Our small dog enjoyed floating on a float in the pool, but the space was large enough for bigger dogs to have fun as well, so we plan to visit again with our relatives' large dog. The indoor pool allowed us to play without worrying about sunburn, and my daughter seemed very sat

This time, something truly wonderful happened for our dog, and I am filled with gratitude. Not only was the meal for our dog excellent, but the in-room dining was also incredibly delicious. This is an accommodation I would want to visit again even if I no longer have a dog in th

We were looking for an Accommodation that allows dogs to celebrate a 60th birthday, and we chose Regina Resort because the Reviews were highly rated. It exceeded our expectations, and the whole family was very satisfied. They also arranged celebratory flowers and wine in advance,

This time we chose an Accommodation where our dog could stay too, and it was a great success. The Room was spacious enough to comfortably spend time with our small dog. The Room was very clean, and the property had plenty of Japanese art—almost like a small museum. We enjoyed the

From the moment we arrived, the groomer kindly helped care for our dog, and everyone was very attentive. The Room (over 70 m²) was spacious and comfortably arranged, with a dedicated dog shower room, a crate area, and a sofa set that dogs can also use. Breakfast offered a wide

Instead of flawlessly executing polished services alone, they conveyed heartfelt warmth that left me smiling as I departed—a happiness money can't buy! True to its theme as a retreat destination for mind and body alike—the general manager's leadership along with contributions

This was my second stay. Just like last time, I was very satisfied. Each dish was well seasoned, and the freshly fried tempura was delicious. The sushi was slightly dry, but still acceptable. Since it was a buffet, empty plates were cleared quickly, so I could go back for seconds comfortably. I would like to come again.

Second stay This time, we stayed in a larger room as there were three of us and two dogs. It was nice to see the same staff member from our previous visit come to greet us. Before dinner, we relaxed while enjoying the view of Mount Fuji in the evening. The BBQ and breakfast wer

I’ve traveled with my dog several times, but this was the most satisfying Hotel I’ve stayed at. The unmanned lobby was also very clean, and I felt pleased even before entering the Room. The dog amenities were very well stocked, and the Room was spotless, stylish, and well maint

There’s also a photo booth where you can create personalized postcards with paw print stamps—such a nice touch. The staff were kind and even interacted with our dog. The welcome drinks and cookies (self-serve) were delicious, as were the treats for dogs. Our dog enjoyed both di

For guests with dogs, there is direct access from outside to their Room. After returning from a walk, you can wash your dog's paws in a wooden tub with hot water set next to the open-air bath before entering the Room—an impressive setup for pet owners' convenience. I would love

Overall Satisfaction Our satisfaction level is very high—our parents also enjoyed their stay immensely! It was our first time staying somewhere where we could bring both dogs and such a large group together—it opened up new possibilities for us! Clear instructions on waste sepa

We stayed one night in a Mount Fuji view room. The room was spacious and well equipped (washing machine, basic cooking utensils). The staff were very friendly and allowed us to check out late at 13:00. Breakfast was simple but delicious, and the gym and parking lot had everything we needed. We had a wonderful night with our child.

The room was small and the parking lot was difficult to use, but the pickup service came for us, which was very helpful. There was plenty of food, and they also offered complimentary drinks, so we were very satisfied. The Owakudani hot spring was also wonderful!

The Accommodation was very clean and well maintained. It felt newer than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. Dinner was stylish and delicious, with plenty of great dishes—I’m glad I chose the plan with dinner included. The open-air bath was an Onsen, and it warmed me up comfortably. This is an Accommodation I can recommend, and I’d love to stay again.

Our dogs seemed to thoroughly enjoy both the spacious Room and the dog run. The staff members, including those from overseas, were all incredibly kind and provided heartfelt service that left a great impression on us. We are grateful for how they added color to our trip during H

The owner couple are very pleasant, and their attentive service reflects their long experience in hosting. It was disappointing that the TV didn’t support Abema and that the shower was a bit difficult to use. The kitchen was well equipped, so we had no inconvenience. This is a great, affordable condominium with an unobstructed view of Mt. Fuji.

The Room was spacious, bright, and clean, and we were very satisfied. We stayed as a group of six across two generations including children, and the 2LDK layout was perfect. Since two of us are smokers, we were also able to relax and smoke in the Room, which made everything even better. We would like to stay again. We checked various sites, but in the end IKYU offered the best price and felt the most reliable.

We chose to stay here as it was difficult to use a Ryokan due to our large family. The Facility and equipment were very well-maintained and clean. The children had a great time playing table tennis and basketball, but please note that the Room for these activities does not have air conditioning, so be cautious of heatstroke. For dinner, we purchased ingredients around Odawara and enjoyed a BBQ. It was a very enjoyable experience. There were two baths available; however, one of them did not provide Onsen water, so we deducted one star from our rating. Other than that, we had a very comfortable stay. Despite being in the mountains, Yamato Transport provided same-day delivery service for luggage like clothes, making everything smooth and convenient. Thank you very much for this wonderful experience!

The room was spacious and clean. The dog run was also great. The meals were delicious, and both dinner and breakfast were very satisfying. A taxi is necessary to get to Gora Station, so we recommend making a reservation in advance. The staff were kind and attentive, which was wonderful. Thank you very much!
