I stayed for 2 nights. I had made separate 1-night Reservations for the same Room type on different dates through different sites, so I called about a week before my stay to ask if they could treat it as a Multiple Night Stay, and they kindly agreed. However, when I tried to check in on the day, it was not set up as a Multiple Night Stay. Still, although it took some time, they arranged it so I could stay in the same Room for both nights, which was very helpful. The Hotel was clean. The sink and bath area were compact but not an issue. The refrigerator worked well too. My Room was near the elevator, but I hardly noticed any noise from the hallway. Overall, my stay was very comfortable.

The guests were well-mannered, allowing for a comfortable and worry-free stay. I am also very grateful for the excellent support provided by the staff.

We stayed here to attend a soccer match at the National Stadium. The entire property and our Room were very clean, so we felt comfortable during our stay. They kindly explained the parking arrangements when we made our Reservation, and even after we arrived they responded promptly and courteously. Thank you very much. We would like to stay again. However, one of the USB ports by the bed was broken. It didn’t cause us any inconvenience, but we hope you can check it.

Convenient access from Higashi-Shinjuku Station. The bed was extremely comfortable, and even while traveling I fell asleep quickly and woke up refreshed. Since it opened this spring, everything is spotlessly clean. The Room also has a sauna, karaoke, a high-spec hair dryer, and other amenities, making the Facility very comfortable. One of the small breakfast dishes (nikujaga) seemed spoiled and tasted sour, which was disappointing, but overall the meal was delicious. Breakfast was delivered via room service, so we could relax and enjoy it in the Room.

It’s a very stylish Hotel, and the four of us stayed here this time. The bathroom in our Room had a shower only. Breakfast was served on the 9th floor with a great view, and we enjoyed the sandwiches, coffee, and soup. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and we would like to stay again if we have the opportunity.

Thank you so much for accommodating an early check-in!!!! The Hotel was very clean, and I was extremely satisfied. I couldn’t hear any noise from the neighboring Room at all, and the location was convenient—overall, I was truly delighted. I would love to stay again.

I stayed here as a base for sightseeing. I was a little worried because the price was reasonable, but the entire building and my Room were well maintained and thoroughly cleaned, exceeding my expectations in a good way. The amenities and Facilities were also well equipped, offering excellent value for money. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and I had a very pleasant stay. This is an Accommodation I would recommend to friends and acquaintances.

The guest rooms and lobby were clean and pleasant. I was also happy that the TV was large! The staff were cheerful and kind!

I stayed with my child. The location is convenient, as it's close to Shin-Okubo and there’s a convenience store nearby. The Room has a large bed, and the nightwear is separated into top and bottom pieces, which is wonderful! A slightly disappointing point was that the hand mirror seemed to have makeup stains from previous use, and there was only one chair—having an additional small portable chair would be helpful. The services are excellent, so I will definitely stay here again next year!

The room was compact but clean and comfortable.

I stayed here during my trip to Tokyo. The facility included a kitchen and microwave, and the location was quiet, allowing me to relax. The area is near the lively Shin-Okubo district, where I enjoyed Korean cuisine. The room lighting was slightly dim, which was a bit inconvenient, but everything else was comfortable. I would like to stay here again.

The room was clean, the facilities were great, and I was very satisfied. However, the price suddenly increased from 50,000 yen for two nights to 89,000 yen, making it unaffordable. I wonder if the price hike is due to an increase in foreign guests. It's disappointing because I really liked this place. Considering that I don't use the washing machine or eat meals here and only stay to sleep, that price is a bit too high. I hope the prices can be adjusted back.

The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The Hotel itself is stylish with a playful design, the bathroom facilities are very user-friendly, and the view is amazing. They handled our request for an earlier check-in smoothly, guided us during our visit to JAM17, the breakfast venue staff were great, and at check-out two staff members even escorted us all the way down to the first floor for a taxi. Even after the taxi departed, they kept bowing until we were out of sight—truly outstanding hospitality. It was a wonderful Hotel.

As we welcome many international guests, the property can be crowded.

The building is a bit old, but it’s very close to the station, which is really helpful. There are convenience stores nearby as well, so it’s very convenient. The 10:00 PM check-in rate was very affordable and truly helped me out—I'd love to stay again.

With a coupon, it came to around JPY 7,000 per night for two people including breakfast (a rice ball bento and tea), which was great value for money.

Conveniently located, affordable, and spacious Room. The staff's flexible and accommodating service is excellent, making the stay very comfortable. A Hotel in the city center with parking is a great bonus. *Please note that the parking system requires self-operation as per instructions. Would definitely love to stay again if timing allows! If I had to mention one thing: There were no outlets near the unit bath or full-length mirror, which made it inconvenient for using a hairdryer (the desk position doesn't provide good lighting).

I stayed here for business. It is located between two lively downtown areas, and although it is a walk from both Shinjuku Station and Shin-Okubo Station, I had a comfortable stay.

I had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much to all the staff.
