I realized I had an extra day off during my trip and made a same-day reservation. Even though it was last-minute, you kindly accommodated me. I had long wanted to stay here after seeing the Auberge Association website, and I’m truly glad I did. I’ve visited many different types of auberges, but the food here was beyond what can be described as simply “delicious”—I was extremely satisfied. The homemade ham and sausages were so good they practically melted in my mouth. The room was calm and comfortable, and I was able to rest well. Next time, I’d like to try the open-air bath as well. I was completely satisfied—thank you very much.

We stayed in the new wing this time. The Room layout, design, and atmosphere were excellent, and we were able to spend both nights very comfortably. The meals were very luxurious, but since we had a Multiple Night Stay, the buffet was the same on both days—if the main dish changed by day, it would have been even better. Above all, there are amusement parks and a zoo nearby, and since we traveled with children, it was a flawless five-star stay. Also, the Onsen offers a mixed-gender style where swimsuits are worn, so our whole family could bathe together and our kids were thrilled. We would like to visit again around the same time next year.

Dinner was delicious as well—an unusual style of half-buffet with robatayaki grilling—and the large public bath with an open-air bath was very relaxing. The staff were courteous and attentive, which we really appreciated. The Facility is a bit old, but we chose this Accommodation in Tateshina as the place to commemorate reuniting with my wife for the first time in 50 years, and we were very satisfied. Thank you very much.

We first stayed here around the Obon holidays in August, and visited again during Silver Week. Both the meals and the room were more than satisfactory for the two of us as a couple. Depending on the other guests, the atmosphere inside the property is also calm and relaxing. Dinner offered a wide variety of dishes, all of which were delicious; this time, the simmered dish assortment was especially memorable. For breakfast, we can only be grateful that such a variety was prepared from early in the morning. At night, it seemed that the larger bath was designated for men. Since there are only a few washing stations, women may want to use it at a different time. The staff were wonderful as well. We had a very pleasant stay—thank you very much.

I stayed here after looking for a budget-friendly place at the last minute. The amenities were fine, though there were no towels provided. The breakfast toast sandwich was incredibly delicious, and I’d love to have it again. The family-run atmosphere, with small children around, made the stay feel very cozy and welcoming. The Room and unit bath were clean, so I had no issues staying here. One minor disappointment was that I expected a family bath based on the website but found it out of service. Also, since it's not an extremely hot area, there was no air conditioning; however, having at least a fan would have been nice for slightly warm afternoons.
