From the moment we arrived at the Hotel through to after checkout, your attentive hospitality continued without wavering, down to the smallest details. We are also deeply grateful to the concierge team for all their help. We enjoyed a truly wonderful time in a very satisfying set

The result? It was absolutely amazing! First of all, the tea in the lounge was delicious (super important). They offered herbal teas and decaf blends created by Lupicia, which were a delight for a tea enthusiast like me. Especially noteworthy were the herbal teas. While many h

The Rooms were spacious enough for all seven of us to gather comfortably for conversations. The separate shower and bathtub added to the luxurious feel. Cocktail time offered an impressive variety of drinks including beer, wine, sake, cocktails, whiskey as well as soft drinks.

We had a Plan with lounge access, and the views from the lounge were stunning both day and night. It was also a comfortable, relaxing space where we could unwind even with children. The cocktail-time food was enjoyable as well—although we stayed two nights, the menu changed, and

We stayed as a three-generation family with my daughter and grandchild, using the Premier Grand King Room. Access to the Club Lounge and "SKY PLAZA IBASHO" was available. The view from the room was nice, but the views from the Club Lounge and "SKY PLAZA IBASHO" were truly spectac

I have stayed several times before. I like it because the access is very good. Also, the night view is beautiful, and the bath was easy to use. It would have been nice to have a shower cap. I look forward to next time. I stayed in room 1806, but every 10 or 20 minutes, there was

As an IKYU Diamond member, I was thrilled with the late check-out, complimentary minibar drinks, and a mini L’OCCITANE hand cream. With all of these perks included at such great value, it made for a truly wonderful Hotel stay. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much

The chic and calm 60s-style interior was delightful. The Room was spacious and comfortable. The Pikake cake and tea, especially the Pikake Original Tea, were incredibly delicious, and the Prince cookies I purchased were also tasty. I thoroughly enjoyed the dinner at Shimizu

This Hotel is truly an oasis in the heart of the city, with wonderful Rooms and exceptional staff. The morning buffet is carefully prepared and delicious. The inclusion of melon among the dessert fruits adds a touch of luxury. Despite being in Tokyo, the Japanese garden makes you

The consistently reliable service at each Hotel is a real plus, and I can stay with peace of mind anywhere. For this stay, I made a Reservation for the Millennial Double in the Annex Tower that I’d been curious about, and it exceeded my expectations. The large window offered a g

Above all, it felt like a luxury to have Tokyo Tower—an iconic symbol of Showa-era Tokyo—so close, almost all to ourselves. We were also very satisfied with the staff’s hospitality. A couple of suggestions: 1) We’d love separate (two-piece) loungewear. 2) We’d love to see

The cleanliness of the Room was also impeccable. One minor inconvenience was that using the elevator felt slightly complicated due to security measures. However, when I first used it, staff members kindly explained everything step by step with great care—I truly appreciated thei

I stayed for one night on a business trip. From the exterior, it felt like being in a foreign country. The guest room had an elegant, classic British atmosphere, and the pleasant scent of potpourri made it truly relaxing both physically and mentally. In addition, there were Facil

The breakfast venue staff were also friendly, and we enjoyed our meal comfortably. I wanted to use the large public bath, but I was tired and used the in-Room bath instead. In the morning, my wife lost her wristwatch and we looked under the bed; even places you don’t usually

At the time of reservation, I had a request for a high floor with a good view within the plan, and the room was on such a high floor with a great view that my companion was very pleased. It might have been a coincidence, but I was impressed by the kind consideration to meet my

This is my second stay. It's right outside the Takanawa exit of Shinagawa Station, but it's very quiet, so it has become a favorite. The room is spacious enough with a semi-double bed, and two bottles of water are provided. You can also relax in the business lounge on the top flo

I stayed here on the night of my son's wedding! When we entered the room, there was heart art made with flowers and a HAPPY Wedding card, which made us very happy. The breakfast, featuring rice with eggs from Setagaya, was incredibly delicious, and the view was also fantastic.

In the evening, the illuminated Japanese garden was breathtaking. The French cuisine at the restaurant Bella Desso on the 40th floor of the Garden Tower was delicately presented and very delicious, which was impressive. The restaurant staff's smiling service made the meal enj

The room was spacious, and Meiji Jingu Stadium was right in front—such a delight! The bed was comfortable, and the bath and toilet were separate, with the toilet being spacious as well. The large public bath was clean, and I especially enjoyed the jacuzzi. Meals offered a variety
