A no-frills Hotel that provides just what you need. The front desk ensures clear communication. Perfect for business trips or solo travelers. Spacious parking and a simple yet delicious breakfast service.

This was my second stay, and the staff provided courteous service. The shuttle service to the station was convenient, the welcome coffee was delicious, the Onsen allowed for a relaxing experience, and the dining area served excellent food. I would love to stay here again when visiting Fuji City.

Last time I stayed here, I couldn’t see Mt. Fuji, but this time I made a request anyway. Our twin room was on the second floor, and when I opened the window in the morning, Mt. Fuji was right in front of me—what an amazing sight. I could also see it clearly from the open-air bath in the morning. The breakfast was delicious as well, and we truly appreciated being able to stay at such a reasonable price. It was a night that made me feel other guests are fans of Kuretake Inn Fujisan too.

We were very satisfied with the happy hour and breakfast, and the amenities were well stocked. The location was convenient, with a shopping mall nearby, and the front desk and staff were very helpful. The Room was very clean, and it felt like it had been thoroughly cleaned down to every detail. Thank you for taking care of us.

Although we made a last-minute Reservation the day before, we were given a Room on the top 12th floor with a view of Mt. Fuji, and our child loved the bunk bed. The amenities and breakfast showed a clear focus on organic options, and since ionized water is used, we felt comfortable drinking the water as well. Access is by passcode instead of a key, so there was no checkout procedure required, which was convenient. Many international guests were staying there, but the staff were courteous and left us with a great impression.

We stayed as a family of three. Above all, the 22-hour stay is a major highlight. A 1:00 PM check-in was extremely helpful. We could relax and enjoy the Onsen 2–3 times before dinner. Dinner was also served in a private room, so we could dine in peace. The meals felt like “enjoying every mountain delicacy!” As far as I remember, there was almost no seafood included. Bold and refreshing in the best way. Next time, we’d like to visit in a different season. It was a truly wonderful Ryokan!

I stayed here on my way back from Osaka to Tokyo. - The Room was clean. - The Onsen is small but comfortable. - There is a welcome bar (I didn’t use it). - Breakfast is included. - All the staff are friendly. I was very satisfied. Thank you!

The building and facilities are old, but the amenities and service are excellent. It’s also great that breakfast is included at this price.

Although this was a business trip, the bath, meals, and complimentary drink service were all very comfortable. In addition, my Reservation became complicated due to multiple changes in the number of guests, but the front desk staff were extremely helpful and courteous over the phone. If I have a chance to visit the area again, I would like to stay here.

I chose this Accommodation as a base for a one-week touring trip around Mt. Fuji, Izu, and Hakone, so I could head out without constantly loading and unloading my luggage. The shared areas, washbasins, toilets, and shower rooms were clean. The washer/dryer was free to use, which was very helpful for longer stays and for drying rain gear. The sleeping area has high ceilings and doesn’t feel cramped. The front desk staff were kind and courteous, which made the stay pleasant. It was quiet and comfortable—maybe because it was just before Golden Week—but since it’s a guesthouse, earplugs are still necessary. It’s close to JR Fujinomiya Station and Fujisan Hongu Sengen Taisha Shrine. Even if you need food or forget something, there are convenience stores, drugstores, and AEON within walking distance, which is very convenient. If you’re used to capsule hotels or guesthouses, I think it’s extremely comfortable considering the space and price. A great Accommodation—10/10 satisfaction.

Honestly, the area around Fuji Station feels quite quiet. However, if you just need a place to stay and sleep, this is far better than the Hotels on the North Exit side. On top of that, the pricing is budget-friendly. No complaints.

The Room was clean, and it was great that the bathroom and toilet were separate. It was also nice that meals were not buffet-style, so we could dine in a relaxed atmosphere. The staff were pleasant as well.

I stayed here recently. The Onsen, Room, and meals were all absolutely amazing—I was extremely satisfied! However, the only smoking area was outside, and since my Room was at the far end of the second floor, it was a bit inconvenient to get there. Other than that, I think this is a truly wonderful Ryokan!

This was a return visit because when I stayed last November, I thought, “I’d like to come back in a different season.” As it was the rainy season, I couldn’t see Mt. Fuji at all—though it should have looked magnificent—but it turned out to be the perfect opportunity to relax indoors at the Facility. Since I arrived a little before check-in time, I contacted you hoping to leave my luggage only, and you kindly agreed. When I arrived, being greeted with “Welcome back!” was a wonderful start to the warm hospitality. Last time, I left several comments on things I hoped could be improved if possible, and every single one had been addressed—this thoughtfulness impressed me even more. Breakfast was changed from last time; the main dish was Saikyo miso–marinated rainbow trout, and it was so delicious that it made me want more rice. I’d love to visit again in another season as well—partly because I want to try yet another breakfast option.

We booked two rooms, a Single and a Twin, for our family. The rooms were arranged on the same floor and close to each other. Thank you for accommodating us. The parking lot is free, spacious, and easy to park in, which was very convenient. Amenities such as toothbrushes and combs are self-service at the front desk during check-in. The staff kindly informed us about this. However, items like lotion are not provided. The room was slightly spacious. In the bathroom, there were some black marks on the wall—possibly mold or peeling paint—which caught my attention. Other than that, despite some signs of age in the facilities, we had a comfortable stay. It was No Meals Included for our stay; however, we enjoyed dinner at a nearby diner within walking distance and were satisfied with it. There isn’t a convenience store very close by, so I recommend preparing breakfast before checking in if needed. Unfortunately, we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji due to bad weather—what a pity! We look forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you for your hospitality!

Great location with a stunning view of the golf course and mountains from the window. The amenities were excellent, and with a large public bath included, staying for under 5000 yen per person was fantastic! I would love to stay here again.

There is a swallow’s nest above the entrance, and when you step inside, a wide earthen-floored space opens up in front of you. Although it’s a traditional Japanese house, it has been renovated in a modern style, with an up-to-date kitchen, refrigerator, and other appliances lined up in the earthen-floored area. When you open the Room door from there, you enter an irori hearth and tatami Room. It’s very spacious—almost too large for just two people. Air conditioning is installed everywhere except on the second floor above the bath area, so it stays comfortable even in summer. The Room also has games and play equipment such as shogi pieces, ring toss, a frisbee, and badminton. There is also a garden large enough to play badminton in. At night we enjoyed fireworks and even a bonfire despite it being summer; when we looked up, we could see the starry sky and the Milky Way. There is no light pollution. Meals were not included on the first day; on the second day, staff carefully grilled vegetables and meat over the irori hearth for us. The meat slowly grilled over charcoal was incredibly delicious. The staff were very kind—they prepared our meal and explained the background of this traditional house—and we truly felt their hospitality. We were able to savor the happiness of simply spending time at ease. Next time I’d love to return from autumn into winter!

This was my first stay at Fuji Station Non-Smoking Building, and the service during check-in was excellent. I have stayed at other Super Hotels before, but I have never experienced such great hospitality. It was truly impressive. The free welcome bar was also satisfying. The bathroom and toilet were a bit small, but since it was a single room, it seemed reasonable. I had a very pleasant stay. I had to leave early in the morning and couldn't have breakfast this time, but I look forward to trying it next time.

It was very close to the station and easy to find. The building is old, but there were no particular issues with the room. As the title says, it was neither especially good nor bad, but I’m completely satisfied. Regarding amenities, the “shampoo & conditioner” listed in the details was actually a 2-in-1 shampoo. Also, there was no yukata (loungewear) in the room, and when I checked the site and saw it wasn’t listed either, I was pretty disappointed. However, there were two sizes available in the hallway, which was a relief. I had forgotten my phone charging cable, but they lent me one at the front desk, which really helped. In that sense as well, it differed from what was on their website—but personally it worked out great for me. I’d like to stay again if I have another chance. Thank you very much.

The facilities may feel slightly dated, but the bed and Room were clean and comfortable. The spacious bathtub was a great help. However, a washlet would have been appreciated.
