accommodation were kind, and we had a great time experiencing glamping for the first time! As mentioned in other reviews, although there were three of us, the breakfast portion seemed to be for two people. The meat at the evening barbecue was very delicious.

I stayed on the first floor of the annex. It was reasonably priced, and I had no particular complaints. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

The Room was more spacious than expected, with a great layout and very comfortable. The unit bath was also easy to use. There is an Onsen Facility on the first floor, and it was incredibly relaxing! It’s very clean, and the water temperature felt just right. They even had

This time, we stayed in a villa with a sauna. It was a surprise trip for my partner, and he loved it—we’d like to stay again. The view was just as beautiful as in the photos, and the staff were very courteous. The dinner explanation seemed to be given by a new staff member, but they explained everything carefully even though they were nervous. The food was delicious, the Room was spotless, and we could see beautiful mountains and sky from the window. We also really appreciated that the sauna has a window. At night, we even got to experience a campfire—something we don’t usually get to do—making it a truly fulfilling getaway that felt wonderfully out of the ordinary. It was such a lovely Accommodation that I’d like to recommend it to others as well. Thank you very much.

It felt like an Accommodation focused on visiting nearby public baths, and the staff were very kind, which left a great impression. The canned beer and highballs available for purchase at the front desk were also reasonably priced. That said, a few things stood out: - I assume the Onsen is naturally low-temperature, but the open-air bath felt lukewarm. Since it was midsummer, I apologize if that temperature was intentional. - The Room with a private open-air bath was spacious and wonderful, but there was no wash bucket or chair for the bath, no sugar or milk/creamer for coffee, and no glass beer tumbler. It was a bit inconvenient. - The Wi-Fi only worked near the Room entrance. What impressed me most this time was the live performance by volunteers after dinner. From a large song list, they played our requested songs on saxophone, piano, and percussion—it was truly excellent and very moving.

We stayed in a room with two beds as a couple with our 5-year-old child, and it was very comfortable. The price included tickets to Family Land, which made it even more satisfying! We were surprised that the dinner included all-you-can-eat crab and all-you-can-drink alcohol. We w
