We stayed in the annex. I had been a bit worried after reading reviews mentioning insects and wondered if it might be an older building, but it was absolutely wonderful. The building may be old, but it is kept very well maintained. As soon as we entered the room, it smelled pleasant from the entrance, and everything was very clean—there was no sign of insects at all, so we felt comfortable staying there. We were able to relax completely. The hot spring and the meals were both excellent.

We chose this property for our road trip because of the parking options and the spacious Room. There is a large multi-story parking garage at Urban Plaza about a 3-minute walk away, so we didn’t have to worry about not being able to park. The Room and bed were both spacious and comfortable. With a car, it was reasonably priced and conveniently located for sightseeing, so we were very satisfied.

• I’m very sorry for the late review. Thank you for a very comfortable stay. Thank you to all the staff for your kindness and support. I’ll be back again, and I look forward to staying with you next time!

This was my second stay, and this time I visited in summer. The Room was much larger than last time and seemed newly renovated—a Japanese-Western style Room with beds. Dinner and breakfast were served in a private room in a separate building, the same as before. This time it was a summer-style kaiseki featuring sweetfish (ayu). (In winter, it’s wild boar hot pot.) The open-air bath in the Room was also great. There are two large public baths; my favorite is the one with hot spring water cascading like a waterfall, which is used as the men’s bath at night and the women’s bath in the morning. I was even more satisfied than last time. Guests ranged from families with children to couples and married couples. Even the walk from the parking lot to the Room has a charming atmosphere, so I can recommend it. The service is very polite as well. (It seems staff change between dinner and breakfast—there were lots of “mom”-type staff members in the morning.) You’ll find tanuki figures all around. Also, the vending machines are reasonably priced, and it was nice that there were bottled drinks for each guest plus a thermos of iced water in the Room. (So you don’t need to buy water beforehand.) *Since you can’t tell the exact Room layout at Reservation, if you care about futons vs beds or whether there is a partition for the bath area, it may be best to call and confirm.* (The Room we had last time in February 2025 had futons, and if you opened the curtain by the open-air bath you could be seen. This time we had a Western-style bedroom with beds, and there was also a door/wooden screen by the open-air bath—so there were differences. It’s possible renovations have been done since then.)

I may have booked at just the right time and stayed on the right day of the week, but it was an excellent stay with a level of satisfaction you wouldn’t expect for under 5,000 yen. Everything was perfect except that the large public bath alternates between men and women, so it isn’t available at certain times. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Thank you again for taking care of me. As a former local, I don’t think there’s any hotel more convenient than this one. It’s right in front of OK Store via Ichibangai, which makes it truly convenient. There is also an amenities service for women, which I look forward to every time. Kind staff are always at the front desk, and the amenities are neatly arranged right in front of the reception, making them very easy to access. I always use the morning light breakfast service. With toast, boiled eggs, bananas, juice (this morning it was grape juice), as well as black tea and herbal tea, it’s a satisfying breakfast. Coffee can be taken back to your room or carried out with you since paper cups and lids are provided, so I make use of that every time. It’s also close to AEON, the passport center, and the station rotary area, and there are many restaurants nearby as well—very convenient overall. The rooms are always clean, and the internet connection is stable and fast, which is helpful when I need to bring work with me. If your purpose is specifically to stay in Atsugi, I think this is the best hotel choice. Thank you again for everything each time—I look forward to staying with you again in the future.

The Room was clean, and the staff were kind, making our stay very comfortable. Thank you!

Although the Room is small, the storage and furnishings are arranged extremely well, so it felt very spacious and I stayed comfortably. I also appreciated having pillows (one per person) in the elevator hall. However, the step up between the unit bathroom and the Room was higher than usual, which was a bit tough on my knee that I had injured while moving—though that’s just me being picky (lol). The front desk staff were warm and welcoming as well, and overall I had a very comfortable stay.

My daughter and her spouse, who came from afar, stayed at the accommodation. It was helpful for me as I didn’t have to prepare bedding at home, and they seemed to have enjoyed a comfortable stay using the large public bath.

It seemed to have been renovated and was very clean. A relaxing stay at a reasonable price! I’d likely stay here again.

I am hooked on the homemade green bread. I always look forward to enjoying it toasted in the Balmuda toaster during my stay. This time, I tried the dashi ochazuke for the first time, and it was very delicious with a rich kelp flavor. I would love to stay here again.

The Room was spacious and very comfortable, with convenient storage, well-placed mirrors, and a user-friendly bathroom layout—so much so that it felt suitable even for a long stay. I would definitely like to stay again next time. Thank you very much.

I’ve stayed at many well-known Accommodations, and this one stood out for its small, carefully selected team. The staff were efficient and treated us with genuine courtesy, which I truly appreciated. Summer flowers were blooming in front of the Room, and it was beautiful—really lovely. The bath was very comfortable, with the water temperature just right. I can’t get into overly hot baths, so that was perfect for me. Also, although I didn’t use it myself, there was a caregiving bath chair provided in the bath area. It felt like an Onsen Accommodation well suited for elderly guests as well. It’s also relatively close to central Tokyo, making it a place you’ll want to return to. On the way back from the Hotel, there was a local deli where we could buy very fresh vegetables and more—another nice bonus.

The large public bath with a sauna and the 24-hour coffee service were excellent for the price. There was also a discount because exterior wall work was underway. It’s close to the station, newspapers are available, and as a Business Hotel it has everything you need. Although I set the alarm clock, it didn’t ring, so on the second day I requested a wake-up call.

Online Reservations made check-in and check-out smooth, and the front desk staff were very helpful. In addition to a table power strip with USB ports, there was also a desk lamp with wireless charging, which was very convenient. The Room was spacious, and the bathroom fixtures—including the bathtub—have been renovated; I’d love to stay again.

I use it frequently. Although it's a bit old, I like that it was built with solid construction from the beginning. It is a very comfortable Business Hotel.

I stayed here with a foreign friend. The weather was great, and our room was on a high floor with a beautiful mountain view. It’s close to the station, and Tsuru-maki Onsen is just one stop away—excellent access. It’s also at a station where the Romancecar stops, which I personally recommend.

We stayed with a family of five and two dogs. The Accommodation was spotless, filled with the scent of hinoki and other woods, and equipped with the latest appliances and very comfortable bedding—everything was excellent. In the garden, not only our dogs but also the kids enjoyed playing catch; it was clean as well. The nearby river had beautifully clear water, and for the first time in years we spent a long time enjoying it together with our children. Breakfast was carefully prepared and absolutely delicious. We will definitely come again.

This was my first stay, and the room had a retro Japanese style that felt pleasantly nostalgic. It was also very comfortable, and I was able to relax deeply over the two days. The staff were kind and attentive as well. I would like to stay again, so thank you in advance.

The room and facilities were thoughtfully prepared, and the meals were incredibly wonderful. My friends who stayed with me were also deeply impressed. I would love to stay here again when visiting Daisen. Thank you very much!
