Among Business Hotels, Richmond Hotel is my favorite because the Room is spacious and the Facility is excellent. The large desk with a desk lamp and the comfortable caster chair made my stay very pleasant. The slightly larger sofa is also a nice touch. The entire Room is bright,

The Room was very clean and well maintained, and I had a comfortable stay. I also appreciated that the front desk kindly stored my luggage when I arrived early. It is close to the station, and there is a convenience store right in front of the Hotel, which was very convenient. I

Upon doing so, three front desk women on duty mistakenly assumed it was a "Plan allowing stay until 2:00 PM" such as a senior couple Plan and began questioning my "reason for leaving." Even if it had been a "Plan allowing stay until 2:00 PM," isn't it unreasonable that CO could

This was my first time staying at this Hotel, and I was extremely satisfied with it. We stayed in a Superior Twin room on the 12th floor for two nights with breakfast included, as a group of three including a toddler. First of all, the breakfast burger was incredibly delicious!

There was a complimentary coffee area and a reading corner behind the reception, and it felt like regular guests were enjoying a relaxed atmosphere. I also had breakfast; as someone who likes Japanese food, I was very satisfied with the buffet-style meal. The Hotel was convenient

There were quite a few foreign guests at the Hotel reception, but the Room was comfortable. It was my birthday, so we toasted at a nearby no-frills yakitori place that was open early. As a couple, we were very satisfied with this Hotel. Thank you very much. We’d love to stay agai

However, the desk was long enough to place various items on it; charging cables were already provided; and I liked that the shampoo and other toiletries were DHC products. For arranging business trips for colleagues at work, I thought this might be a good option next time as we

It’s a wonderful Room with a great view, so I would be happy if these issues could be improved. I’m planning to visit again in a few months, so I found myself hoping for a different Room next time. I love this lovely Hotel and plan to continue staying here in the future—thank

I thought moving from the single to the twin room might be a bit of a hassle, but fortunately, there was availability, so I was able to use the twin room from the first day. I appreciate the staff's thoughtfulness. The room was compact, but the large public bath was extremely ple

The Room was spacious and clean. The shower head was a ReFa, making for an exceptionally luxurious bath time. It was close to Nissan Stadium and within walking distance, and even on our Multiple Night Stay the bed was large and comfortable. For breakfast, it seems there is also a

Thank you very much for this time. The way to make a Reservation was easy to understand, and I was notified as the stay date approached, so I felt at ease with my first online Reservation. The Hotel had a simple and tasteful interior, a comfortable bed, well-equipped amenities,

We traveled by car for family matters and were relieved to find a well-maintained parking lot. The room was well-equipped, and breakfast at Okage-an with a special set for guests was delightful. The desk with a chair and table set was also appreciated. The staff were kind and hel

It's just 3 minutes to Futako-Tamagawa and provides excellent east-west connections to places like Shinjuku and Yokohama. Staying in a spacious room at an affordable price made me realize there's no need to insist on staying in central Tokyo. The area is surrounded by plenty

There is a PRONTO on the first floor of the Hotel, and a convenience store nearby, which was convenient. One minor point: for eco reasons, the lower roll of toilet paper was left wrapped with instructions to use it only after finishing the upper roll; when we removed the wrapping

The amenity bar includes everything you need (face wash, cleansing oil, lotion, moisturizer, cotton pads, etc.). For breakfast, I could choose between shirasu rice or plain white rice—I chose white rice and it came with a raw egg. It was very delicious! Coffee was also availab
