There was a much more impressive large public bath than I expected, and it really helped me refresh after the trip.\nI was also pleasantly surprised that the massage chairs were free to use.\nFrom the entrance to the Room, everything is tatami, and our 1-year-old daughter loved it.\nRecommended for families with small children.

I stayed in a spa and sauna Room. The Hotel itself was very clean—perfect. I was surprised that the bedroom and the sauna/spa Room were separate, but since it’s a Hotel in central Tokyo, I understood that this setup is probably necessary to improve flexibility and occupancy. Because of the extreme heat, the cold bath water was lukewarm, but the staff kindly brought ice to my Room many times, which made my stay very comfortable. I had a truly pleasant stay. I’m very grateful. Of course, I will definitely return.

After laughing at Toyokan for my friend’s birthday, we stayed here to relax. They even prepared a birthday gift for us—thank you very much. In the evening, we spent time in the lounge on the 10th floor while enjoying Japanese sweets. The bathroom was separate from the toilet, so we could use it comfortably without worry. We had breakfast at View Hotel. It was a very satisfying stay, and my friend was delighted.

I stayed here before and thought it was a great Accommodation, and it feels like the services have become even more comprehensive. With Senso-ji right in front and Hanayashiki next door, plus plenty of entertainment spots and restaurants you can drop by casually, staying here helped me rediscover how fun Asakusa is. I’d love to stay again in the near future.

I previously stayed here on a trip with my spouse. This time, I used it alone for a business trip. As before, I was generally satisfied overall this time as well. If I mention the small details, there were several points as follows. [What I liked] - It’s close enough to the station that it takes less than about a 10-minute walk, and there are several commercial buildings nearby with many restaurants. There are also multiple convenience stores close by, so the location is very convenient. - The Room was well cleaned. It felt clean throughout, including the bathroom. - Breakfast was delicious. They also had some unusual items such as a single-serving chanko hot pot. I even had seconds of rice. [What disappointed me] - When I tried to check in using the machine, someone at the front desk spoke to me. They said I could check in either at the front desk or with the machine, and since they approached me, I chose to check in at the front desk. Previously, checking in by machine was smooth and left a very good impression, so this time I noticed how slow the front-desk service was. The way they spoke was also mumbled and didn’t leave a good impression. Honestly, it would have been better if they had simply asked me to use the machine. - Overall the Room seemed well cleaned, but I was bothered by dampness in the bed and an odor from the pillow. Since my Room had been upgraded to a twin room, I switched pillows with the other bed and managed fine. Also, there were two long hairs tangled around the hand soap next to the sink. - For breakfast, I went fairly early so it wasn’t crowded. Just when I thought it was nice and quiet, a staff member who seemed to be from that same country kept talking for a long time with travelers from overseas; it was noisy and unpleasant. I think I will use this place again when staying overnight in Kinshicho.

Thank you very much for your help. I’m glad I stayed at such a clean and wonderful Hotel. Because of the great location, I felt that using public transportation was the best option. Parking nearby is expensive, so I will keep that in mind next time.

It was located just outside Tawaramachi Station on the subway, making access extremely convenient. The building feels a bit dated, but parts of the interior seem to have been renovated and were kept clean and well maintained. Check-in is done via a self-service terminal, but the front desk staff explained everything carefully, so I was able to complete the process without any confusion. Because the corridor to the guest Rooms is an open-air walkway, it felt a little hot walking from the elevator to my Room on a sunny, warm day. The Room was compact but well designed. Although it was a single Room, the bed was relatively spacious, and there was enough space to open my suitcase. The large public bath had plenty of space overall, though the tub felt somewhat shallow. It is an artificial Onsen, but personally I noticed a slight odor. The open-air bath was compact—probably full with two people—and there were also two small pot baths. For check-out, if there are no additional charges, you simply return your room key to a box. There are no procedures at all, so it was very smooth and stress-free. At one point I felt the Accommodation Fee had become quite high, but recently it seems to have returned closer to its previous price range. With excellent access from the station, I think this Hotel is very convenient as a base for sightseeing around Asakusa or for business.

We stayed for one night with a child (No Meals Included), and the staff were very courteous. After walking around for sightseeing, our child was tired and in a bad mood, and I was exhausted from long-distance driving and sightseeing as well. We were able to relax and ease our fatigue in the bath, and even enjoy a snowy view from the open-air bath (as a cold wave had arrived). The scenery was wonderful, and we were very satisfied. The Room was also kept clean and well prepared, providing a comfortable environment to rest.

I love Tokyo’s night views, so I choose places to stay with beautiful scenery at night. I stayed in the Ryogoku area a few years ago and was impressed by the rooftop terrace night view. Since then, I’ve wanted to visit the Kaminarimon area someday. The rooftop night views are hard to compare! However, the views from the lobby and restaurant were even more impressive here. Just one thing: I sat in a back seat at breakfast, but there was no 안내 about where to find drinks like orange juice near the counter right after entering. I only noticed on my way out and felt disappointed. The IKYU Platinum benefit—unlimited coffee at the restaurant anytime for two days—was an excellent perk. I’d be happy if other hotels offered this benefit too! This is a hotel I definitely want to visit again.

The Room had a beautiful Tokyo Skytree view. The bathroom was separate from the toilet, so I could relax comfortably. Breakfast was delicious, especially the orange juice and omelet. Still, I was surprised that there were so many foreign guests.

I had to stay in Asakusa unexpectedly and chose this place because it was close to the station and Senso-ji Temple. It seemed like most of the guests were from overseas, making me feel as if I were abroad, but I was able to enjoy a quiet stay. The staff were efficient, there were many shops nearby, and the rooftop view was lovely. It was very convenient, so I decided on a Multiple Night Stay. On the first night, I stayed in a Room with a view of Tokyo Skytree. On the second night, I stayed in a Room on the opposite side. As mentioned in Reviews, the first Room had an aroma reminiscent of India or Bali (perhaps?), while the second one had no scent at all—quite curious! The first Room felt warm and dry even with the air conditioning off, whereas the second one felt cool without it. Amenities included everything necessary for my stay. The price seemed reasonable for Asakusa. If I had to point out anything: when checking into my second Room, there were some leftover snacks (kaki-pi) on the floor; also, waiting for elevators took some time. I didn’t use their café bar but noticed that their menu pricing seemed bold yet appealing! Overall, it was a comfortable stay—thank you to all staff members!

As it was an Executive Room, everything was taken care of for us. We checked in while enjoying a welcome of chilled roasted green tea and sweets on the 6th floor. We were also kindly escorted to our Room while chatting along the way. After that, having a drink while relaxing at the Hanabi Lounge on the 28th floor was truly exceptional. A cake was delivered at the time we requested, and we enjoyed it slowly together with the night view. The Room furnishings were flawless, and the fluffy bed felt like nothing else could compare. Before we knew it, there was a message from a staff member slipped under our door, which we greatly appreciated. We look forward to staying again using this Plan. The male staff member at the front desk provided outstanding service! When I got lost on my first sightseeing trip and asked for help, he kindly guided me. Thanks to him, I was able to enjoy myself and it turned into an amazing trip! I’d love to stay here again. Thank you very much.

Stayed for one night from 5/5. The staff were all kind and even provided umbrellas on rainy days. The Room was clean and comfortable. I would like to stay again if I have the chance.

The entire Facility has been newly renovated, with modern and comfortable rooms. The 18m² space feels very spacious, even with two suitcases open. A commendable feature is the water dispensers available on every floor, and the curtains in the rooms are designed to overlap, preventing any light leakage. The mattress is moderately firm, and there are two types of pillows—one firm and one soft. Although I prefer memory foam pillows, I woke up without any neck pain. The bathroom amenities have a subtle fragrance, and skincare products available in the lobby are all from POLA and highly effective. If you need room cleaning or trash removal, you can conveniently request it via the smart TV before 9 AM the next day. During my stay, it was very quiet without disturbances from housekeeping or neighbors in the morning. Upon check-in, guests receive drink vouchers that can be used for complimentary coffee or juice at the first-floor restaurant. There’s also a scale on the first floor to weigh your luggage after packing. In terms of location: It’s right next to Senso-ji Temple; you can see both Senso-ji Temple and Tokyo Skytree from within the hotel. UNIQLO is directly across from it—perfect for dropping off purchases before heading out again—and nearby attractions include Fuglen café as well as popular eateries like Asakusa Unana (eel rice balls) and Kagetsudo within a 5-minute walk; these can be brought back to enjoy at your leisure instead of eating on crowded streets. Ichiran Ramen (with its unique octagonal bowls) and a 24-hour Don Quijote store are also close by. At night, street stalls create an atmospheric vibe—it’s incredibly convenient overall. However, there are some inconveniences regarding transportation: The nearest station is actually Asakusa Tsukuba Express Line Station rather than Ginza Line stations like Asakusa Station or Tawaramachi Station—the hotel sits roughly between these two Ginza Line stations but isn’t particularly close to either one. From Asakusa Station specifically: walking without luggage feels manageable but navigating through crowds in Nakamise Shopping Street while pushing suitcases could be challenging upon arrival; Tawaramachi Station offers easier access along main roads but being smaller requires finding exits equipped with elevators beforehand—otherwise carrying luggage up/down stairs becomes unavoidable if mistaken entry/exit points occur. Booking services were thoughtful enough—they sent an email detailing weather forecasts during my stay alongside directions for reaching this Facility most conveniently from airports (though I’m unsure whether this was provided by IKYU.com or directly by them). Overall experience was excellent! Check-in starts early at 2 PM while checkout extends until 11 AM; they also allow luggage storage after checkout which adds convenience post-stay too! However—the biggest downside lies within smoking areas located only on ground level where insufficient ventilation causes lingering smoke odors throughout lobby spaces whenever automatic doors open/close frequently during peak hours affecting air quality noticeably indoors despite otherwise exceptional offerings elsewhere onsite!

I stayed overnight near Kinshicho and Kameido in Tokyo, and after searching for a Hotel, I chose this one because it was close to the station, included breakfast, and was reasonably priced. It is directly connected to the метро, and JR is about 200 meters away, so it’s very convenient. I stayed on the Tokyo Skytree side, and it looked as if the Tokyo Skytree was right in front of me through the window. It was especially beautiful at night and really impressive. I booked a standard twin Room, and having the bath and toilet separated felt like great value for the price. Amenities (toothbrushes, hairbrushes, coffee, tea, etc.) are picked up at the front desk. Sleepwear, face towels, and bath towels are provided in the Room. Breakfast was a Japanese-Western buffet style and very tasty. Most guests went back for seconds several times. Overall I was satisfied, but check-in took a little over 30 minutes. Since many people line up from 3:00 p.m., I felt you need to allow plenty of time. That was my only negative point. Considering the price, this is a Hotel I would choose.

They securely stored my suitcase early in the morning, and I checked in when I returned. The only downside was that there’s just one elevator (it might be best to allow extra time, especially when you’re in a hurry). When I went out and came back to my Room, the Skytree was sparkling right in front of me. After enjoying the view to my heart’s content, I used the bath-hopping pass to head over to Nono Annex and enjoyed the black Onsen. I also made sure to enjoy the late-night soba, and then had some ice cream available in front of the Onsen on the 10th floor of this Hotel… (there were four flavors, but two were sold out… it was disappointing that the one I really wanted was gone). While relaxing with it in my Room… I could hear the guest next door snoring—honestly funny. The walls must be thin. Bad luck with this Room. The next morning, I enjoyed the 10th-floor Onsen again and had some drinks as well, and I successfully caught the early-morning Spacia X departing from Tobu Asakusa Station. Since it was so early, I only glanced at what looked like a delicious breakfast… I chose this Accommodation solely because it’s close to Tobu Asakusa Station, and aside from bad luck with my Room, everything else was completely satisfying. Thank you very much. If I asked at reception, would they have given me earplugs? lol

The Facility was clean, and the Japanese-style atmosphere was lovely. It’s a short way off the main street, but that makes it pleasantly quiet.

They upgraded me to the top floor (11th), and when I opened the curtains, I had a beautiful view of the illuminated Tokyo Skytree!! I stayed alone, but I was able to relax and rest well in the spacious bed. It was worth more than the price. Thank you very much.
