The breakfast rice is delicious with nine or more side dishes to complement it perfectly. Additionally, the rich milk is exceptional! I had booked a single room but was upgraded to a semi-double (at the same price) due to full occupancy on the day—slept very well! I would def

I stayed for one night during a business trip to Niigata. After finishing work and checking in from Tokyo to Niigata, I was first impressed by the extensive free amenities. In addition to lotion, there were face masks, hair masks, and bath additives, allowing me to fully relax

My mother in her 70s used a plan with meals (served in the room) to reunite with a friend from another prefecture after several years. It seems they were able to reminisce about old times while enjoying delicious meals without having to leave the room from check-in. The meals wer

The drinks were black coffee, coffee with sugar and milk, grape juice, and apple juice. It felt reassuring—almost like being at home—and I was able to rest very comfortably. I think this is a wonderful Hotel that you can use without hesitation when stopping by Niigata. Thank you

About a 6-minute walk from the station. The area was quiet, yet close to the main street, making it very convenient to get around. Breakfast was mainly Japanese-style and very satisfying.

Arrived significantly later than the scheduled time, but the parking lot diagonally across the road was available. Reserved a non-smoking Deluxe Single Room [120cm wide semi-double]. It was on the 10th floor. Perhaps due to the room type, it was located far from the elevato

I have stayed here several times. The Facility is very clean. You can also enjoy a welcome drink. On top of that, I really appreciate that breakfast is included. The staff were kind as well.

I have stayed here several times, and I think it is an excellent location for getting anywhere. Thank you for your kind and attentive service. The Room I stayed in this time was Room 701, a non-smoking room, but for some reason the sink area, toilet, and bath are all in one space. The bedroom was fine, but as soon as I entered the sink area it smelled like cigarette smoke—despite being a non-smoking room.

I stayed at this Accommodation for the first time on the 26th. It is close to the station, and the front desk staff were very kind. The Room was also great, and I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Close to the station, with a breakfast buffet included and an affordable price. Check-in was at 14:00 and check-out was at 11:00. It rained heavily the next day, so the late check-out was very helpful. I would like to stay here again when I visit Niigata.
