The room was spacious and clean, with an indoor dog run and plenty of dog supplies, making our stay very comfortable. There were also great walking spots nearby. The weekday special live drawing event became a wonderful memory for us. Both humans and dogs enjoyed delicious

They have a natural Onsen, late-night snacks, alcohol service, unlimited drinks, and breakfast included. The capsule was spacious enough, the amenities were well stocked, and they even lent me a charger—an Accommodation where you can really arrive empty-handed! It made me want to

The Room had a separate bath and toilet and felt very clean. The washing area was also large, and the bathtub was deep, so we could soak comfortably like at home. Tokyo Tower from the Room was right in front of us—an amazing view. It was my first time staying at a Hotel with it

This is the most comfortable Hotel I’ve stayed at during business trips to Tokyo. Having a separate washing area in the bathroom is fantastic—no shower curtain sticking to you. The bath and toilet are also separate, and the Room feels very clean, making for a truly comfortable stay. I’d definitely like to stay here again on my next business trip to Tokyo.

The bathroom was also very comfortable; it was great being able to stretch out in the bathtub. Everything truly was wonderful from start to finish. We would absolutely love to stay again. Thank you sincerely for all your help even before our stay by answering our questions—tha

I stayed here to attend a live concert. The Accommodation was very clean overall and had a bright, pleasant atmosphere. Both the Room and the bathroom were comfortable, and I was able to relax and rest well. The only disappointment was that the breakfast selection and portions felt a little limited. It might have been because I went for breakfast a bit late, though... The staff also explained everything politely, which was very helpful. Thank you very much.

No matter which hotel I stay at, I always receive excellent service and guidance, making my experience very pleasant. This time happened to coincide with my birthday, and there was a gift prepared on the table, which made me extremely happy. Your thoughtful attention is truly i

Everything, including the bed, chair, table, shelves, shower, and toilet, was clean! It was such a relaxing space that I strongly wish to stay again! I was impressed by the pouch provided for carrying amenities from the first floor—it was so convenient! The welcome drink option o

Tokyo Tower is within walking distance, allowing you to easily enjoy the night view of Tokyo Tower. The WiFi signal in the Room was not good, but the prompt response ensured a satisfactory communication environment. The staff were warm and welcoming at all times, making for a

I stayed here to attend a concert at Tokyo Dome. The deciding factors were the easy access via a single Mita Line ride, and how delicious the Chinese rice porridge at breakfast was during my previous stay—I wanted to try a different variety this time as well. Thank you to the s

It was my first stay, and it was incredibly comfortable. The staff at the front desk were very accommodating, the bed was spacious, and the view from the large window exceeded my expectations. I also used the public bath and gym, but I had some difficulty understanding how to

I was impressed by how stylish it is for a Business Hotel. I was personally satisfied with the amenities. The bathroom and toilet were separate, and there was a shower room without a bathtub, which suited me well since I usually don’t take baths at Business Hotels. The lobby had

The Hotel staff were kind, and the Facility was clean, so I could relax and rest well. Even though it was the busy Obon season, I was able to stay at a good price by using a coupon, and since it wasn’t too far from the station, I really enjoyed my trip to Tokyo. I would like to s

The breakfast venue staff were also friendly, and we enjoyed our meal comfortably. I wanted to use the large public bath, but I was tired and used the in-Room bath instead. In the morning, my wife lost her wristwatch and we looked under the bed; even places you don’t usually

I stayed here for its convenient location—just steps from Shiba Park and within walking distance of Hamamatsucho. I was surprised by the retro Room key, but the front desk area was spacious and clean, and I was satisfied with the Room as well.

Stayed for one night on a business trip. The location is decent, about a 10-minute walk from Hamamatsucho Station. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were polite and attentive. The Room was not very spacious but kept clean, and the bed was comfortable enough. However, due to the proximity to the train tracks, I could hear some train noise at night. Earplugs might be helpful for those sensitive to noise. Breakfast was served as a Japanese-Western buffet in the restaurant on the first floor. There was a fair variety of options, and everything tasted good. Overall, it's good value for money as a Business Hotel.

I booked a Multiple Night Stay for two nights for a family member who was hospitalized at Jikei University Hospital. It was about a 7-minute walk from the hospital, which was close and convenient. The Room felt a bit small, and the bathroom was also small. There is a FamilyMart and My Basket nearby, which was also nice.

The amenities were well stocked, and there was a microwave, so I was able to stay comfortably in the spacious room. The staff were also very pleasant. Just one thing: in winter, it gets quite cold near the windows, so you’ll need to keep the air conditioner running until morning. Overall rating: 5 stars!

The location is very good, being close to the station and easy to find, with a view of Tokyo Tower when you step out onto the main street. On the last day, my smartphone battery was about to die, but they kindly allowed me to charge it even after checkout. The Room had a well-organized layout, and above all, it was nice that I couldn't hear any noise from the neighboring rooms. The only downside was that the front desk could get crowded at times, which was inconvenient if you were in a hurry, but considering the cost performance, I would like to use it again.

I used this place for a “summer escape” in Tokyo. I usually stay in places around 20 m², so I was a bit worried since this one is 14 m², but although compact, it was functional. What surprised me was that outside the Room wasn’t an indoor hallway—each floor was open-air, like an apartment building. If I had to mention one drawback, it would be that the bathroom is small, probably because it’s a 14 m² space.
