The staff who guided me from the front desk to the room was very kind. This person delivered the pillow and aromatherapy and even filled the water in the room's humidifier, which warmed my heart with their thoughtful service. Next time I visit Kanazawa, I definitely want to stay

The corridors and Room had a pleasant atmosphere, and the Room was very clean. There was also a coffee maker in the Room, so I could relax and spend time comfortably. The bathtub was spacious, with plenty of room to fill it up and soak. If I have the chance to visit Kanazawa

The breakfast was enjoyable even during a multiple night stay, as the menu changed daily and everything was delicious. The vegetables were fresh, the fruits were tasty, and there was a wide variety of drinks like coffee to enjoy to your heart's content. The Onsen and large public

When I visit Kanazawa twice a year for safety patrols, this is my regular Accommodation. I’m very satisfied with the large public bath—the jet bath, open-air bath, and sauna. (I’ve never used the bath in the Room.) Breakfast is also satisfying. (The yogurt bowl is too large,

The large public bath had two open-air tubs when you climb the stairs, and they were cleanly maintained. I was very pleased to find facial cleanser in the bath area. The downside was that you have to bring the face towel from the room to the large public bath, so you end up wit

The Onsen is in a separate building from the Hotel, in the same building as a yakiniku restaurant, but it didn't bother me much. I was pleased that the shower heads and hair dryers in the women's bath were all unified with ReFa. The bath area is fully equipped with makeup remover

I stayed for one night on a weekday in February on a very good-value breakfast-included Plan for business. Although the building and Facility felt a bit dated, everything was well cleaned and I had a comfortable stay. In the morning, breakfast was served buffet-style at the coffe

There are many restaurants in the area, including a popular ramen shop right in front with people lining up! We tried several places like izakayas and Italian restaurants. It's also close to Kanazawa Station, offering excellent value for money. The complimentary breakfast is se

We stayed with 4 adults and 1 preschool child. For our 2-night stay, towels and yukatas for both nights were provided, which was very helpful. The washing machine and refrigerator were extremely useful, and the overall cleanliness made our stay comfortable. I personally appreci

Desserts also varied, with options such as fruit, so even on a Multiple Night Stay you won’t get tired of the meals. The breakfast staff were truly refreshing and cheerful, and when I finished eating they said, “Have a great day,” which made me feel ready to do my best again toda

The room is spacious, the furnishings are user-friendly and functional, and the bath is deep with a washing area, which I appreciated. Because of these features, it's often fully booked and hard to secure a reservation. This time, I was lucky to get one by chance and had a satisf
