On the day of our stay, you kindly offered to change our Room to one in the main building with less walking for my wife, who has difficulty walking. We are both very grateful for your help. The Room was also clean and well maintained, and we were able to enjoy a quiet, relaxing time.

During Silver Week, my daughter and grandchildren came to Tokyo to visit, so we stayed in a Godzilla Floor room and a Godzilla View room for my grandchild who loves Godzilla. They were thrilled, and we had a truly wonderful time. Both the staff and most of the guests were from overseas, but everyone was kind and treated us warmly. Breakfast was delicious as well. Thank you very much.

I stayed in a single room (No Meals Included). It was clean and had everything I needed. The unit bath was a bit small and old, but it was clean so it didn’t bother me. There’s a convenience store right in front, and there’s also Starbucks and Seijo Ishii downstairs at Akapuri. I’d like to stay again.

Tatami with beds, very relaxing. Traditional hospitality with tabi socks provided. The bath on the 18th floor offers a stunning night view of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building from the open-air bath. Breakfast exceeded expectations with New Year's osechi dishes. About 80% of guests were from overseas, but everyone had good manners, and the bath area was kept clean. There is a 7-Eleven convenience store across the street.

Close to Shinjuku-sanchome Station, with a clean and new interior. The Room is standard, but efficiently designed with no wasted space. Breakfast isn’t lavish, but there are options like tacos and tomato juice, which is satisfying. There are many international guests, but security is solid—for example, you can’t go upstairs without a key card. Check-in feels self-service, but the front desk staff will assist properly. With Accommodation costs rising recently, even old Hotels in good locations that aren’t well maintained can charge high rates; however, this Hotel is new and clean, reasonably priced for what you get, and easy to use.

I stayed here with my beloved cat. They upgraded our Room, and we were able to spend our time in a spacious, spotless Room. They also provided a litter box, scratching post, bowls, and even Churu for my cat, so my little one could relax—making it a truly luxurious day. We’ll definitely visit again with my cat! Thank you very much for your hospitality.

It was very convenient since we traveled by train a lot. The room had a massage chair, and the foot massage made me feel much better the next day. It was great to be able to relax in the bath. I also appreciated the complimentary water service. It was a clean, quiet, and conveniently located hotel—we were saying we’d like to stay again. Thank you very much.

The location was a little hard to find, but I was able to relax and enjoy my stay. If possible, I would have liked a wider selection of bread at the breakfast buffet.

I stay here every time I visit Tokyo. This time it was cold, so I borrowed a circulator fan. Thank you for your kindness and support. All the staff were very pleasant. Thank you again—I would love to stay here again.

I stayed at this Accommodation while attending an event. Taking the bus to Shibuya was surprisingly convenient and really helpful. The Room was clean and quiet, so I could relax and rest well. The Japanese set breakfast was excellent. The staff were also very pleasant and welcoming. I would definitely like to stay here again. It was drizzling, but the night view of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building was beautiful as well.

Since the COVID period, I have always stayed here whenever I travel to Tokyo for business. It has truly been my “Home in Tokyo” for nearly five years now. I can relax here, and the hotel staff are always warm and welcoming—especially the restaurant on the first floor of Building D, which is my favorite. I look forward to continuing to stay with you in the future.

It was very efficient and nice overall. The only issue was that I couldn’t figure out how to operate the air conditioner at first, but I eventually found the controls on the bed’s headboard. The large public bath was great.

I stayed at this Hotel in Akebonobashi because I had plans in Shinjuku. It was easy to find—just a short walk from Akebonobashi Station through the shopping street. The staff were also kind. We booked a triple room, and even though it’s a Business Hotel in central Tokyo, it was spacious with enough room to open our suitcases, which was great. Although we didn’t use them, the shopping street has convenience stores and restaurants, which seemed very convenient. I’d like to stay here again when I’m in Shinjuku for work.

I stayed here while looking for Accommodation near the Shinjuku area during my trip to Tokyo, and I had a comfortable stay.

This was a wonderful Hotel just steps from Hanzomon Station. It was very quiet and close to the Imperial Palace. The Room was spacious enough, and I could relax comfortably. I would like to stay here again.

Stayed here to visit Akasaka ACT Theater. Simple and stylish, with an amenity bar; the location was great and it was very comfortable. Free coffee was available anytime, and we also enjoyed self-serve donuts as a snack.

The late-night soba and the post–public bath services were excellent.

I stayed here after a concert at the National Stadium. Although I wasn’t familiar with the area, it was very close to the station, and the Hotel staff were extremely helpful. The place was clean, and I felt comfortable staying there. Breakfast was also very delicious. I would like to stay here again when I visit Tokyo. Thank you very much. (I didn’t use the Onsen, so I can’t comment on it.)

Our once-a-year girls’ getaway. We enjoyed a truly special escape from everyday life. Swimming in the pool without having to do any chores, enjoying delicious meals, and chatting—it was simply wonderful. As expected of an international hotel brand (not good or bad), we felt that many of both the guests and staff were non-Japanese. If I had to mention one thing, I only wished the cocktail hour were a bit longer.

I ended up checking in quite late, around 11:30 PM, but the staff kindly assisted me. The Room lighting and sofa had a retro, warm design—it felt relaxing and cute. It said the mattress was a Simmons, and it was very comfortable. Perhaps because I stayed on a day of heavy rain, there were moments when a little water dripped from the bathroom ventilation fan. Although it’s a unit bath, it was clean. I would like to stay again.
