There was a complimentary coffee area and a reading corner behind the reception, and it felt like regular guests were enjoying a relaxed atmosphere. I also had breakfast; as someone who likes Japanese food, I was very satisfied with the buffet-style meal. The Hotel was convenient

There were quite a few foreign guests at the Hotel reception, but the Room was comfortable. It was my birthday, so we toasted at a nearby no-frills yakitori place that was open early. As a couple, we were very satisfied with this Hotel. Thank you very much. We’d love to stay agai

It’s a wonderful Room with a great view, so I would be happy if these issues could be improved. I’m planning to visit again in a few months, so I found myself hoping for a different Room next time. I love this lovely Hotel and plan to continue staying here in the future—thank

The Room was spacious and clean. The shower head was a ReFa, making for an exceptionally luxurious bath time. It was close to Nissan Stadium and within walking distance, and even on our Multiple Night Stay the bed was large and comfortable. For breakfast, it seems there is also a

The Room was well-cleaned, had a sense of cleanliness, and I was able to relax comfortably. I enjoyed shopping as there were places like Colette Mare and Summit Store. Access to the Red Brick Warehouse was also convenient, about a 5-minute walk from the Canal Park Station of the

There is a PRONTO on the first floor of the Hotel, and a convenience store nearby, which was convenient. One minor point: for eco reasons, the lower roll of toilet paper was left wrapped with instructions to use it only after finishing the upper roll; when we removed the wrapping

The amenity bar includes everything you need (face wash, cleansing oil, lotion, moisturizer, cotton pads, etc.). For breakfast, I could choose between shirasu rice or plain white rice—I chose white rice and it came with a raw egg. It was very delicious! Coffee was also availab

The bath water was also very good. I was grateful to be able to use the bath on the floor near the bath. The location of the outlet next to the bed was hard to find, so it would be helpful if there was a mark somewhere. Day use was good, but I also wanted to stay overnight.

The TV is large, and you can watch YouTube. There were no particular inconveniences. The only reason it’s not a perfect score is that the Room is small. Around 15 m² feels cramped. I’d prefer at least 18 m². There were no inconveniences. Being able to watch YouTube is appreciated

There was also a large public bath where I could relax my tired body. The amenities were well-stocked, and there were plenty of drink options to enjoy. The front desk staff were all pleasant and made the stay even more enjoyable. If I visit Yokohama again, I will definitely use

It was just a short walk from Bashamichi Station. With Yokohama Cosmo World, World Porters, the CupNoodles Museum, and Hammerhead Park nearby, the location was excellent and very convenient. I chose a Room on the side facing the Yokohama Cosmo World Ferris wheel and enjoyed both

I called in advance, and they handled my late-night check-in smoothly even after midnight. The room was clean, and with comfortable bedding I was able to sleep well despite the short stay. However, it was disappointing that filling the bathtub took a long time. Given the current

All of the staff were kind, and what stood out most was on the morning of checkout. When I left my Room, an employee who had been working some distance away took the time to stand up and bow to me. That thoughtfulness made me very happy and gave me a pleasant start to the day. N

If you go expecting a typical business hotel, you’ll be pleasantly surprised by how clean it is! I could watch lots of apps on the TV by logging in, and I was able to mirror my screen as well. Also, I personally loved the drip coffee bags and lemon mint tea—such a nice touch. For

Since it's not a high-rise building, being able to open the windows even slightly would make me want to stay again. That said, it’s truly a beautiful Room—highly recommended for those who prioritize cleanliness over spaciousness! Lastly, please note that the perfume scent use

The Room felt very clean and featured calm tones with a Scandinavian-style yellow accent, making it easy to relax. The shower and hair dryer were the latest ReFa models. I stayed alone, but the bed was spacious and the pillows were fluffy, so I slept very well. Because the bed is

I also wanted to try the late-night soba.) By the poolside you can order food and drinks and even rent float rings—everything is thoughtfully provided. Even though it’s in Yokohama near central Tokyo areas, it made me feel like I was staying at a Resort Hotel. Both check-in and

I stayed here for a LIVE event at Yokohama Arena this time. Since it's close, I think there were many fans, but there was a handwritten board of the LIVE at the entrance! I was moved!! Also, the hotel's customer service and services are very good. After checking out, they
