Small and fluffy. I felt the urge to eat as many as I could. The recommended one is with miso. We thoroughly enjoyed snowboarding on the second and third days, and it turned out to be a wonderful trip, rejuvenated by the meals and hot springs. We will definitely visit again whe

I stayed here on the day of the Nagaoka Fireworks Festival. Even though my Shinkansen arrived late, you came to pick me up, which was a great help. Also, being able to use the large public bath 24 hours a day was perfect for soothing my tired body. Staying at NASPA New Otani made this a wonderful trip. Thank you very much.

When I entered the Hotel, the staff welcomed me with a cheerful “Welcome, hello,” and it made for a refreshing start. The room was clean and well maintained, so I had a very comfortable stay. The restaurant staff were energetic and efficient, and I enjoyed the food as well. The only issue was that part of the bathroom floor was slippery, which felt a bit unsafe. At check-out, the staff saw me off with big smiles. Thank you very much for your hospitality. I would love to stay again.

This was probably my third stay, and it’s a Hotel I can use with peace of mind every time. The building is well maintained, and the guest rooms feel clean—I can tell they’ve been making steady improvements. The Onsen on the top floor was especially relaxing, and soaking while enjoying the views of Yuzawa was fantastic. It’s also close to Echigo-Yuzawa Station, making it a convenient base for sightseeing and skiing. The staff were courteous, and overall I was very satisfied with my stay. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Yuzawa.
