Dear Kamon Team, To celebrate our 33rd wedding anniversary, we stayed here for the first time, choosing your Accommodation based on Reviews around the Hakone area—and it turned into the best anniversary we could have hoped for. My wife and I are truly grateful. From check-in to check-out, we received exceptionally attentive hospitality. Starting with the wonderful attendant who looked after us with such a warm smile, every member of staff impressed us with their professionalism and thoughtful attention to detail—exactly as described in the Reviews. The beautifully renewed design blending Japanese and Western styles was delightful, and everything throughout the Facility was impeccably cleaned and well maintained, creating a wonderful sense of freshness and comfort. As lovers of traditional Ryokan stays, both my wife and I were completely satisfied. We were also thrilled by the wide selection of stylish yukata for women—and even more so to receive an adorable pouch filled with amenities. When we mentioned in advance that we were visiting for our anniversary, you prepared framed red-and-white crane mizuhiki decorations at the dining venue; chopstick rests featuring celebratory characters; sekihan served in a charming bowl marked with “good fortune”; and even a commemorative ceramic tumbler set as a gift. Dinner was outstanding: exquisite ingredients beautifully presented on elegant tableware, creating an impressive experience that delighted all five senses. We could truly feel the aesthetic sense and craftsmanship of your kitchen team in every detail. Of course, everything—from taste and portion size to temperature control (hot/cold) as well as timely serving and clearing—was flawless. We have stayed at many luxury Ryokan and heritage Hotels over the years for our anniversaries, but there is no doubt that Kamon has become an unforgettable Accommodation for us. Even on our way home, my wife and I couldn’t stop talking about your hospitality. We would love to return again, so we hope you will welcome us back when we do. The hot spring water is simply outstanding. Meeting the friendly and kind proprietress is also one of the highlights. I’ll be back again later this year. Thank you for everything!

Walking from Hakone-Yumoto Station while browsing for souvenirs, then passing through the main street lined with shops, it was also a delight to reach the Accommodation while being soothed by the lush riverside scenery. The all-you-can-drink service during our stay was also great, with a wide selection including draft beer and sparkling wine. For dinner, we chose the seafood shabu-shabu Plan, and it came not only with several kinds of fish but also scallops and crab; there were plenty of vegetables as well, and everything was delicious. The other dishes were served in small portions so we could enjoy a variety of items, and they looked beautiful too—we enjoyed them very much. Breakfast was also colorful and wholesome, with steamed vegetables, grilled fish, rice accompaniments, and more—delicious food that felt gentle on the body. Neither meal felt lacking at all, but it also wasn’t so much that we couldn’t finish—just the right level of fullness. The Room was clean, comfortable, and easy to relax in. The view from the Room was green and pleasant as well, though artificial fencing made it slightly disappointing. The Onsen was comfortable in temperature and very relaxing in both the large public bath and the private bath. The ice pops after bathing were also a welcome service. All of the staff had wonderful smiles and were kind throughout our stay, making us feel very comfortable. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

Twice a year, our family treats ourselves to a slightly luxurious trip. This time it was just the two of us, and considering the location and the Room, the price felt surprisingly reasonable—so I was a bit worried. Still, we decided to stay at Kajikaso because of its great location near the shopping street.\n\nUntil we arrived by car and were waiting to check in at the Hotel, I honestly thought we might have made the wrong choice. But after check-in, everything changed: a spacious, bright Room; a garden open-air bath with perfectly heated water flowing continuously; very comfortable beds; and even two TVs. The large public bath was impressive—big enough to swim in—and the temperature was just right.\n\nDinner was excellent, especially the appetizers and sashimi. Drinks ordered via tablet were delivered quickly, and chatting with the staff was truly soothing. We also enjoyed the karaoke room and breakfast—everything was wonderful.\n\nMy husband especially loved the complimentary beer server in our Room.\n\nThank you very much for taking such great care of us!
